"The room type was okay, and the service was friendly, but here's the 'but' moment! There was no hot water, no toothbrush or toothpaste, no shampoo or shower gel, no hairdryer, and no slippers. What truly shocked me was that when I picked up the two rolled-up long bath towels (I assume that's what they were) from the bed, one of them had a clump of hair inside, like a small bird's nest – it looked like it came from cleaning or something. I can't believe I forgot to take a picture to show you! Also, when I checked in, they said the Wi-Fi was under maintenance or something. I stayed for two days without internet and had to use my phone's data. Aside from the front desk, you'll have to figure out the rest for yourself, alas. Perhaps I was just unlucky to get this particular room (though I did ask about the toothbrush etc. downstairs, and they said they don't provide those, so fair enough). But that clump of hair? I genuinely didn't expect that. I don't want to condemn the place entirely, but you really need to consider these points."

"Treasures hotel is a treasure. Located in Little India, walking distance to all important attractions. It is very quiet. The pool was lovely even though the view is of old buildings. There is no food or drinks served after breakfast. This is a pity as it would be nice to relax by the pool in the heat of the day and order a snack. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again"
