This hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.

Excellent service provided by the hotel, we were assigned by the hotel on the 27/F, looking at the view of Parisians directly. The view is amazing. Besides, the hotel has cross-over with Disney with many nice decorations of Disney characters. We have also booked the studio city water park, the facility is all new and the staff are so helpful. Overall speaking, we enjoyed the trip and the experience in the hotel so much.

Knowing this hotel was a bit far from the main attractions, we planned to spend most of our time relaxing at the hotel. We initially wanted to go for a swim right after checking in, but at 3 PM check-in, we were informed that it would take another two hours to clean the room. The front desk gave us our room cards and an extended 1-hour late check-out. During this time, we explored the hotel's mall; there's a Yata supermarket on the second floor that helped us pass the time. The pool area includes an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a jacuzzi, which I thought was great. We had dinner at one of the hotel's restaurants. The food quality was decent, but the service was poor. Dishes were served very slowly; one guest waited an hour for their food, and the staff didn't apologize or actively follow up. The room was spacious and, apart from some stains in the shower area, was very clean overall. Our room offered a garden view. The mini-bar drinks in the room were complimentary. Breakfast at 'The Buffet' offered a wide variety of choices, and the food quality was above average. Overall, I was very satisfied.

This was my first stay at The Parisian Macao. I'd previously stayed at The Venetian and found it huge, but The Parisian is just as big, if not bigger! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the central district of Macau, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rua da Cunha is also nearby, offering plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money. My only minor critique is that the perfume scent throughout the hotel is quite strong; I personally think it could be a bit lighter.

The room was incredibly spacious and offered great value for money. There's a free shuttle to Grand Lisboa Palace nearby, which is a nice bonus. The soundproofing in the room was excellent. The bathroom was very comfortable, with enough space for two people to get ready simultaneously. It's a really large room type.

Fantastic experience! The L'Occitane toiletries were a lovely touch and great value for money. The room service staff were also very friendly, and the front desk actively helped with luggage. The only minor downside was that the hotel facilities were a bit old, especially the hairdryer which was very, very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was also a lot of limescale in the corners around the bathroom.

Arrived at the hotel in the morning. The front desk staff was very polite and quickly arranged our reserved room for us, so we didn't have to wait until late afternoon for check-in. They informed us in advance that the hotel was undergoing renovations, so there might be some noise during the day, which we understood. Later, we found that the noise didn't bother us much as our floor was quite far from the renovation work. The customer service was also excellent. We've stayed here multiple times and always have a good experience.

This is a very new hotel, exceptionally clean and odor-free. They provide two complimentary bottles of water in the room, and the Cony rabbit decorations are super cute! As soon as I arrived, a staff member warmly guided me through the check-in process and even helped with my luggage, which was a great start. Throughout the hallways, you'll find many Cony rabbit and Brown bear mirrors, and the area near the elevators always smells fresh. The terrace is also perfect for photos, though at night, you might encounter some small insects due to their attraction to light, but that's a natural phenomenon, so it's understandable. Getting around is convenient too; to visit attractions, I'd just walk to Grand Lisboa Palace and take their shuttle bus, or hop on a public bus, as the stops aren't as far as I expected. The 50 MOP dining voucher I received at the shuttle bus stop was a great deal, and the noodles I had for breakfast at Sang Gor Cafe were delicious. I'm also very grateful to the hotel for preparing a birthday cake after receiving my email – it was really tasty! The only minor drawback was on the last day when I checked out and stored my luggage to visit a themed restaurant. I only stored it for less than an hour, but it took about twenty minutes to retrieve it. I understand it was a busy time for luggage storage, but the three people behind me got theirs before me, and I only had one suitcase, yet it took so long. When I asked about it, the staff member was quite impatient. Despite this small issue, the overall experience was very satisfying.

I was surprised to find that the toiletries provided were from Beyond, manufactured in Shantou. The quality was noticeably subpar; the scent was a far cry from the authentic product. A hotel in Shantou used to use this line but eventually removed them all. I can't believe Conrad Macao is also using these substandard toiletries. It completely shocked me. I'm not sure if housekeeping swapped them out or if the entire hotel uses them. On top of that, the Eiffel Tower admission tickets promised by Trip.com were not given. Over at Galaxy, they use L'Occitane products, all original bottles. Conrad, I'm truly disappointed this time. Furthermore, the hairdryer in the bathroom was unusable because the socket wasn't universal – it was infuriating! I booked an Eiffel Tower view room, but I could only see a corner of it. The view directly in front was actually office buildings. So, so disappointing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.

