除了隔音不好以外，這是住過最滿意的了。沒有電梯，不過三樓還好。房間裏有一次性毛巾，拖鞋，浴帽，牙刷牙膏，馬桶墊，竟然還有面膜。樓下可以接熱水，房間裏也有礦泉水，茶葉。下次再住酒店還會選擇這家。打電話問能不能延遲退房也是直接説延遲到2點，非常滿意。

這是一家商務型酒店，房間衞生很乾凈，裝修風格簡約典雅。前台服務很熱情，主動幫忙拿行李，酒店位於西湖主城區，環境非常好，晚上睡覺還很安靜，隔音效果非常好。價格很實惠，性價比超高，房間設施齊全24小時熱水空調和洗漱用品等都有。離西湖風景區和西溪國家濕地公園都很近，坐公交地鐵都可以到達，周邊有美食街：餐飲店，夜宵燒烤店，水果店，商場等吃飯購物都很方便。來杭州遊玩的或出差的朋友推薦來這家酒店。
