"The hotel's architecture and design are excellent, nestled by the mountains and water. However, the management has significant issues. I'm not sure why the hotel doesn't stop non-guests from taking photos and videos. The lobby is filled with all sorts of influencers in various outfits striking bizarre poses for their check-ins. I even saw an amateur model changing her pants right in the side of the lobby, with her pants just pulled up to her thighs. What was supposed to be a luxurious resort has become incredibly tacky. If non-guests can just wander around freely, what's the point of paying over 1000 for a night, just to take the shuttle bus, swim, and have a buffet breakfast? The breakfast also involved long queues, and for this price point, there wasn't even an à la carte option, nor a separate dining area for guests staying in the villa section. Finally, the service. During check-in, no one provided an introduction or tour of the hotel. From booking to check-out day, I asked three times if I could get a late check-out until 2 PM to align with my 2 PM afternoon tea. It was only on the third attempt that they agreed to extend check-out to 1 PM. Is a resort hotel really that eager to get guests to leave? I could understand if it were a Saturday and rooms were in high demand, but I was checking out on a Sunday. How many new guests would be checking into villa-type rooms on a Sunday? All in all, I do not recommend staying here."

I usually take a taxi to go in and out, and the congestion of Lingyin Road is also famous. Occasionally, I found that bus 1314 can avoid the most congested section of Lingyin Temple.
