Very nice hotel, definitely recommended. The staff was very helpful (we made a mistake and booked our room for the wrong day!). Unfortunately, we missed the breakfast!

昨天晚上七點不到到的酒店，第一個房間 8161 進去濃烈的二手煙味和下水反水味我讓前台給我換一個空氣好的，換到了 8153，這個房間沒有味道我就出門吃飯去了，晚上十點回來房間，習慣性燒開水消毒，馬桶上有血漬，視頻和圖裡擦拭的印子可以看的出來，頭髮，床頭櫃上也有，然後第三個視頻是我們上午醒來後看見的場景，十點左右我女兒睡醒説聞到一股臭味，我跑起來一看下水道反水，用那麼多浴巾墊着上廁所都費勁，説實話，我都懶得跟酒店反應問題了，因為處理問題無疑是耽誤我跟女兒的行程和心情，首先我不會再住這裏其次我要提醒後面想住的各位，注意避雷！！！我視頻和圖裡的所有擦拭過的紙巾我都用密封袋給帶走了如果懷疑我説的話可以撥打報警電話核實。

房間很安靜，趕上這幾天下雨，不開空調也不會熱，距離西湖景區很近，出門就有共享單車和電車，出門右邊直行幾個路口就到了，晚上去武林夜市也方便。前台服務態度很好，退房後免費寄存行李。
