Our stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the suite we got was nothing short of stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. One of the coolest features was the use of robots to deliver amenities straight to our room. It gave the whole experience a high-tech, futuristic touch that really stood out. There’s also so much to do within the hotel itself. From world-class restaurants and shopping to entertainment and the iconic indoor canals, you could easily spend days exploring without even stepping outside. It truly feels like a destination on its own. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Macau!

Very comfortable and big room!! Very convenient and easy to move around the area for food and whatever. Nice view from hotel room and the people at this hotel very thoughtful will give you cleaning glasses towel, pillow mist etc. Definitely recommended! There is one Chinese restaurant: Red Bowl, dishes are nice, especially the pork dish, just smelted in your mouth. I usually do not take pork but loved it. Must try if u ever go Macau.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. The hotel's sleek design, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities (except for the hand soap bar) exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and stylish, with stunning views of the city. High tech room controls using the tablet. Charging cables provided for your devices. Less than a min distance to COD casino from the hotel lobby.

Facilities: The swimming pool is nice, the beds, chairs and TV are very convenient, Hygiene: Very clean, cleaning is also timely, Environment: It takes a long way to get in from the city of Melco, but Jason took us to the shuttle bus. There was some noise in the afternoon when we checked into the room, but it was quickly resolved. Service: Every time we come to Macau, we can experience very comfortable service, and hope to maintain it Snacks and free drinks in the mini bar: Very convenient, non-alcoholic drinks are free. Breakfast: There are not many varieties, but the environment and quality are very good, Next time you come to Macau, you can stay in the city of Melco for a few more days.

Nice design , iconic style everywhere and great vibe as a decent designer hip hotel carries glamourous！ Magnificent garden view and great interior design in same modern classic tone. One minor thing a bit shame re the blue tooth music amplifier in room can be improved , for instance, a small Marshall makes a big difference 😄 One other final comment is the coffee in cafe hv room to improve ,taste really so so 😅 All staff are very friendly and helpful, especially concierge teammates and the guest service officer A great stay and highly recommend for a couple days to relax and enjoy 👍

Booked this room for the second time as it is really convenient to everywhere. New Yaohan, Senado Square etc. Many small eateries and shops around the corner. Room is huge and I love the amenities and facilities provided by the hotel. Daily breakfast set was flavorful too with some Chinese dimsum / local variety.

check-in at 5pm and was informed that rooms not yet ready. A bit surprised and glad to know the rooms are ready before we finished checking-in. Promised fruits were not delivered to rooms though. Appreciate an alternative way to allow luggage getting through the ****** (not staying in ****** area, just passing through from one entrance to one exit) Thx