HHelen27This is by far the most welcoming hotel I've stayed at in Macau 🏨. A lovely lady at the front desk, realizing we were two families traveling together with two children, proactively arranged connecting rooms and upgraded one of our original king rooms to a Parisian Macao Eiffel Tower 🗼 view room. We ended up with a spacious two-bedroom, two-living room suite, and the kids were thrilled, playing trains 🚄 and doing gymnastics 🤸 in the room. When we requested a change to the minibar drinks, a server 💁‍♀️ promptly came to replace them. Plus, we received a complimentary exquisite afternoon tea set upon check-in, a three-tiered French Eiffel Tower 🗼 pastry stand 🥧 that was incredibly ceremonial!

GGuest UserMy girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival. Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable. Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest. This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!

MMingmingshiwo66This hotel had just opened, and because I have a special connection with London, it had been on my radar. For our anniversary trip, it was the obvious choice. Five days before our arrival, a hotel staff member called to ask about our needs for the stay. They also added me on WeChat to provide important check-in information, including the airport bus connections and details about the Huating Club benefits. **Facilities:** The layout of the living room, bedroom, and bathroom was well-designed and flowed seamlessly. The bathroom fixtures were all luxury brands, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. There was even a foot massager in the living room, which was a thoughtful and friendly touch. **Environment:** All the rooms are designed as suites, making them comfortable and practical. The lobby, breakfast area, afternoon tea restaurant, and cocktail bar all boast an exquisitely luxurious design with a strong British vintage feel. **Service:** From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the butler service made us feel truly at home. After checking in, our butler, Cindy, escorted us to our room and provided a thoughtful introduction. She was available online throughout our stay, arranging meal times and seating, organizing anniversary room decorations and a celebratory cake, and even bringing us small desserts and handwritten cards in the evening. The service was incredibly meticulous.🌹 The restaurant staff also made our experience very enjoyable. A special thanks to Willian, the handsome gentleman at afternoon tea. His warm smile was charming, and his professional and attentive recommendations for freshly made desserts felt like he could read my mind. I was holding a bottle of sparkling water and was about to open it myself when he appeared by my side, providing the perfect service – twisting it open and pouring it for me, all seamlessly. This is the highest level of service. Candra, who worked at the Leadenhall Market breakfast, spoke fluent English and was delightful and incredibly attentive. We went back for breakfast a day later, and he immediately recognized us, greeting us warmly with a special sense of familiarity. Knowing we were leaving after breakfast, he mentioned he had specially made a rose latte for Madame, which made us very happy. I also want to thank Jessica at the evening cocktail bar for making us anniversary fruit cakes for two consecutive nights and for taking photos that beautifully captured the ambiance.❤️ After all that, I haven't even mentioned the amazing food at the Huating Club. The breakfast was so rich it was moving, with various sashimi, seafood congee, seafood noodles, chicken soup with fish maw, various Cantonese dim sum, steak, and lamb chops – all fresh and delicious. And it's available until 1 PM, which is perfect for late risers. After exploring and sightseeing, there's also an excellent afternoon tea with a wide array of exquisite desserts, savory snacks, and beautiful small bites. During cocktail hour in the evening, not only are drinks unlimited, but they are paired with a whole set of beautifully plated snacks, and the offerings change daily – so much thought put into it. The service and food are absolutely top-notch. The experience was fantastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Macao next time.

GGuest UserThis is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.

AAimaopaode QQOur stay was incredibly satisfying, with exceptional and proactive personalized service! Before check-in, they even provided beautiful drawing toys for my child. The front desk staff also kindly upgraded us to a pool view room and thoughtfully set up a tent for the little one. Every night, the turndown service was full of pleasant surprises, including delicious local cookies. We had some trouble with the TV casting, and the hotel's housekeeping staff helped us multiple times. One of the managers even noticed my child and kindly gave them a small doll, which made my kid incredibly happy! They also paid special attention to potential bumps and proactively placed protective corners on every piece of furniture in the room – a huge plus! Many luxury five-star hotels don't go this extra mile. During every encounter with the concierge service, staff members would proactively ask if we needed help with a taxi or if we needed reservations for restaurants. Upon check-out, another detail left a lasting impression: the staff member proactively mentioned that we could continue to use the hotel's swimming pool and children's play area even after checking out. This truly showed their thoughtfulness and sincerity. The newly renovated room was excellent, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, clean, and hygienic. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, I feel it's truly rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such an outstanding service experience!

