最近入住西子裏·藝術酒店（杭州東站西湖文化廣場店），體驗直接拉滿！酒店位於拱墅區建國北路星滙大廈19樓，離寶善橋地鐵站僅690米，去杭州東站、西湖文化廣場都超方便，對於出行黨來説位置太友好了。
一進大堂就被藝術感的裝修吸引，熱帶綠植搭配落地窗的高空夜景，拍照巨出片。訂的西湖Ⅱ號雙床房面積超35㎡，深睡記憶枕躺上去特別舒服，房間裏的設施也很新，送餐機器人的服務還添了不少趣味。
酒店的細節也很貼心，免費停車、洗衣房這些剛需設施都有，工作人員的服務態度更是沒話説，有求必應還特別熱情。4.7分的評分果然名不虛傳，兩百不到的價格能住到這樣的舒適型酒店，性價比直接拉滿，下次來杭州還選這家！

前台的小姐姐們服務態度都特別好，會主動詢問需要什麼幫助，態度十分熱情。酒店還可以幫忙寄存行李。入住期間贈送的咖啡也很好喝，離店前還給我們主動送了瓶裝水帶着，下次來杭州還會考慮這家店。

The amenities were complete, room is super clean, night view of city is amazing too! When I asked for chargers and extra water, they immediately sent a robot to my room. Mobile food orders were also immediately delivered by the robot to the room. Best stay in Hangzhou!
