"This is a small and beautiful hotel that I chose to watch Sandy Lam's concert. It has a unique location. The lobby has some design decorations, which makes guests feel pleasant when checking in. The room facilities are quite new and the hygiene is also quite good. The breakfast variety is good in terms of cost performance and tastes good. "Nestled within the Jiuxi scenic area, featuring the picturesque Jiuxi Eighteen Streams, it's a fantastic spot to escape the summer heat. A shuttle bus runs from the lodge to Jiuxi Misty Trees, and on the return journey, you can ask the driver to stop directly at the lodge's entrance. If you prefer to walk, a leisurely stroll along the mountain paths is also incredibly enjoyable."

The service was excellent and very responsive to requests; for instance, when I asked housekeeping for an extra bed around 10 PM (free for children under 12), I received a very quick response. However, the room's soundproofing was quite poor. "I booked this B&B, nestled within the Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies scenic area, with high hopes. Its location is indeed unparalleled; you can walk directly to the stream-trekking trail. Starting your day with birdsong and ending it by the stream in the evening, it's easy for nature lovers to fall in love with the setting! The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were consistently polite and genuinely warm. Their thoughtful greetings and attentive service made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. However, after checking in, I noticed several areas that could definitely use improvement, and I'd like to share my genuine experience. Soundproofing was a particularly significant issue. At night, noises from the adjacent room – doors opening/closing, conversations, and even children crying – were clearly audible, making it feel like there was no barrier between rooms. This would be extremely disruptive for light sleepers. Our room was advertised as having a refrigerator, but to my dismay, there wasn't one upon arrival. On a blazing 40-degree Celsius day, the simple desire for a cold drink became an unreachable luxury. The advertised swimming pool, which should have been a highlight for cooling down, was sadly a major disappointment. The water had clearly been stagnant for at least a week, full of floating leaves and debris, making it utterly off-putting. Beyond these, there were also several other minor disappointments: The toilet in the bathroom was situated in such a cramped space that bumping into things when standing up was almost unavoidable. The air conditioning ran continuously without automatic temperature control, often causing me to wake up freezing in the middle of the night. The room was furnished with only a bed and two hard stools, notably lacking a comfortable sofa for lounging. While the prime location and excellent service were definite strong points, considering the overall hardware facilities and the price of 1088 RMB per night, the actual stay certainly fell short of expectations. It's likely more suited for guests who aren't particularly fussy about accommodation amenities and prioritize outdoor experiences above all else."

Dinner was eaten at the hotel, and the price was as expensive as that of a tourist attraction. Three people ate nearly 600 yuan, and they didn't dare to order the signature dishes. The pork with preserved vegetables was sold for 98, and it was actually a pre-made dish! It tasted just like the bento bought in the supermarket, only greasy, without the aroma of preserved vegetables, and I didn't know what quality of meat it was. Selling at this price is unbearable. 2. The wifi in the room is extremely difficult to use. You need to register and log in with your mobile phone to have a network. The signal is not stable. You have to log in again every time you reconnect. If you need to handle work in the room, choose carefully. 3. When parking, the front desk did not guide the parking, but only said to turn right to the parking lot. After parking the car, I asked the villagers next to me if it was okay to park the car there. The villagers said it was okay. As a result, when I checked out and was about to leave, a blue electric car blocked my car. I asked the driver to move the car, but the driver actually cursed and said that I parked in the wrong place and why didn't I park when there was so much space next to it. God knows that when I parked, the cars next to me were full. How could I learn to block in front of other cars? Later I found out that the owner of the car was a partner of the hotel's tea factory and worked in the hotel's tea shop. We also bought hundreds of tea leaves, but all we got in return was curses. 4. The deposit is not refunded actively. When I asked why the deposit has not been refunded, the reply was: Have you written a good review? Then, is this a room deposit or a good review deposit?"

"The hotel room facilities were great overall. The room had a bathtub, and they even provided disposable bath liners. The hairdryer was powerful, and they even had a special box in the room for takeout. If you're too tired to leave, you can order in and simply dispose of the packaging in the box! It's incredibly photogenic, perfect for snapping some amazing shots. By day, it's a kid-friendly swimming haven, and in the evening, you can catch the sunset – another perfect opportunity for incredible photos. I checked in past 11 PM, and the friendly front desk staff member quickly got me settled. They offered two complimentary cocktail vouchers, which I couldn't use as I'm pregnant. Thoughtfully, he swapped them for coffee and milk instead. He even came out to guide me to the parking lot! One last tip: when checking out the next day, make sure to disable any auto-pay parking features on your phone first. Then, inform the front desk of your license plate number to get complimentary parking. Otherwise, there might be a mix-up!"
