"No exaggeration... this is the most hassle-free hotel near Changsha South Station! I picked this hotel randomly for a business trip to Changsha, and it turned out to be super convenient.
✅ It's very close to both the high-speed rail station and the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, which makes catching the train a breeze.
✅ The projector quality is crystal clear. My friend and I snuggled in bed watching dramas at night – it created such a great atmosphere, just like a private cinema. The whole room is smart-controlled; you can open/close curtains and adjust lighting all by voice.
✅ Full of thoughtful details – they even provided lingerie detergent and disposable face towels! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation.
✅ The lobby is a multi-functional space. You can have a light meal in the morning and enjoy a drink in the evening. The public areas have a strong artistic vibe, so if you don't feel like going out, you can take some great photos right in the hotel.
✅ The service is genuinely excellent. My clothes accidentally fell onto the balcony, and the front desk handled it incredibly promptly. They quietly retrieved them in the morning and left them at the front desk for us.
👍 Overall, it offers great value for money, with attentive yet non-intrusive service. It's suitable for both leisure and business travelers and definitely worth recommending."

The new Chinese-style lobby is elegant and grand. The river view rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the Xiang River and Orange Isle, offering breathtaking night views. The bedding is soft and promotes a good night's sleep, and the amenities are high-quality. Breakfast includes authentic Changsha rice noodles and Tangyou Baba, with a rich variety of options. Our housekeeper, Lucy, provided attentive and detailed service. The heated pool and gym are well-equipped. It's my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely be staying here again."

🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

What truly impressed me was the thoughtful hospitality – upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome fruit basket and aromatic freshly ground coffee. The room even has a capsule coffee machine, so you can enjoy a delicious cup anytime you like. This kind of meticulous attention to detail really makes you feel pampered. Sunnie proactively added me on WeChat and was exceptionally thorough in checking on my experience and needs during my stay, even coordinating solutions for minor issues. It was a truly perfect experience. As seen in the photos, the hotel clearly marks walking routes with cards for guests wanting to stroll around Meixi Lake early in the morning or after meals, and the non-slip treatment in the shower is excellent. The smart room felt dreamlike.

First off, the location is super convenient for getting around, with a subway station right downstairs. Metro Line 2 takes you to all the popular attractions.
Next, I absolutely have to commend the service from every department!
The front desk staff were warm and professional, and even proactively added us on WeChat to follow up on our post-check-in service requests.
The housekeeping auntie was incredibly kind, helping us put on duvet covers and set up bed rails. Seeing that we had two young children, and worrying we wouldn't have enough water for formula, she proactively went out to get us two extra bottles of water.
The noodle-making auntie at breakfast was the most enthusiastic auntie I've ever encountered at a buffet breakfast! She maintained a cheerful smile throughout, providing wonderful emotional value. When she learned I was preparing the food for children, she even helped me break the ingredients into smaller pieces.
Throughout our three-day stay, we truly felt a great sense of care and warmth, and slept very comfortably and peacefully! Finally, a small suggestion: it would be great to have a box of tissues and a small trash can by the sink.

As soon as I stepped out of the 'Starry Sky' elevator, Lin warmly greeted me. She immediately recognized my needs, proactively offered guidance, and maintained a bright, genuine smile throughout. She was incredibly familiar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining the design concepts of CHAOTANG and RUNWAY Bar on the sixth floor, even pointing out hidden photo spots. Her service was impeccable: enthusiastic without being intrusive, and professional without being cold. She perfectly balanced W's trendy coolness with meticulous attention to detail. I was impressed from the moment I met her, and I'll definitely be looking for Lin again on my next visit!

GGuest UserOverall, I was very satisfied. The location is excellent; being right opposite the military district provided a great sense of security. Downstairs, there are buses that go to places like Binhe Road, and the subway is just a few minutes' walk away. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious – I ate them every day during my stay. The hotel also provides a dining voucher, and I only found out after checking that the restaurant on the second floor is actually a popular spot. Their chopped chili fish head was the best I had during my four days in Changsha... The only downside is the poor soundproofing; there were noisy kids upstairs jumping around late at night.

The hotel is literally at the doorstep of the hall and they have buggies to send to the entrance where you just walk five minutes to the ticket gantry. When I walked in the concert‘s playlist was playing at the lobby which had a huge standee for photo taking. They even gave a little snack pack and photo card. Super pleased with the service and care, esp since I was injured. They went out of their way to make sure I was ok including delivering breakfast to my room. Staff also checked in on me so I didn’t feel scared as a female solo traveller. The hotel may look old but it’s spacious, clean and had plush amenities. I had a really good stay and will be back. 闪闪小姐姐真的让我感觉到人间温暖。他一看到我的脚踝受伤就立马请我坐下帮我办理入住。酒店员工也一直扶着我提行李。保洁大姐也很照顾我。外卖和滴滴都能到你房外。特别方便。闪闪小姐姐也天天专程打包早餐送到我房。真的让我哭死了。 本来因为受伤而沮丧的可是陌生人的关怀让我振作起来。 我的长沙不二首选。谢！

The location was incredibly convenient – just a ten-minute drive from my client's office, and right next to a subway station. There were also several authentic local eateries nearby, which saved me a lot of trouble looking for food. When I checked in, the young lady at the front desk (273) was very friendly and efficient. She even proactively informed me about the free parking hours at a nearby lot, which was a thoughtful touch that made me feel very comfortable. The room was more spacious than I expected, with a clean and cozy off-white decor. The bed was just the right firmness; as someone with back issues, I slept well for two nights without any discomfort. The hot water in the bathroom came quickly and had good pressure, which was great for washing away the day's fatigue. What surprised me most was the soundproofing – despite being on a main road, I could barely hear any traffic noise once the window was closed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night. The hotel breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but everything was genuinely local and delicious. The freshly made noodles had a rich broth, and the steamed buns had thin wrappers and generous fillings. Paired with some refreshing side dishes, it was a great way to start the workday. On check-out day, I was in a rush and had a lot of luggage, but a bellhop helped me carry it to my car – that service was truly excellent. I used to think business hotel stays were just about getting by, but this time it was a different experience. No fancy frills, but it perfectly met the most essential needs: cleanliness, quietness, and thoughtful service. I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in this city.
