Absolutely loved my stay at Lisboeta Macau! What a pleasant surprise to find the Line Friends themed store there, I immediately started snapping photos, haha! The grand, elegant, and stylish lobby made a strong impression. Their Chinese and Western breakfast options were also fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from. I personally preferred the Chinese/Hong Kong style dim sum restaurant; the Hong Kong-style milk tea was seriously amazing! And I adored the borscht and char siu bao – I ate so much in the morning! The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Even though it's an older hotel, it doesn't feel dated at all; the cleanliness and service were both excellent and very thoughtful. I'll definitely choose Lisboeta Macau again on my next trip to Macau! ど⚈₃⚈う♡
The Londoner Grand Macau – Suite Experience Review
Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good night’s rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, we’ve experienced excellent service before—but what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level.
During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard service—it felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means.
The suite itself was exceptional—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family.
We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests.
The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviar—something that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.
I absolutely loved staying at Broadway Macau! It is one of the best hotels on the Cotai Strip in Macau. I would love to go back again with me and my whole family.
My kid had so much fun playing at the Galaxy Kids Hotel. The room had a free bathtub, a beautiful window, and snacks for us. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which was delicious and definitely worth it. The hotel has so many amazing facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, and parking. Everything felt very luxurious and 5-star. The staff at Broadway Macau were wonderful, from the receptionists to all the attendants, everyone was very kind and made us feel so welcome. Staying at Broadway Macau really made our trip special. Thank you, Broadway Macau, you are a true gem! I can’t wait to come back with me and my whole family.
The facilities here are incredibly comprehensive, and the concierge service is top-notch. From the moment we stepped out of the car, everyone was so welcoming and guided us every step of the way. They even have a fun check-in game, though our time was a bit too short to complete all the tasks – we'll definitely have to come back for that! The hygiene was impeccable, and the ambiance can only be described as opulent and very British. We ordered breakfast in the hotel, and the service was outstanding; the service fee was absolutely worth it. The breakfast portions were huge; my child and I couldn't even finish it all. The family room was incredibly comfortable, and my child was thrilled with the complimentary small toys. I spent ages choosing a hotel and saw a lot of negative reviews, but after actually staying here, I honestly have no idea where those bad reviews came from. Shopping is super convenient, and there's a free hotel shuttle to other places. They even thoughtfully tell you the shuttle times. The lady who checked us in was exceptionally beautiful and gentle. After we finished the check-in process, she even walked us to the elevator, afraid we might get lost, and introduced us to all the hotel's offerings: where to eat, where to shop, and where to catch the bus for excursions, including the bus schedule. All in all, it was a truly delightful trip. Macau gave us so many surprises, and my only regret is not staying longer. Next time, I'll definitely allocate more time to Macau. It's so clean everywhere and perfect for quietly appreciating your surroundings and unwinding. I've already shared my itinerary with my colleagues at work, and they've decided to follow my route! The hotel environment is excellent, and the bathtub was very clean. After a quick rinse, my child played in it for two hours and had a blast. Both the children's bed and the adult bed were very comfortable, and the soft pillows were great – they even have specific ones for sleeping and for leaning against. As for power outlets, they were all standard mainland China plugs, which was great. I had even bought an adapter, but didn't need it in either Hong Kong or Macau; Hong Kong hotels provide them, but in Macau, you can plug directly in. My stay at The Parisian this time was fantastic, looking forward to the next visit! Because I had to take a ferry back to Shenzhen and wasn't sure how to get there on my first visit, I called the front desk. They transferred me to the concierge, and everyone was incredibly enthusiastic and detailed, better than many apps. All my questions were answered. I called the front desk several times, and they were always so detailed and resolved all my issues. Loved it! Thank you!
Amazing service from Yan, Cynthia, Yok.
Before our arrival, Yan has help to support our request n explained the info needed.
Upon arrival, Cynthia helps to arrange the connecting room, free upgrade with night view, bday surprise cake, welcome treat, special souvenir n extend check out to 2pm for us. Also follow-up to ensure everything in good hand. She really an amazing team player.
I celebrated my birthday here today, and the hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. They even surprised me with a birthday cake. The pool area has both indoor and outdoor options, plus a small jacuzzi. The changing rooms have a small sauna, and best of all, there's a hydrotherapy pool.
