"Connecting no smoking rooms requested, we are not given cos hotel fully booked. Given side by side room. Go to the rooms, one room full of smoke smell. We were told the rooms are connected. Waited for housekeeping to unlock the connecting doors. Waited for 30mins, connecting doors unlocked and given air purifier for smelly room. 3 stars for smoking room."

"They have the best location. Strategically located in the middle of the casino strip and surrounded with many restaurants and right beside WYNN!! Super love the area. The staff at the reception and the restaurant are so friendly and helpful! Very comfortable place to stay. We will definitely stay here again next trip. So accessible to everywhere and great team at reception, housekeeping and their resto bar!"

"We had a fabulous time at the Londoner Macau. On the first night, we had a medical emergency and had to call a doctor in.  Mr Colin , manager-  guest relations was very prompt and had the doctor at our doorstep within a few moments.  Everything was managed extremely well and professionally.  The service at the hotel is exceptional. The decor of the rooms is very contemporary and modern. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and had a wide variety.  Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely book another stay at the Londoner in the future."

"Hotel was renewed surprisingly hotel now provided shampoo, conditioner, body gel, body lotion!!! Even provide shuttle bus to the airport, ferry terminal, port etc. room renewal with a huge tv, king size bed which can accommodate up to 3 adults!! Tile in the bath also new. Check in staff asking question and offered hotel provide shuttle bus so he suggested me to cancel my taxi booking to save money. Other side, guests must paid 500 HKG dollars for room deposit even I have paid for the room but also understand the policy. During check out 16/6/2025 the cashier lady wasn’t seems present or try to follow up with housekeeping,. She saids comeback after 5 mins. When other guest gone I have followed up with her she try to call & keep walking at the area. The worst part was once she defined my money she just handled to me like money has no value and not even say even here is your deposit or even says thank you!!  At first I want to rate hotel 9 out of 10 but with this lady attitude I would give 7/10. Please improve exp in the morning guest should leave with present smile not staff attitude. Don’t judge people by their appearance , we have long travel to go we not gonna wear brand name to attack thief’s or to impress staff. Anyway I would recommend this hotel for people who come here even short or long period. It’s good value for money. And convenient. Near by have many local restaurants or Mcsonalds, supermarket. Easy catch bus 25B, 26A to Taipa or tourist spots. I decide to stay this hotel cause my last night in Macau. I have lives here for almost 2 years to work. And will definitely back to this hotel if I’m back or traveling to Macau. And Hopefully the cashier lady will put smile on the pretty face."

"On the evening of *June 4, 2025*, we experienced an issue with the air-conditioning in room 2203, which was not cooling properly. After contacting the front desk, a maintenance staff member arrived within approximately 10 minutes to inspect the system and confirmed that there was indeed a problem with the air outlet. Following this, we called the front desk again to report the situation, and the duty manager responded swiftly and professionally by arranging for us to move to room 1603. As it was already close to midnight, we regret that we did not have the chance to note the names of the manager, front desk staff, and maintenance technician who assisted us. We would be truly grateful if the hotel could help convey our sincere appreciation to the team members involved. Their efficiency and courtesy made a strong impression and turned a potentially uncomfortable situation into a positive experience."

"Just back from a fantastic short trip to Macau Studio City! We stayed for one night and had an amazing time at the water park.The attractions were thrilling, and the atmosphere was vibrant. It was the perfect getaway for our family, filled with laughter and unforgettable memories. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"It's a lovely Portuguese style boutique hotel with spacious room and balcony overlooking to the Cheoc Van beach. Location is a bit tucked away in Coloane but easy to hop on a bus to get into Taipa for 6MOP each person, with bus stop right by the hotel. Lord Stow's Cafe/Bakery, the original famous Portuguese tart is just 4 bus stops away. Very reasonable price with full breakfast buffet included. Property looks a bit tired but well kept and everything is clean. Nice pool for a dip in the summer and relax in the afternoon. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended."

"At least ten likes, free upgrade to sea view room, the handsome guy at the front desk is super good, actively helping the elderly, the room is large, clean and bright, very satisfied! You can also visit the Yuanmingyuan animal head exhibition for free, which is a feast for the eyes!"

"Just stayed for four nights at MGM Cotai, had to add on an extra night at the last minute and the staff, particularly Shellee helped so much with this, going out of her way to make sure my room was decorated (was a celebration with friends), and making sure that notes were carefully made to assist me upon check-in. The free coach from/to the border was a huge help as well. Even after I checked out, Vincent walked my luggage for me to the shuttle area and was kind and generous. Drinks at the bar, though pricey, are really worth it. Someone is always there to help if needed and the twice daily room cleaning/turn down were so nice to have after a day exploring and when bed time came. Will be returning and bringing friends, so very happy to have this wonderful escape close to home. As a note to anyone visiting the area, convenience stores on the strip are not easy to find or are closed, so bring cigs and snacks for times before you find a store with a taxi. Can't wait to return!"
