My friend had stayed here when they first opened Then she recommended me to stay here. It was a last minute staycation for me as I really needed a break from my career. To my surprise, the stay exceeded my expectations. Toilets were clean, room was spacious. They even have breakfast, I really wanted the croissant but I didn’t have any of the breakfast as I was saving my tummy for other local food, but the breakfast looks delicious! Overall and all, I like the stay a lot

Very clea and well kept lobby with nice natural ambiance. There was no music in the lobby which was nice, you get to hear birds chirping. There was cute and friendly cat at the front door welcoming us too! Carpark is also relatively large. Room was gorgeous, exactly like the pictures, clean and well renovated as well. Looks pretty new too. Free to use complimentary pantry completed with cup noodles/tea/milo/microwave and a sink. Only few things that bothered us was the aircon leaking and the hot water wasnt hot enough. But otherwise it was an amazing stay for both solo/couples for short stays.

The management of lift maintenance and security during weekends and public holidays needs to be given greater attention. Security personnel should be assigned to monitor and safeguard the lifts during these periods.

The hotel was clean and simple, although not much facilities since it’s a simple hotel, the place is clean and the staff are polite. 5min grab to jonker street area. Perfect for a weekend trip.

Close to SOGO 😁😁 Right downstairs from the hotel, you'll see shops all around 👍🏻👍🏻 You can go shopping just by walking 😄😄

The staff is super super friendly and attentive to us when there is an issue. The room is quite spacious for 2 pax and also clean however we didnt turned on the tv as we spent most of the time outside which is super convinient near to jonker street/walk. We went back and forth few times because we forgot to spray on sunscreen. But overall, i will definitely book again as it is really super super convenient. Oh! And not to mention about the gelato downstairs at the lobby too!!

If you're planning a two-day trip to Melaka and will be spending most of your time out and about, the Hotel Sentral Riverview Melaka could be a simple option for an overnight stay. Our room was on the 7th floor, with a window overlooking the city and the roofs of a neighboring building. The internet worked well, but the bed linen has definitely seen a lot of guests – there were ingrained stains and it was noticeably worn out. However, there were no unpleasant odors or signs of mold, so the main complaint is really about the condition of the textiles. A very nice place

Actually, I was extremely satisfied from the start, thinking I wouldn't need to look for another hotel next time. There was no unpleasant smell when I opened the door, and everything was very clean except for a few gecko droppings. The bed was so new it was still in its packaging! Most importantly, it was very convenient as it was close to all the places I needed to go. However, when I got back in the early morning and needed to wash up, there was no hot water and no hairdryer. I took a cold shower, and my hair was still wet, so I couldn't sleep. My whole mood was ruined. I didn't receive a reply to the owner's message, perhaps because it was too late. I hope this can be improved; otherwise, even with a better environment, I won't come back.