The hotel boasts several Michelin-starred and fine dining restaurants. The Buffet at the Hill has a huge buffet area with a wide variety of food choices; we booked a room that included breakfast. There's also a garden outside that's perfect for photos.
There aren't many shops around, and the Yaohan department store didn't have much of interest.
I went to the Vivienne Westwood exhibition, which was free and definitely worth a visit.
I've been to Macau for staycations over 10 times, but this was my first time at Studio City. I always hesitated a bit because of the emphasis on the paid waterpark over the free outdoor pool, or its location at the end of the Strip. However, after this stay, I realized how wrong I was! Firstly, the initial welcome was fantastic! Thanks to the kind hotelier, my impression of Studio City Macau improved even more. The handwritten note, the upgrade, and the incredibly friendly guidance and service were truly touching – thank you! The view of the magnificent Eiffel Tower and the main Cotai Strip was breathtaking. The wooden comb and razor, among other things, were eco-friendly and luxurious, and the amenities were refreshing with a lasting fragrance. Many places don't even have dental floss sets, but this hotel did, making it even more special. The bedding condition was just right – plush and cozy, and the indoor robes and slippers were incredibly soft and top-notch. Beyond that, I was so grateful for the cute character paper shopping bag and the fully stocked complimentary minibar! The fruit set given as a welcome treat was also delicious. Most importantly, the free outdoor pool was amazing! It was spacious, offered a great view of the main 'Golden Reel' building, the Eiffel Tower, the Parisian, and the W Hotel. The wonderful views and the excellent, friendly staff left a lasting impression. I will definitely stay here again next time! I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
I chose to stay here specifically for the full L'Occitane amenities. The deluxe twin room was incredibly spacious, almost like a small apartment. It's a shame that for two people, we only received one complimentary set of amenities. The room decor had warm tones, making the overall atmosphere very cozy, and the bed was comfortable. One minor flaw I noticed was that the curtains felt a bit coarse and dated. After experiencing the incredibly thoughtful service of five-star hotels, the service here felt noticeably less impressive.
There are some complementary shops downstairs in the hotel, which are good for a quick browse and bite. The lack of entertainment facilities might be the hotel's biggest 'feature.' If you're looking for good value for money, this place is definitely a solid choice. It's right next to Grand Lisboa Palace, and you can easily take a car there. I didn't find it inconvenient at all. The area isn't that big. To get to central areas like The Venetian, a taxi ride would just be slightly more than the starting fare.
This time, I chose the Andaz, part of the Galaxy Macau series, for my birthday trip to Macau. I picked it because it's a new opening and not an old hotel. I remembered passing by before and thinking the air conditioning was very strong and comfortable. I also wanted to visit the Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy, and happily, all guests staying at Galaxy series hotels get free access to the facilities, which is truly great value for money. My flight was delayed, so I arrived quite late. The check-in lobby is on the sixth floor. A few days prior, the hotel had sent an email asking for my estimated arrival time and preferred time for the birthday cake. Ms. Ophelia and Ms. Sophia at the front desk warmly greeted us. They were very sweet and detailed in explaining the check-in process, asked about our needs, offered itinerary suggestions, and even wrote down the facility operating hours for us. They also thoughtfully gave my child a gift of juice and biscuits, fearing they might be hungry, and gave us each a waterproof phone pouch to use while swimming.
If you're traveling with children, you can request a kids' tent. Upon entering the room, there really was a kids' tent with pillows and blankets featuring the Galaxy mascot peacock. However, I didn't see the stuffed animals that some netizens shared in their reviews; I'm not sure if they were out of stock. The room felt a bit small compared to other hotels, but the children's amenities were very complete: a bottle warmer, a bathtub, and cute, high-quality cups and toiletries. Every evening, during turndown service, the housekeeping staff left small gifts like eye cream and lip balm, and on the last night, they gave steam eye masks, which was a special touch. There's a one-time mini-bar refill, which is a bit hard to understand for a four-night stay – regardless of the number of nights, it's only once. They provided two pairs of slippers and a gift box from Yeng Kee Bakery. Access to the Galaxy Kids Club and the Marriott Kids' Zone is free for two hours daily. The Grand Resort Deck is also free, but entering from the Marriott or walking there, or taking a shuttle to the 2nd floor of Galaxy, is a bit inconvenient. There are also too few changing rooms and no spin dryers, so it's a hassle to have to put on your swimsuit in the room before going. There's a welcome drink at noon, and from 5:00-7:00 PM, there's an alcoholic afternoon tea, but there are too few seats and too many people, with limited food choices. We opted to pay for breakfast at the Andaz Kitchen one day; you can just queue up to buy and enter. It was quite exquisite and delicious, but the dining tables were a bit small, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff, making table clearing slower. You can order coffee, tea, or juice at the table... Overall, the experience was good.
