We have a family trip of 2 adults and 2 kids traveling. The place is cozy, clean and comfortable. The room is spacious. The interior design of the resort and room amenities are top class. The resort is very quiet, unlike hotels which are packed with people. It's very convenient, walking distance to lots of restaurants. They even have a golf buggy cart which sends you to the wetland attractions free of charge.
All the staffs are friendly and very helpful, especially Tom who served us help us settle down quickly and guide us around the resort.
Highly recommended & will definitely revisit again.

入住體驗超棒，前台接待高效友好，房間乾淨寬敞，床品舒適，隔音效果也很好。酒店早餐種類豐富，味道不錯。另外，交通便利，距離景點/商圈很近，非常方便。值得好評推薦👍。

酒店無論是硬件還是軟件都是一流的，房間新中式風格高雅大氣，很多小細節都考慮的很周到。早餐餐廳是滌心沼，古樸的螺鈿鑲嵌紅木桌椅太美了，餐廳旁就是大片的荷花池，現在正直荷花盛開的季節，賞着美景喝着咖啡☕，很舒心的一次旅行體驗。

酒店地處西溪濕地景區內，周圍環境不用説，亭台樓閣，一畝荷塘，初夏季節很舒服。服務也很好，工作人員都挺專業的。房間內衞浴和洗漱用品也是高級的，打掃的也很乾凈。但是酒店內包括房間裏，裝修的味道很重，走廊是玻璃封閉的，裝修殘留氣味散不掉，有點燻人。想打開房間門窗透氣，陽台卻對着天井，根本不通風。而且住在對面的客人能把你房間的情況看的一清二楚，入住體驗感不是很好。定的另一間房也是同樣問題，房間之間顯得很侷促，佈局不合理。

環境尚可。房間沒有免費升級，花了三千多住的套房。屋內裝修味道重，大概因為位於濕地裏麪床上有小飛蟲。衞生細節差強人意，馬桶又讓人擦了一遍才敢用
前台服務挺好。但是這家酒店最奇葩的就是早上快九點了去用早餐，説早餐部還沒上班。168一位的早餐，等了半天才吃上,都不是自助，半天一到，半天一道，點個麪包，就是切片，烤都沒有烤也要催半天，差點誤了飛機。給大家避雷

在濕地公園內小而精緻很有設計感的酒店！總高二層仍配有電梯，房內空間大布局合理配備全面，環境美好舒適還特別乾淨！酒店對面就是公園內一處精品美食街，邊上是書店，不遠還有可觀濕地公園全景的氦氣球，值得來休閑度假的酒店！