TTCIKThis was my first stay at Andaz, and I found everything—the environment, service, cleanliness, and amenities—to be excellent overall. The staff was incredibly friendly. This trip was a family celebration, and I'd like to specially thank Front Office Supervisor REA R SYIA for her detailed check-in introduction and thoughtful arrangements. Traveling with a baby, the hotel was very accommodating in providing children's facilities and all the supplies we needed. The hotel room was beautiful, and my child especially loved the bathtub! 👍🏼👍🏼 As a guest, you can also enjoy the hotel's happy hour bar from 5 PM to 7 PM. There's also a delicious Portuguese restaurant within the hotel. 👍🏼👍🏼 Getting to the Grand Resort Deck only requires a short walk outdoors, which is quite convenient.

GGuest UserComing to Macau for a holiday? Galaxy Macau is my top choice – it's simply delightful! It's like having an island getaway right in the city. Spend your days at Grand Resort Deck, then return to your room for a peaceful night's sleep. 🌊 Dive into the Grand Resort Deck water park during the day. Blue skies and white clouds perfectly complement the groves of palm trees, instantly giving you the illusion of being in Southeast Asia. The viral transparent skywalk is incredibly photogenic. Drift leisurely along the super-large wave pool, relaxing on a hotel-exclusive float. The breeze rustling over the water washes away all your travel fatigue. Adults can lounge and relax while children splash and play to their hearts' content. An entire day's worth of happiness is guaranteed! 🌙 As night falls, unwind and find peaceful sleep in your room. After a tiring day of fun, returning to a Galaxy room instantly isolates you from the outside hustle and bustle. The corridors are quiet and elegant, and the room's soft furnishings are subtly luxurious and cozy. The spacious, scenic room boasts excellent natural light. The transparent bathroom partition with a bathtub is perfect for a hot soak after playing in the water, soothing both body and mind. The hotel thoughtfully provides slippers, welcome drinks, and small snacks. The warm, soft lighting is calming, and the soundproofing is exceptional. The bedding is soft and comfortable, with attention to every detail. Shed a full day's fatigue and enjoy a good night's sleep until morning. In the evening, you can also catch the Diamond Lobby light show. The dazzling crystal diamond lights illuminate the entire space, creating an absolutely magical ambiance. 💎 For a truly relaxing holiday in Macau, stay at Galaxy – water fun, rest, and leisure are all taken care of in one place. I saw many reviews online from families with children saying the rooms at Galaxy smelled of smoke. I emailed the hotel in advance, and our room had no smoke smell at all. Our request to be near the elevator was also perfectly accommodated. [Thumbs up] Housekeeping was also very prompt; they cleaned our room every day during our three-night stay, and any extra items we requested were provided immediately! The only downside was that even after checking in early, the room wasn't available until after 3 PM. This might be due to the high occupancy rate! #GalaxyMacauHotel #MacauVacation #GrandResortDeckMacau #MacauTravelGuide #MacauFamilyTravel #MacauHotelRecommendations #GALAXYMacau #MacauFoodAndFun

Wwhosahm111Our annual family vacation at Four Seasons Macao did not disappoint once again. I have to commend their swimming pool; it's absolutely fantastic. The South of France-inspired environment is beautiful, and the kids didn't want to leave. The poolside service is excellent – no matter where we sat, a server would promptly bring fresh fruit and Häagen-Dazs ice cream, with two or three flavors to choose from. These little details really make you feel cared for and pampered. Special mention goes to Mr. Nishikazu, the Housekeeping Manager, a gentleman from Japan. His service awareness is impeccable – professional, meticulous, and he handles situations with great grace. To be honest, we encountered a minor issue early in our stay, but Mr. Nishikazu stepped in immediately and resolved it thoroughly and thoughtfully. This actually made us even more confident in the Four Seasons' service. Having a manager like him in charge truly puts guests at ease. The overall service standard is consistently Four Seasons quality. The staff are warm and professional without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance. We choose the Four Seasons for our annual Macao vacation every year precisely for this relaxing and reassuring experience. Although the hotel has been around for many years, its quality remains top-notch. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to families visiting Macao with children!

JJC DefIt's been 10 years since I last visited Macau. My husband had a conference, so I tagged along. Macau has so many new hotels now. This time, I booked the Grand Hyatt at City of Dreams, thinking it offered better value for money. To my surprise, at the check-in counter, they upgraded my room! The view was fantastic, overlooking Wynn Macau's fountain on one side and MGM on the other. It was super convenient to take a taxi to Rua da Cunha for dinner and souvenirs, even on a rainy day. The hotel has a casino, food court, Starbucks, McDonald's, and a smoking area downstairs. After gambling, I went back to the room to watch the fountain and enjoy some dessert. There were power outlets by the bed, and the mini-bar was complimentary. The shuttle bus service was frequent and very convenient, and every staff member was polite. Anyway, I was very satisfied with this stay.

GGuest UserI checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.
