For the price, the hotel's ambiance was beyond expectation, with excellent attention to detail. The owner was generous and welcoming. Parking was convenient, and if you're heading to West Lake, you can take the subway from Pingfeng Station on Line 3, which is very convenient. I'll definitely book your place next time.

I turned over the quilt in the middle of the night and found this lump right in the middle... I didn't want to cover myself with the quilt anymore... The pillowcase on my pillow was torn, but I used another pillow when I slept alone. The other decorations were pretty nice.

The homestay is in the community and not difficult to find. When I checked in, the front desk was smoking and playing games. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. There were small bugs crawling on the bed. I changed to another room and there was still a lot of smoke. I changed to the third floor. The room was smaller but there was no smell of cigarettes. There was a faint smell of mold. I checked out at 2 o'clock with my points. At about 1 o'clock in the afternoon, the waiter knocked on the door loudly and asked me to check out, saying that there were new guests coming to check in. The experience was very bad.
