Downtown Antique Hotel
"We are happy to see you"
Brassbell l Downtown l Kasr Living l Tahrir sq
"Overall, I was quite satisfied, but there were no signs at the entrance, making it difficult to find on my first day. I walked around several times before finally getting directions. The surrounding area is lively, with many places to eat and drink late at night, and locals shopping there. However, it's also very crowded with tourists, with tour buses constantly passing by. It's close to the metro, which has signs and transfer information, and there's a women-only carriage, making travel convenient and worth experiencing the local way of life. The hotel room was a bit small; it was fine for one person, but for two, I recommend choosing a slightly larger room with a sofa or balcony. The window in the room I received was almost impossible to open, and the view was unpleasant, but because it was very hot and the air conditioning was on, there was no need to open the window. However, there are pros and cons. Since the room wasn't facing the street and didn't require opening the window, it was very quiet. I visited other rooms while they were cleaning, including one with a balcony, but it seemed quite noisy due to the constant traffic (Egyptian drivers love to honk their horns). People who are light sleepers should consider this or make a note of it. I'm checking into another Brassbell branch nearby in a couple of days. My hotel neighbor is a regular there, and she said this is the best in the entire range. However, when I passed by, I noticed the other branch seemed to be newly renovated. I'm looking forward to it and hope my experience will be different from hers. Also, I recommend local food delivery apps. There are many good restaurants nearby, but I can't understand the menus in person, and I don't know how to order in Arabic (I can't understand the English in very local restaurants, although those catering to foreigners speak better English). Food delivery apps have pictures and translations, so you can choose at your leisure. Just take the elevator downstairs to pick up your delivery; there are no signs in the hotel, and delivery drivers might miss it. Local food delivery is reliable; I've ordered from them four or five times and haven't had a single bad experience!"
Fairmont Nile City
"It was a great experience overall"
Sayed Effendi - Boutique Hotel
This sparkling clean stay offers a rooftop restaurant and a varied breakfast. Enjoy airport pick-up, horse riding, and convenient currency exchange.
New Park Plaza Cairo
"Generous breakfast and a very good selection of coffee and local tea. Staff is very helpful and assisted with room change to the other side facing the road, as there is a lot of noise from a local club downstairs from the courtyard side. The hotel is cleaned daily. Close to the metro station and many local restaurants. Though you need to ask for directions as the main entrance is via courtyard."
GA Plus Hotel
"It's not a regular hotel, but more like a B&B. The room facilities are OK, but it's located on the third and fourth floors of an old building. It's very convenient to shop around."

"Great hospitality and amenities in this hotel, had a good experience."

"Hotel has tons of facilities. Casino, many restaurants and the staff is very polite"
Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza
"Good hotel"
Sonesta Hotel Tower & Casino Cairo
"We stayed in this hotel for more than 2 weeks. It is a mediocre hotel which is acceptable if one does not expect a good standard. The lobby ceiling is low which is not usual for such big hotels. The bar and the restaurants are not very attractive. The food in the Italian restaurant was of a very low standard and we returned it and skipped this meal. Our newly renovated room in the main building was well acceptable which we experienced after we moved from a very old style room in the tower. It is not far away from the airport and can set e well if one does not expect much. Annoying was that upon checkout it took 15 minutes to proof that our booking had been prepaid which is a other indication for the hotel's organisation and standard."
Novotel Cairo Airport
"Stayed overnight in Cairo for connection. Very good location, excellent shuttle service. The hotel is overpriced because of location, rooms are old but clean. Definitely isn't worth USD 170 I paid but it was a necessity to sleep for 3-4 hours and have clean shave and shower."
Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis
"The hotel was very nice and very close to the airport. They gave us free late check out was useful for an afternoon flight."
InterContinental Hotels CAIRO SEMIRAMIS by IHG
"Lovely location with view on the Nile, nice rooms and friendly staff, good restaurant selection inhouse. The only thing I would recommend is a slightly more modern mixer faucet for the shower rather than having to fiddle with two valves in order to get to the right temperature."
Hilton Cairo Zamalek Residences
"The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area of Cairo. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It's convenient to reach other places in Cairo by taxi. It has a great view to the Nile. We were very pleased with the quality of the hotel's services. The room had some dusty corners, and some facilities in the room looked old (but functioned well). Over all it was a very nice stay here."
Concorde El Salam Cairo Hotel & Casino
"I spend wonderful 4 days, Everything was amazing, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful specifically Mohammed and maddona in room service and all the guys in reception, and it was a great experience for me as a honeymoon.. The only thing that made me upset was the sounds of renovations work..other than that it was perfect"
Novotel Cairo El Borg
"In general, good stay. Hotel location is safe and convenient, easy to call uber. The breakfast buffet is average, can be more varieties. Only supplies European pillows on the bed, no other pillow options which is strange."
Al Masa Hotel Nasr City
"Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the staff who wearing blue work uniform, they call him Benmen maybe,he was really supportive staff,he is super nice,he taught me how to call the driver on the Uber and not be tricked by the driver.Everything he can help.I felt thankful to him. Also location was quite and safe. They have updated my room, the room was great and big enough, every room have balcony. The design of hotel was excellent.and there are cafe, cinema, shops. It’s very convenient. I felt so comfortable to stayed in AL MASA hotel. I will choose here if i go to Cairo again"
The President Hotel Cairo
"Very well located in the heart of zamalek cairo! Easy access to to everything and everywhere"
Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis
"The hotel is new + clean + modern and super close to the airport. And we love the breakfast! Small touches like a Xiaomi scale and ready-to-use adapters made it easy. And with our late check-in, they prepared the room perfectly — they did turndown service. 酒店很新~干净又现代,离机场超级近,早餐也很不错的。小米体重秤和装好的转换插头这些小细节很贴心。我们checkin很晚,但房间已经备好了夜床服务,谢谢~"
