The accommodation at ROXANNE was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect as you could have a mountain view from your room and West Lake is literally just across the street. They have at least 2 different buildings with several room types, outdoor area, hot tub, grill area and just beautiful scenery. The rooms are very clean and spacious, modern with a lot of technological features that one might not expect. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be coming back for another stay in the future!

對這次的房間預訂簡直太滿意了。位置好，走路既能到達西湖，門口還有一個小公園景色也不錯，偶遇了松鼠一家六口。環境好，房間院落整潔，設施齊全，洗漱用品都是品牌，還配備了洗衣液，便於給孩子們洗一些小件衣服。還備有洗衣機，換洗的衣服幫忙洗乾淨烘乾。服務好，從前台小美女到老闆，服務熱情，車前接送，感覺很熱情。下次來杭州，還會再來他家住。
