Location just right opposite pahlawan parade, with mcd and 7-11 nearby. Walking distance 20mins to jonker street The room is clean but can tell the furniture are all aged. The curtain just one layer if open during the day is too sunny and hot. The corridor towards the room are open not as expected. My friend’s room aircond remote has no screen and the aircond is working, cant adjust the fanspeed. And there is no hair dryer provided. Yes the carpark is free,its indoor. I thought i lost my pillow at the lobby the staff said they dont receive any lost and found for my pillow, then when i check out i found my pillow at the security’s desk

My stay at this hotel was fairly decent for a short trip. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the free outdoor parking provided for guests. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bedsheet did not seem properly changed, and there was a brownish stain in the middle of the bed, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. There was also an incident during the night when the safety box suddenly started beeping unexpectedly. Thankfully, after calling the front desk, the staff responded very quickly and came to solve the problem professionally, which I appreciated.

Clean, quiet, good hotel and service. Rooms facing the road are noisy. It's a bit of a trek to get to the city center, which is a downside. But it's inexpensive, which is a plus.

Lovely place that maintained its charm. Can work on room maintenance, shower head and water pressure. Otherwise very satisfied with the room. Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!

I really appreciate not getting those robotic, AI-like responses where you wait forever for a reply. The deposit was refunded quickly, so the service was good in that regard.

Every time we went to Melaka, this hotel is always our first choice. The price is Competitive to others. But the amenities provide us is superb. Bed is so superb clean and cozy every one got two cozy pillows ,the hair blower is big one, my spouse love it. The rooms is acceptable clean in its class. The receptionist are friendly and flexibility. The last time I stayed there and found our booking date is earlier one date. I nego with With the receptionist.He decisively said ok, never mind we changed the date. I was very impressive with him and thank you, otherwise I should pay and stay One more day as a waste of money and time. Environment: The view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset right from the room. Cleanliness: Very clean, both the bathroom and bedroom were great. Service: Check-in and check-out were quick, and they were happy to store our luggage. Facilities: All toiletries were provided.

Thanks so lot that the warm-heart owner connected me via the Ctrip telling me that I left the wallet in their hotel and tried the swiftest way to send it to me by DA DA delivery. The owner is so kind that he changed the sheet when it got wet accidentally at my first arrival. I will be sincerely hoping the sunrise inn's business getting prosperous. 🥰
