I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and excellent amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and restaurants. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, making my stay enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended.

Stayed 3D2N and booked 2 rooms. Really happy with our stay! Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and check in was smooth. Parking is available right in front (around 10 lots), which is very convenient. Location is good too about a 15 minute walk to Jonker Street. Room was clean and comfortable, and definitely worth the price. Quiet at night as well. Would come back again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at The Shore Hotel & Residences. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was well maintained and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room offered a beautiful city and river view, especially at night. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It is close to many popular attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, and local food spots, making it easy to explore the city without spending too much time traveling. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the swimming pool, fitness center, and other recreational areas. Everything was clean and well organized, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and their hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, The Shore Hotel & Residences offers excellent value for money with comfortable rooms, great facilities, and a fantastic location. The Apple Premier Suites Melaka – Review Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a good choice for families or longer stays. Having a washing machine and electric cooker was definitely a plus. Do note that there is a mandatory RM150 refundable deposit during check-in. The only downside was that one of the units had an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, which could probably be due to the drainage system. Other than that, everything else was fine. Overall, it’s a good apartment-style accommodation with convenient facilities and good value for money.

HARGA BILIK & PENDAFTARAN MASUK Kebiasaannya harga bilik di Hotel The Lisbon sekitar RM 300± tapi bila dapat harga RM183± tanpa sarapan di Trip.com memang berbaloi. Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². We stayed at Asteria Melaka for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was very spacious, almost like a studio apartment, giving us plenty of space to relax comfortably. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location is also excellent, situated in Kota Laksamana, with many eateries and attractions nearby, making it very convenient to get around Melaka. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Melaka. Highly recommended!

It was great to be back at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka after our first stay four years ago. Since we had meetings at another hotel nearby, we decided to return because we had such a pleasant experience previously. We arrived around 1:30 pm, even though the official check-in time is 3:00 pm. We were delighted that the hotel allowed us to check in early, and the entire check-in process was smooth and efficient. I had accidentally booked a room-only rate, but the staff kindly surprised us by complimentary breakfast for one morning. That thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. Of course, we were also happy to receive DoubleTree's famous warm chocolate chip cookies, which remain one of our favourite hotel welcomes. Our room was on Level 20 with a beautiful city view. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view of Melaka. The only issue during our stay was the air-conditioning. On the first night, it stopped cooling and became quite warm, leaving us sweating in the middle of the night. After we reported the problem to the reception the next morning, the team promptly investigated the issue and arranged a room change for us. Their quick response and excellent service turned an unpleasant situation into a positive experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. Breakfast on Level 12, with its lovely city view, was a wonderful way to start each morning. Despite the minor air-conditioning issue, the warm hospitality and excellent customer service reminded us why we chose to return. We look forward to staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka again on our next visit.

7 minutes walk to Christ Church Melaka. There is a 99speedmart 3 minutes walk from Hotel. Unpleasant experience when i check into the room. The floor was all wet and i slipped. There is wet and dry toilet area, the dry area was also very wet. I arrived at 4pm, they basically just done cleaning only, and did not dry the floor before i go in. The room’s wall was also wet and watery. Immediately i called the front desk, then housekeeping came in 5 minutes . Within that 5 minutes , the floor already started to dry. What i wanted to tell the Hotel is you should dry everything before guest enter the room. Luckily i just slipped, did not fall. What if people fall? But i really don’t like the dry toilet area’s floor was also wet. It took longer to dry as there is no fan in the toilet. The blanket also quite thin, not the thick type. And bedsheet got stains too. The room I stayed in was a connecting room(queen bedroom). I stayed for 3 nights, and the first 2 nights were very quiet. However, on the 3rd night, the neighbors had their TV on very loud while I was trying to sleep. If you are a light sleeper, I would advise others to be mindful when booking a connecting room.
