"Here's my most objective and honest review: 1. The lighting in the public restrooms, as well as in the room's shower and toilet, was quite dim. The hotel explained this was a uniform design choice. 💡 2. The cushion in my room had a small, barely noticeable stain, but overall the room was very clean. 🛏️ 3. The conditioner bottle was quite short, making it difficult to use. However, the hotel stated they plan to replace these with new ones once the current stock runs out. 🧴 4. The breakfast options were a bit limited; more variety would be appreciated. 🍽️ 5. I left some items behind, and the hotel was very thoughtful in reminding me and arranging for their delivery. 🚚 6. Perhaps due to nearby construction, or because the building wasn't originally intended as a hotel, the exterior environment was initially quite confusing. However, once on the 5th floor where the hotel is located, I found the interior decor and design to be quite meticulous, perfect for photos or just a lazy weekend getaway. 📷 7. The staff were friendly and polite. They proactively reminded me to bring an umbrella if it was raining and even lent us one, which was very heartwarming. 🌂 8. The presence of a vinyl record player 💽 truly added to the holiday atmosphere."

"This was our third time staying at this hotel, and it’s even better after the recent renovation. The whole place has a European feel to it and we loved swimming and relaxing on the deck lounge in the afternoons and enjoying snacks and a glass of wine. The beds are super comfy and we loved having a private balcony with a view of the tea fields. It’s so peaceful and quiet—perfect for escaping the noise of Shanghai. It’s also close to great hiking and running trails, which we really enjoyed. They also have a great coffee machine that makes proper lattes and the staff are so friendly and attentive. This hotel is one of our favourite places to stay—we’ll definitely be coming back again!"

"The room is spacious and well-equipped, and the hotel environment is excellent. There are many restaurants, cafes, bubble tea shops, and convenience stores nearby. They offer free parking and have plenty of grassy areas and pet shops, which is super convenient if you're traveling with a dog! Cara provided excellent service. It's a pet-friendly hotel, and even though there's a cleaning fee, they provide a pet treat box, toys, pee pads, poop bags, and even dog bowls and a bed, which is incredibly thoughtful."

"Nestled in Manjuelong, this place is an absolute gem during osmanthus season. The market is literally right outside, a kilometer long, and it's the exit to Shuile Cave. In the morning, you can easily walk up to see the hot spring house and swings without getting tired. There's even an old osmanthus tree right by the guesthouse entrance. What truly stood out was their incredibly attentive and helpful service; they really went above and beyond. We were even treated to an afternoon tea with two drinks, and the coffee was surprisingly good. The room itself was exactly as described and pictured on Trip.com. Parking is free if you don't move your car all day, and they even help with applying for West Lake scenic area passes. Getting food, whether dining out or ordering delivery, was also very convenient."

"Landison Plaza e-fashion hotel was in a great location close to the Subway and Speed train station and mesmerisingly beautiful park, lake, the moat and Linping Grand Theatre is all in very close proximity. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was kept clean. The choice of restaurants in the hotel and in close proximity was great."

"Let's talk about the good aspects first. 1. The location and environment of the hotel are really good. The room I stayed in is big. Sitting on the balcony and looking at the tea mountain and tea garden is a good mood. 2. Special thanks to the housekeeper Sister Li for her service. She is very warm and sincere. This time I took my parents and the elderly out, Sister Li gave a lot of patience and help. Thank you very much. 3. Green bean soup was given in the evening. Let's talk about the bad aspects: 1. Dinner was eaten at the hotel, and the price was as expensive as that of a tourist attraction. Three people ate nearly 600 yuan, and they didn't dare to order the signature dishes. The pork with preserved vegetables was sold for 98, and it was actually a pre-made dish! It tasted just like the bento bought in the supermarket, only greasy, without the aroma of preserved vegetables, and I didn't know what quality of meat it was. Selling at this price is unbearable. 2. The wifi in the room is extremely difficult to use. You need to register and log in with your mobile phone to have a network. The signal is not stable. You have to log in again every time you reconnect. If you need to handle work in the room, choose carefully. 3. When parking, the front desk did not guide the parking, but only said to turn right to the parking lot. After parking the car, I asked the villagers next to me if it was okay to park the car there. The villagers said it was okay. As a result, when I checked out and was about to leave, a blue electric car blocked my car. I asked the driver to move the car, but the driver actually cursed and said that I parked in the wrong place and why didn't I park when there was so much space next to it. God knows that when I parked, the cars next to me were full. How could I learn to block in front of other cars? Later I found out that the owner of the car was a partner of the hotel's tea factory and worked in the hotel's tea shop. We also bought hundreds of tea leaves, but all we got in return was curses. 4. The deposit is not refunded actively. When I asked why the deposit has not been refunded, the reply was: Have you written a good review? Then, is this a room deposit or a good review deposit?"

"For our National Day family trip, we chose to stay at the Luzjing Xixi Hotel. Although the prices were higher during the holiday, it was still within an acceptable range. This is a persimmon-themed hotel, with persimmon elements visible everywhere. The hotel is very close to the North Gate of Xixi Wetland and Exit 3 of Xixi Wetland North Station on Metro Line 19, making transportation very convenient. There's also an infinity pool on the 6th floor, which is free for guests and very popular with children. Overall, we had a great experience and would choose to stay here again for our next trip."

"The hotel room facilities were great overall. The room had a bathtub, and they even provided disposable bath liners. The hairdryer was powerful, and they even had a special box in the room for takeout. If you're too tired to leave, you can order in and simply dispose of the packaging in the box! Breakfast is served on the 40th floor, and the selection was quite extensive. Just a tip: when heading to breakfast, make sure to take the regular elevator, not the scenic one, as the regular one goes directly to the restaurant. From the breakfast restaurant, you can also enjoy stunning views of Hangzhou's Qiantang River. Finally, a word about the infinity pool bar on the 41st floor! It's incredibly photogenic, perfect for snapping some amazing shots. By day, it's a kid-friendly swimming haven, and in the evening, you can catch the sunset – another perfect opportunity for incredible photos. I checked in past 11 PM, and the friendly front desk staff member quickly got me settled. They offered two complimentary cocktail vouchers, which I couldn't use as I'm pregnant. Thoughtfully, he swapped them for coffee and milk instead. He even came out to guide me to the parking lot! One last tip: when checking out the next day, make sure to disable any auto-pay parking features on your phone first. Then, inform the front desk of your license plate number to get complimentary parking. Otherwise, there might be a mix-up!"

"Cleanliness: The bed was super large and comfortable, and the place was spotless! No worries at all! Environment: The room is nestled against the mountain, exclusive to the B&B! You can walk up from the B&B to watch the sunset in 20 minutes, which takes about half an hour! You can take a taxi directly to the B&B, or take bus 87 to Xiamanjuelong right outside, or you can walk 2km to get there! Eating and walking there is truly relaxing. Service: The owner and front desk staff are incredibly nice! They're so considerate and give us tissues to wipe off sweat in the heat. Heck, they even gave us mooncakes during our Mid-Autumn Festival visit. The breakfast was also very good, simple but incredibly healthy. I'll definitely go back next time I get a chance!"
