The hotel is a really good option to have a relaxing time and avoiding the crowded places like in Sanya. Here is simply great. Only I suggest that the second pool to be open and allow the people to swim in the beach. Apart of that is simply great. Thanks for all the great service

She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of ”Happy Birthday,” creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. The room was clean, good view. Unfortunately, the beach has signs of no swimming allowed...so I wasn't impressed by that. The location is absolutely not very convenient to do anything else besides being in the hotel. The choice of food was very limited especially Western food. Also, no halal food or coucher food for other people that can't eat pork...no signs for Halal food. This is the Westin hotel, the waiters have no idea and couldn't help. The only time someone spoke English to me was during the buffet dinner. I came down to have dinner the second night and ask for some English speaking person to help me ordering halal food...the waiter said the manager wasn't there or the chef. I was very hungry and had no choice but to order anything so I can eat...I was really disappointed. Honestly for the price of this hotel I can get a much better service in Yalong Bay or Sanya. I hope the management can try to improve their service and provide a variety of western food and especially Halal and coucher food. You can expect people to pay that much for this Westin hotel and not eat what they need. So disappointed

Originally going to Wanning, the result was a bit late to go to the duty-free shop. I decided to temporarily decide this hotel in Lingshui Perfume Bay. It will be there in a short time after getting off the highway, and the hotel is very cost-effective. The room is spacious and there is a place to drink tea. The two big and one small bed room is super big and very comfortable. The hotel also has an induction cooker. Health is also very clean.

The room facilities are very old. To be honest, it is not worth the price. The occupancy rate during the Spring Festival is not high. It should have a relatively large relationship with the location. The bathroom in the room is dry and wet. The child also fell. Nothing to eat for breakfast. Not even porridge. But can eat enough. Parking is more convenient. There are also many restaurants around.

There are also tools for catching seafood in the store. The room is equipped with disposable toilet covers and bath towels, which is very thoughtful. The hotel is in a great location in Lingshui in Qingshui Bay, near a food street with a variety of options. The hotel is a service apartment - each room has a kitchen area including a sink and stove. The rooms are large and include lounging chairs, balcony, separate shower, toilet, and bath tub. Beds are large, slightly hard by western standards, but comfortable. Rooms come with a TV and powerful air conditioner. The balcony offers Seaviews and a washing machine. The beach, a very long stretch of sand, is accessible in less than 5 minutes walk. There is a pool and fitness center on site. Guests are offered free photo shoot by the hotel on the beach, a nice perk. A good, affordable place to stay if traveling the coast of Hainan.

Beautiful stunning villa ,we originally booked for 1 night , ended up 3 nights . Front desk were super helpful and friendly . The quality of breakfast was average considering the price of the room and overall hotel standard . The hotel restaurant food was overpriced and overcooked fish , very disappointed. My partner and I wanted a coffee in the evening , we had to wait for the restaurant to open to buy one , these are the additional details of a hotel service that I expected to be part of our stay , as the hotel sells itself on a luxury standard. Small details makes all the difference and does not cost much , overall beautiful place , fantastic location, great front desk staff

The room is cleaned very cleanly, and the bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath and relieve stress, relieving fatigue from running on the road. The overall environment is good. There is an independent parking lot which is very convenient for parking. The room is clean and the service staff are also very good, especially the receptionist at the front desk. He made me sobering tea when he saw that I was drunk. Standing on the balcony of the room at night, you can basically see the panoramic view of Lingshui River, which is very beautiful.
