房間不錯，東西很齊全。衞生還可以，但是這個價格，就難免期待值和要求會更高，衞生方面提高的空間還很大，馬桶裏面有污垢，座圈用濕巾擦的時候有黃色的污垢，馬桶材質不太好，沖完廁所有掛壁。
服務不錯，來回接駁很方便。孩子玩的很開心。

設施齊全，環境優美，服務周到，房間很乾凈。温泉、無邊泳池、漂流都去了，每個項目都很好玩。高峯期接駁車需要稍微等一會，但是不會等太久。迷你吧飲料都可以免費喝，需要什麼毛巾、洗漱物品也都能及時響應送到。總的來説體驗感很不錯👍

首先這個衞生差評不針對打掃阿姨，打掃阿姨是蠻認真的。這個衞生差評是給酒店沒有配備專業消殺跳蚤的工具的。入住第二天早上，發現被跳騷咬了後通知前台更換床單被套後還是沒有改善，第三天早上起床後渾身都是，奇癢無比。皮膚全部抓破，導致無法與朋友後續一起温泉漂流，入住過那麼多酒店第一次被咬成這樣。
經過朋友協商，酒店項經理處理問題還算比較積極，沒有逃避問題，第一時間給予更換房間及提供一份晚餐代金券。不過還是希望酒店重視，作為一個度假酒店這些蟲害防治問題應該是最基本的。
酒店也有好的方面，比如環境，設施都不錯的。但是還是那句話，最基本的衞生（跳騷）都保證不了再好的風景環境都沒用。

2. 前台説沒有水果，看券，是有水果的. 廁紙也沒有給.
3. 房間在山上，路很繞，導航上山浪費了許多時間，酒店需要有人帶路才行.
4. 接駁服務很好，21輛接駁車連軸轉， 等的時間不多. 到哪裡都方便.
5. 12點退房時，前台電話連續10分鐘無法接通.
6. 自助餐一般，壽司的飯很硬很乾，不好吃.
7. 温泉非常棒！必須點贊.
