From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out.
The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~
Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel!
When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

__WeChat236287****We came to the Raffles Hotel because of the movie ”Lost in the Stars.” First off, the airport transfer was with Alpha, which really set a high-end tone. Big shoutout to our butler! Our little one needed a nap, so the butler specifically arranged for a late check-out for us. Every corner of the hotel is picturesque, making it perfect for traveling with a small child. The overall decor has a Southeast Asian style. Breakfast was plentiful, and even though there were a lot of people dining during the New Year's Day holiday, the hotel's service was still top-notch. When my child fell in the breakfast area as we entered, the hotel manager even gave them a little monkey backpack 🎒. Overall, it was a great experience!

The hotel's ambiance is undeniably fantastic – it's both mysterious and elegant, with the designer showcasing various impressive skills, creating a strong artistic atmosphere and sophisticated touches everywhere. The facilities are not only complete and perfect but also rival the best in the industry. The professionalism of the bar, in particular, is worth mentioning – for those who love a good drink, this is the place to be! Overall, highly recommended! A huge shout-out to our butler Anna!

CCCRCHThe hotel is near the railway station and the beautiful river walk. No English but friendly understanding. Huge room new and neat. First day I got lost when a street vegetable man would drive me on his tuktuk so to call near the hotel From where I called and the hotel receptionist came to take me back to the hotel.
All for free The next day I took a long bus ride to the monkey beach and endless long beautiful beach in a special place on the sea. With fun Chinese met in the bus. Asking the bus driver if there would be a restaurant he offered me his company lunch parcels or a full healthy lunch. Free .
On the way back I found the hotel on my self and the friendly family was all smiling that I was back all alone and happy.
Next to the hotel I enjoyed the best fish soup ever. So I recommend this hotel in Lingshui. Which has a bridge built like a huge ship new and no motor just for pedestrians.

__CFT010000000543****The hotel's facilities are decent, but the outdoor water play area needs renovation. The kids' activities are abundant and offer a lot of choices. However, the kids' club was a huge disappointment. We didn't feel any warmth from the staff; instead, they seemed to dislike children. Which kid doesn't run around and make noise in a play area, I ask? When my daughter got scratched, they didn't offer immediate assistance, only asking if we needed a band-aid. After I took her back to the room and tended to her, I returned to the area to play claw machines to cheer her up, but not a single staff member asked about what happened. It was only three hours later that the duty manager called to inquire.
The hotel's dining is a real weak point. The breakfast buffet was tolerable, as most buffets are pretty similar, but the dinner buffet was truly underwhelming. Paying 300 per person for fried skewers and a mini hotpot made me laugh. Not to mention the hotpot ingredients were scarce. If you're like me, traveling with a child, who would dare leave a hotpot on the table to go get more food? Moreover, in the Chinese restaurant, we ordered king crab and coral trout, and a lot was left over. My child's favorite dish ended up being duck tongues… However, I must say the service in the Chinese restaurant was excellent, perhaps because we were in a private room. The waitress was incredibly kind and even helped braid my daughter's hair.
Overall, if you want to bring your kids to burn off some energy, you can try it, but don't set your expectations too high. Relying solely on a 'Bixin Rabbit' (a character or amenity) to sustain the hotel is simply too far-fetched.

GGuest UserThe room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it.
The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night.
Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning.
There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it.
There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants.
The pool is very nice but isn't heated.
You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote.
The bad:
You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea.
The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot.
The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room.
There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food.
There's no breathing in the rooms.
Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited.
There is a gym but with limited equipment.

JJing wu xihow to say. . It's not bad. The lobby is magnificent, but the facilities inside are not very good. I live on the 6th floor, the top floor, and there is a huge cockroach in the corner of the balcony, haha. The swimming pool downstairs is quite big. On Saturdays, there is a bubble fight. The water on the beach downstairs is made of real glass, and there are warnings everywhere that it is strictly prohibited to go into the sea, but you can go into the sea. It's okay, and there is also a meal. A complimentary dinner is a bad review. The parent-child room must be for more than three people, and the staple food is not enough. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory. There is a small town one kilometer away from the hotel, which is quite convenient for eating.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in Li'an Town, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is relatively large, and the price is high. There is a supermarket downstairs that is very convenient, and the dishes at the Wanghai Hotel next to it are not bad. It is about 3 kilometers away from Gangmenling Park. It is still a little far to walk. You can take the bus or call Didi. Whether you are driving or traveling freely, it is recommended to live here. Gangmenling Park has a beach to play, and you can also climb high and look far. It is worth a visit.

MM230741****This hotel is perfect for families like ours who enjoy relaxing and spending most of their time at the hotel. There's a reading area on the first floor, a kids' zone in the basement, and even dedicated staff to help children with crafts. A staff member stayed by my child's side the entire time they were doing archery, which was very responsible. The hotel's service is also quite good; they'll do their best to accommodate any request. A special shout-out to the young lady who provided professional service with a sweet, delightful smile. She made our trip even more pleasant 😁. Who says Lingshui isn't fun? I personally think it's better than Sanya, with more genuine hospitality. Thumbs up! 👍
