They do provide parking (unlimited access) at 1000Yen a day which is very good for us. Next to the hotel is the town's convention centre. The walking street is 700m away at the other end of the train station next block that offers a nice shopping and dining experience. Great sleepy town if you have planned to chill. The price they offers just tops it. Great stay."

"The five-star hotel's facilities are subpar, and the service is even more annoying. I booked a room with breakfast and dinner included, but the meals were terrible on the first day and I basically skipped them on the second. The hot spring bath in the room made me itch after soaking. When I checked out, I asked the waiter to help with my luggage, but no one was there. I struggled to get my suitcase out myself. When I checked out, I told the waiter I had forgotten my room card in the room and had to go back to get it. It was a terrible stay."

For those room with the Mt Fuji view, one wakes up to the striking view of Mt Fuji in the morning. Room is simple but clean. Although the public bath is operated as a commercial entity, it is clean and well maintained. The only compliant is the weak presentation of the breakfast."

"This hotel was so bad it compelled me to write my very first review. I arrived at night with heavy luggage, only to find there was no elevator. The moment I stepped into the room, I was hit with a damp, moldy smell – I felt like I was going to grow spores in my nose if I took another breath. The entire hotel's facilities were old and run-down, and there were even cockroaches in the bathroom! Plus, there was an unidentifiable liquid on the pillows, and the soundproofing was terrible. I only stayed one night and didn't even bother with the other two nights I'd booked; I just left. In short, it was awful. Don't come here."

"We arrived by public bus, so it was relatively convenient, but the hotel's shuttle service wasn't very well-organized. Dinner was a bit different from what we expected, leaning more towards Western tastes, while breakfast was a rich buffet. The only minor flaw was that the stopper for the private hot spring drain tended to get stuck. The river sound was quite loud, possibly due to it being flood season. However, once we closed the balcony door at night, it was perfectly quiet. Thank you for the honeymoon gift, we were very happy about it."

"Right by the pirate ship dock, the views are great, though there are quite a few stairs to navigate. However, the hotel facilities are excellent, especially the lounge. It has plenty of seating, hot and cold drinks, board games, and nice views. The hotel lawn even has tripods set up, which is a thoughtful touch. The only downside is that there aren't any recommended restaurants in the immediate vicinity."
