The front desk was extremely unprofessional. Seeing me display my ID, they immediately asked, "What are you doing?" I thought, was I trying to rob you? Then they accused me of arriving too early. Who wouldn't want to get to the hotel early in the scorching heat? But before they even checked if there were any rooms available, they told me I was too early. Is that the proper way to welcome a guest? In fact, there were already rooms available. Secondly, Ctrip offered a 2:00 PM check-out option. After verification, I requested that the room card be valid until 2:00 PM, as I didn't want to have to go back to the front desk to swipe my card after lunch. They told me the card was only valid until 12:00 PM, which I wasn't happy with. Was it technical support or was it just too much trouble for the front desk? In the end, they still validated the card until 2:00 PM. Thirdly, on the day of check-out, they called me at noon to ask if I wanted to extend my stay. I said no, and then they asked, "Are you sure you don't want to extend your stay?" So, what if I changed my mind and wanted to extend my stay? In short, they were untrained, their communication was flawed, and they were completely unprofessional!