The hygiene is good, and the sea-view breakfast environment is pleasant. It's convenient to get there by taking the Galaxy Shuttle and crossing the skybridge after getting off. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to The Venetian, but it only runs a few times a day. The facilities are a bit old, especially the hairdryer. A deposit of 500 MOP is required, payable only by Alipay or cash, WeChat is not accepted. The service is decent; I didn't have a power adapter for charging, and they sent one up immediately.

CChunshenyiqingStudio City is consistently excellent, and the service is truly outstanding. The staff are friendly, respond quickly, actively inquire about our needs, and enthusiastically provide information about local attractions, activities, and bus routes. When they heard I had a slight cold, they promptly sent a pot of hot water to my room. In-room dining was also very pleasant; the congee arrived piping hot and tasted delicious. The room was clean and tidy, with a turndown service. Complimentary fruits, snacks, and drinks were replenished quickly. That's why Studio City is always my top choice whenever I visit Macau. 🥰
Just a little heads-up for those who enjoy visiting the casino: I recommend booking at The Celebrity Tower (巨星汇) as it's more convenient, being right downstairs. The Star Tower (映星汇), apart from its proximity to the DONKI supermarket, is a bit far from everything else, especially the casino, which requires a bit of a walk. Calling a taxi or taking a bus isn't very convenient either, as you still have to walk to The Celebrity Tower's entrance. That walk can be quite long, though it's very close to the 'Get Rich' 💰💰🧧🧧🧧 bus stop. Personally, I find the main entrance of The Star Tower a bit too quiet and secluded. 🧐
Other than that, everything else is genuinely great. I'm planning to celebrate our anniversary here next time! 🥰🥰🥰
ZzlyangshanghaiThe all-day access privilege to The Londoner Hotel's exclusive club, The華庭 (Huá Tíng), which includes breakfast, classic English afternoon tea, and selected cocktails at the bar in the evening, is absolutely incredible value for money. During my two-night stay, I enjoyed two different breakfasts. One featured Lobster Benedict and scallops (if you want a second serving of Lobster Benedict, you can request it 'flying egg' style, meaning without the egg). The scallops were delicious prepared both ways, and the small pastries were also fantastic. The one with a tiny abalone on top left the deepest impression. Personally, I found the crab porridge a bit average, and would highly recommend the seafood porridge I had on the second day instead. For the second breakfast, we switched to a different restaurant, primarily offering sashimi. I only had salmon, sweet shrimp, and scallops, and the ingredients were as delicious as those in Japan. This restaurant also serves steak and lamb chops, but since we had already eaten for two days, we just stuck with the seafood porridge and sashimi.
Briefly about the afternoon tea: there was a variety of savory and sweet snacks. I found the savory options more appealing than the sweet ones. According to the staff, the afternoon tea menu is fixed, so we skipped it on the second day.
Finally, I highly recommend the evening bar offerings. If you like to drink, this is a no-brainer – there are all sorts of freshly mixed cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic drinks. The small bites are truly amazing! I heard they have three different menus, meaning you could go for three consecutive days and not have the same food twice. Plus, if you find something delicious, you can reorder it multiple times. We went both nights, and everything was delicious. A special mention for the freshly squeezed drinks available in various flavors at all times – they all looked incredibly tempting, and though my eyes were bigger than my stomach, I still got to enjoy them visually. The ice cream I had at the end of afternoon tea was also exceptionally good.
The hygiene and service were even better. The room came with complimentary fruits and snacks, and the mini-bar was fully stocked with various drinks and snacks (so I didn't actually eat much from it, but it showed great sincerity). The turndown service was also impeccable, with all used towels replaced with clean ones. Most importantly, choosing to stay during the Asian Film Festival period, I actually got to see Xiao Zhan! That was an unexpected and delightful surprise. I love The Londoner Macao and feel like I will choose it again next time.
