家庭出行選對酒店太重要！這家直接封神，必須好評！位置絕了，樓下就是商場和地鐵站，帶孩子買東西、趕交通出去玩都超方便，不用多跑路。房間乾淨明亮，視野開闊，空間也夠大，孩子能簡單活動，住得也舒心。
重點誇誇Coco和Tory！入住時Tory主動幫提行李，耐心講設施和周邊親子、便民路線；後續有需求找Coco，不管是問攻略還是有需要，都熱情又高效，還特意提醒衞生間防滑、下雨記得加衣，特別貼心。全程體驗感拉滿，已推薦給身邊朋友，下次還選擇這裏！

很難相信竟然會給康萊德寫差評 杭州康萊德是我住過同等酒店裡最差的沒有之一
先説硬件
衣帽間的保險箱是懸空的 和掛衣桿高度齊平 第一天就撞了兩次頭
房間裏的吹風機是沒見過的仿冒戴森的雜牌 吹完頭髮都打結
早餐廳的窗簾是壞的 無法放下 坐在窗邊的客人衹能曬着太陽吃早飯 問到能不能換位子 得到的答案生硬無比 現在沒位子可換 也不提供任何解決方案
再説服務
入住前就有酒店前台詢問入住需求 告之帶孩子入住 希望提供小童用品 得到答覆是會提前備好 在前台check in的時候 前台告之小童用品已經備好稍後送入房間 結果一直到晚上9點都不見蹤影 打電話詢問得到的答案是“我們沒有專門的備品 請問您説的小童用品指什麼？” 好不容易溝通後送來了牙刷和拖鞋
結果在退房當天 有客房服務員拿着一整套小童洗漱用品和康萊德小熊要求通過寫好評的方式換取… 還敲了兩次門明確要求一定要五星好評和寫上服務員具體姓名！
不是説酒店沒有專門的小童用品嗎 那客房服務員拿來的又是什麼
更有甚者 客房服務員開門見山就表示 因為是通過攜程預訂 所以才有此“福利”活動 難道住户訊息就這樣隨意在酒店內部被交流嗎？
另外入住期間遇到的酒店內工作人員全部冷臉 沒有笑容 沒有主動問好 出電梯時候甚至還搶在住客前面出門 很難讓人相信這居然是康萊德的服務態度
總而言之一句 杭州康萊德下次再也不見！

酒店景色還是挺棒的，遠眺錢塘江和錢江新城，恢宏壯觀。酒店的服務也不錯，不過房務人員忘記在房間放拖鞋，呼叫送拖鞋等了半小時，影響了我們洗澡出門的行程。
酒店的中餐廳是網紅餐廳，在50樓最高層，用餐體驗比較好。
另外酒店衞生間的自動沖洗功能不太好用。
