My stay was lovely. Before booking, I spent some time reading the reviews to get an idea of what to expect. I was genuinely concerned that I might encounter dirty sheets or towels, or a room that hadn't been cleaned properly. Thankfully, those concerns proved to be completely unfounded. The soundproofing was also something I was concerned about, so we were prepared for some noise. It was exactly as described in the reviews - the pitter-patter of footsteps from the room above, people walking past our room, and the merrymaking from groups in the foyer. The room did come equipped with complimentary earplugs, but unfortunately I'm not a fan of using them, so I simply waited for the noise to die down each night. The check-in staff were wonderful, and I'd especially like to thank Miss Izza (although I never had the opportunity to meet her in person). I had to momentarily withdraw from the trip at the last minute, and she kindly helped make the necessary arrangements for my partner to take over the booking instead. Her assistance made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. I also had some ice packs that needed to be kept frozen, and the hotel staff happily assisted. The room was comfortable, and I slept incredibly well—better than I do in my own bed at home. Our only gripe was the parking. The hotel's parking lot is a short walk away, which wasn't ideal in the heat. Also, the road leading to the hotel is one-way, so if you miss the entrance, you'll need to make roughly an 8½-minute loop (during off-peak hours) to get back. It's a minor inconvenience, but worth keeping in mind if you're driving. Jonker Street is only a 5–6 minute walk away, so if that's your primary destination, this hotel is perfectly located.

Conveniently located in the city center, with easy access to dining and entertainment. The accommodation also offers a water dispenser and a hairdryer, which is very convenient.

The location is great, just behind the busy Jonker Walk, along the stretch of the Baba Nyonya Museum. Plenty of cafes around. Private parking is available too. Hotel is beautiful and service is great. The breakfast buffet was simple but enough varieties (though no meat item) and quite nice. Room is clean. A bit of issue with the tap in our room though: cold water came out of the Hot, and hot water came out from the Cold, so we had to spend some time figuring out the temperature of the water. I wish they provide hand soap in the bathroom too; we had to use the bottle of body wash to wash our hands. To be fair, there were 4 bottles of mini body wash haha.

Wow, this hotel is fantastic – really beautiful! It's super convenient for getting to all the main attractions. In the evening, they show movies in the little garden, and having a cup of tea there in the morning is just lovely and relaxing. The only downside was that the room didn't have a window, but everything else was great.

When we checked in with the room, initial room we find it so stuffy, Aircon was not working and we have informed the staffs, and they are kind enough to accomodate our request. It’s very adjacent to the historical chrurch and nearby to many cafe’s and coffee shop

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The bar staff even speak Mandarin, and there are more food options nearby, especially the breakfast noodle soup and iced coffee next door, which are really to my liking. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was very clean and well-equipped, with large windows offering a great view. It's located right above a large plaza, next to the Sultan's Palace, and very close to all the main attractions in Malacca. The breakfast was simple – bread, milk, and eggs, which you could heat up and spread with jam. It was decent enough. The eggs were soft-boiled 'onsen' style, which some people might not be used to.

A fantastic boutique hotel, converted from six traditional houses. The service is attentive, and the decor is exquisite. The breakfast selection isn't vast, but each item is beautifully prepared. A major plus is its location in the old town; almost everything is within walking distance, except perhaps the Floating Mosque. The night market is just a three to five-minute stroll away.

The location of the room is excellent, especially if you book their river view room, you can enjoy a very beautiful river view from the balcony. It's also very close to the attractions; almost all of them are nearby and can be visited entirely on foot. The pier for river cruises is right downstairs, and you can board a boat for a tour simply by buying a ticket. However, the facilities are a bit old, and I hope they can be improved.

Had such a great stay at Swiss Hotel Heritage Boutique Melaka, lowkey one of the best stays I’ve had 🥹✨ Staff semua friendly and very helpful. I requested early check-in at 8am and only pay RM50, which is quite reasonable tbh. Check-in & check-out pun smooth, no hassle at all. The bed was sooo comfy, memang sedap tidur. And the karaoke setup?? So fun pls. Can request mic and just vibe in the room. Love that they have projector also, feels like mini cinema + karaoke night in one. Another thing I find super cute, they offer kebaya rental with makeup and photographer 😍 Perfect if you want to take nice heritage-style photos while you’re there. Location memang 10/10. It’s right at Jonker Street, so you can just walk everywhere. Food, shops, vibes, semua dekat. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again 💖