GGuest UserAn absolutely wonderful experience! The front desk service, provided by a Malaysian girl, was exceptional. From check-in to personally guiding me to my room and explaining all the facilities and their use, she was incredibly nice. The room itself was spacious, and the fresh and delicious fruit delivered daily was a lovely touch. Evian water was readily available everywhere. The room was also cleaned promptly and thoroughly. The 31st-floor pool was sparkling clean. All in all, this is hands down the best hotel in Macau. I will definitely choose Banyan Tree again for my next visit.
AAnonymous UserGalaxy Macau Hotel is simply the best family-friendly hotel! My whole family was extremely satisfied with our stay.
**Facilities:** After telling the staff we had a child, they set up a tent bed and provided so many little extras for the kids, not just child-friendly toiletries, but also doll slippers and various other items. We also requested an extra bed, and they promptly set it up. A big thank you to the staff member who checked us in on the first day!
**Hygiene:** We were also very, very satisfied with the cleanliness. It felt like the housekeeping staff cleaned more than once a day, perhaps three times. Not only did they meticulously arrange our belongings and clear the trash, but they were also incredibly friendly to the children, even leaving them some snacks and chocolates.
**Environment:** The complimentary Grand Resort Deck offers endless fun for both adults and children. Even staying at the hotel all day, you won't get bored. Plus, the hotel is located directly above [missing information, perhaps a mall or attraction].
**Service:** The service definitely deserves five stars!
GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The hotel environment is comfortable and very clean. The staff are well-trained, warm, and attentive. A special shout-out to Tel at the front desk who helped me with my luggage to my room. Knowing I like to drink tea and Coke, they immediately had a staff member bring me drinking water and Coke. A five-star hotel with first-class service!
GGuest UserMy stay at Conrad Macao was absolutely perfect! The turndown service was exceptionally thoughtful – they didn't just turn down the bed, but also meticulously organized all my luggage, folded clothes, and even tidied up my charging cables. When I was checking out and rushing to the ferry terminal, it was hard to find a taxi, but the bellman proactively helped me book a car and loaded all my luggage. The staff were all warm and attentive, and their thoughtful touches made the experience truly heartwarming. The comfort level of the accommodation was outstanding. This will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Macao!
XXiatiandefengnuannuanchuanguoThe hotel's European-style lobby is elegant and grand, and the rooms are spacious with a well-organized layout and well-maintained hardware. However, compared to other luxury hotels in Macau, the Four Seasons Macau has smaller public areas and a more business-like room style, lacking a strong sense of luxury. Personally, I think the hotel's highlight is the outdoor pool; it has a real resort feel, is very comfortable, and is a great place to relax. That said, the pool attendants seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours. When checking in, I'd already specified I was a single guest, but after I was seated, the attendant brought two glasses of iced water and two fruit plates, only to come back 5 minutes later to take away the extra set. While perfectly reasonable, it felt a little awkward.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's price fluctuates a lot. It dropped from the original booking of over 3000 to just 2200, while other platforms offered it for 1900 for three nights. Despite paying more, I wasn't given a better experience. For example, they refused to include breakfast, claiming it was from a different company than the front desk. My room upgrade only got me a 'view room,' which turned out to be quite noisy at night. To top it off, there was no comb in the room. I only realized this on the third day and, even after reminding them, it still wasn't replenished. It took several calls to finally get one. Overall, the service felt very tired. While every call eventually resolved the issue, many small details were still overlooked. The bathtub drain was clogged and needed someone to come fix it because the cover was stuck. All in all, I'd say it was just passable. At this price, it's not worth it. If it were around 600-1000, then maybe. I believe since I booked the more expensive option, the hotel should have included breakfast.
GGuest UserA cute hotel! But that's about it for positives...
The front desk claimed they had no authority to intervene regarding cancellations. Okay, we tried multiple times to cancel because we'd booked the wrong room type and wanted one with a balcony, but they still refused.
Also, a double bed room was completely out of the question. We arrived at the front desk at 10 AM, and even though we'd requested a double bed room the day before, it made no difference. They just kept saying they have more twin rooms than double rooms, and today all the double rooms were gone. Basically, no double rooms available whatsoever. A 'random' allocation of twin or double pretty much guarantees a twin.
Ctrip states check-in is after 3 PM, and you really have to wait until after 3 PM to get your room key from the front desk.
Check-out time is listed as 12 PM, but the hotel requires you to check out by 11 AM.
And the front desk staff's attitude wasn't great...
There's a McDonald's downstairs, but it closes quite early. After 11 PM, all that's left downstairs is plain congee.
GGuest UserI checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.
