These issues slightly detracted from our overall experience. On a positive note, my child loved the bathtub, and we enjoyed the view of mountains and a pagoda right across. "Very friendly and attentive staff. No English but made due with translator app which worked just fine. Old and dated decor but good location. Was looking forward to four workouts in the gym and the swimming pool while on a business trip. Chose this hotel specifically for its indoor swimming pool and gym. Would have stayed elsewhere in the area otherwise. That said, the pool and gym turned out to be public and couldn't be used at all as there was kids' swimming going on every time I went - tried on 4 separate occasions and every time the gym equipment was occupied by a dozen sleeping or relaxing parents and grandparents playing on their phones while waiting for their kids' swimming lessons to end. I was also told that the treadmills were out of order. The listing on Trip.com should be updated. It shouldn't be listed as a having an indoor hotel pool and gym as it's not only outside and adjacent in a different building with no direct access from the hotel, it's also a public facility and not accessible to hotel guests if swimming lessons are going on."

"We had a wonderful stay at Deefly Yagu Resort at the tail end of our trip to Hangzhou and wished we stayed here earlier and for longer. This resort far exceeded our expectations and is a hidden gem - secluded (set in a large tranquil garden with its own lake), comfortable, and luxurious. There is a good selection for breakfast. The concierge also provided free service to drive us to the nearby West Lake scenic area.
A highlight of our stay was a travel photography session offered by the hotel with Nico and Starry. Starry provided excellent professional make-up, and Nico was highly skilled in taking our family photos. We came away with beautiful photos that will be a family keepsake. Thank you Nico and Starry!"

"During this trip to Hangzhou, I encountered a homestay that I could call my favorite. From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I felt the meticulous care. They really put everything based on customer needs, no matter how big or small, and responded to every request.
I remember that morning, we had no time to eat breakfast because of the tight schedule. After the homestay staff learned about it, they specially prepared meals in advance so that we could enjoy them on the road. When the pillow was too high, they quickly found a low pillow to ensure our sleep quality. Another time, the takeaway was delivered early, and the staff took the initiative to help keep it warm to ensure that we could eat hot meals.
Not only is the service considerate, the location of the homestay is also very superior. It is adjacent to Prince Bay of West Lake, the surrounding scenery is picturesque, and it is extremely convenient to travel.

This homestay I chose this time is also a surprise. The location is very good. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk directly to Jiuxi Yanshu, and stroll along the stream to Longjing Village. There are towering ancient trees and cool streams all the way. It is especially suitable for taking children to play in the water and explore the mysteries. It only takes 15 minutes to take a taxi to West Lake, and it is very convenient to go directly to Bus No. 87. The rooms in the B&B are healing, super clean, and very new. From the tatami windowsill, you can enjoy the tea mountain and bamboo forest opposite. The B&B staff are considerate and will help recommend tour routes. The weather was very good when we came. We drank in the yard at night and could see the beautiful starry sky. We climbed the tea mountain in the morning and felt refreshed. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the B&B. I heard from the store that this is a very famous hiking route. Due to limited time this time, we only walked a short distance. Let's explore it next time."

"A small episode of the trip, a new B&B was temporarily selected because the original room was cancelled. I don't know why the plan was disrupted and I had no expectations, but I got a lot of unexpected surprises.
First of all, the location of this B&B is very convenient. Several scenic spots such as Yangmeiling, Jiuxi, Longjing Village, Lingyin Temple, and Broken Bridge of West Lake are all very close. It is also convenient to take a taxi. The surrounding environment is very natural, with blue sky, white clouds, green water and green mountains. I just want to walk around and see more nearby. It is really beautiful!
The decoration in the room is simple and generous, with spacious space and a small terrace. At dusk, I ate something on the terrace and waited for the sky to slowly darken, and the temperature dropped a lot. The night view on the terrace is also very beautiful, and the prosperity and tranquility of the city are concrete at this moment.
What surprised me most was the large cinema facilities in the room. The high-definition projection equipment played movies, and I fell asleep while watching them in bed and chatting with friends. Because the bed is so comfortable, the quality of the bedding is also very good! Great 👍

"I took my dad to the Liangzhu Ancient City Ruins Park during the May Day holiday and booked the Junlan Resort Hotel in advance. It was completely renovated and the environment was beautiful! The service was really great. Knowing that I was traveling with the elderly, Xiao Gao at the front desk specially upgraded our room and gave us a welcome drink! It is very convenient to go to the ruins park, Yu Niao Ji, and the museum near the hotel. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 o'clock, so people who sleep in don't have to worry at all, haha! Next time I come to Yuhang, I will definitely choose Junlan again. The reception service is very thoughtful!"
