"The personal was always super friendly and helpful, super clean, location is super B! The only thing that was a “problem” would be the WiFi. In the room it did not work that well, but it’s a problem I had in all of Egypt so I’d say it was ok.
The restaurant/bar upstairs has incredible view of the pyramids at night.
I highly recommend this hotel, for many reasons, but mainly because there’s no noise from the streets at all, compared to other areas of Giza."

"For the price we paid for three rooms at over US$100 a night and considering it was a Hilton we were extremely disappointed in the rooms. The lobby looked promising, and the staff was very nice. However, the rooms looked borderline ******* and did not feel super clean. There were weird hallways and random rooms that we had to walk into before going into the hotel room itself well the staff was amazing. I cannot say that it is Hilton standard or quality and was extremely disappointed. Considering Hilton is a worldwide brand. "

"Hotel is relatively clean and new. Bed and towels are normal. Location convenient: on the first floor a good Yemeni restaurant, next to a good cafe, subway is close. The main attractions of Cairo are equally far from the hotel.
From the air conditioning system, it is awful to carry cigarette smoke if there is a possibility - do not turn on the air conditioner.
Without ”bribes” they give rooms with windows on the highway. Require replacement!"

"I recently stayed at Khan DuiDar Inn in Giza and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, which made for a comfortable stay.
The view of the Pyramids from the terrace was a real highlight and made for a lovely backdrop while relaxing.
The staff were also friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive vibe of the hotel.
While the neighborhood is quite old and poor, as expected, stepping into the hotel felt like entering a calm oasis.
Overall, I recommend Khan DuiDar Inn for anyone visiting Giza. It’s a clean, welcoming place with great views!"

"A perfect hotel in an excellent location. Staff are so kind, friendly and professional - they are not chasing you for tips all the time. "Lovely smart hotel. Several restaurants. Massage and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice sbd roomy. Rooms spacious. Would stay there again but if you want to be in the town centre with many shops you need to stay closer to city centre as this, was, about 30 minutes from airport. It didn't matter because everything is a short cheap taxi fare away. Also it's next to a military camp where you can see and hear the soldiers marching from your balcony. If the bugle noise bothers, you at 6am then maybe not for you. Also, but not related to the hotel you'll be woken up at 4am by the, wailing from the mosques but you can't really get away from that can you. The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. They weren't any trouble. In fact it made you feel safe. "

"Hotel location is great, breakfast is good, room is nice. However, there are some issues. The rooms have no openable windows, there is always a strong smell of air freshener which can’t be vented. Services are generally good, but there are some girls in the canteen pressurising for reviews after some average service while others silently work hard doing the services. 4 of us tried to play cards in the open area beside the pool as the room is stuffed with air freshener smells, but unfortunately we were asked to leave and do it in our own room. It ruined our experience a bit after otherwise a nice stay."

"Hostel on the edge of the Nile River, lying in bed can feel the flow of the Nile River. Upstairs is the restaurant, but the breakfast provided is very general Egyptian bread + fried eggs + fried Doonut.
Although it is a single room, the bed is a king size bed. Next to the Nile River, next to the boating club, so it is a bit noisy sooner or later.
Opposite the hotel is the Russian embassy, with soldiers standing guard. Nearby is the Shearton Hotel, and across the river is the Sofitel Hotel, so it is safe. The dawn of the sunrise on Nile can directly shoot the room. If you go out during the day and come back late, this is a good choice.
The hotel owner and the proprietress are very warm and friendly; but the waiter in the restaurant is a bit careful. When eating, it is said that it is free water. At checkout, there is a service fee and VAT."

IImpulsive TravellerThe location is at city center nearby to Egyptian Museum. Plenty of amenities within 10 minutes walk. The famed Koshary Abu Tarek is within 6 minutes walk. The rooms are well maintained. There is a staff at the reception 24/7. Guests of all ages and nationalities can be accomodated.
Suggestion for improvement:
1. The towels to be issued upon check-in and not upon request.
2. The lift need to be upgraded as I was ever caught inside when there is a power trip. And often the lift did not operate because the lift door was not closed properly. Understand that the lift is not manage by your hostel. Please request for it from the building owner as it is not acceptable.
3. Consider centralized air condition system. Anyone can turn off the air conditioner affecting others.

GGuest UserI moved from a hotel in the center of old Cairo, and I didn't expect to have such an unexpected apartment. It's clean and tidy, and most importantly, it's big! There is a twin room, a king-size room, two bathrooms, a living room, and a yard on the first floor. Microwave, oven, washing machine, gas stove are all equipped, so you can cook something yourself occasionally.
The bed is very comfortable, and the only drawback may be that the wireless signal is not stable.
I stayed here for 5 days and was very satisfied. I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Cairo.

CchongsiewhuatStayed in this hotel for 7 days. We were arranged a room facing the Baron Palace, which was not bright enough. The hotel elevator was very small. Four people could not squeeze in. The breakfast was only suitable for locals and Western tourists. In fact, the occupancy rate of Asians is not low now. It is recommended that the hotel consider the dietary needs of Oriental people.
Other aspects are good, the attitude of the front desk is friendly, and the uncle who helps guests with luggage is enthusiastic and can speak a few words of Chinese. It would be embarrassing not to tip.

GGuest UserHi there my one night stay at Ocean Blue was so amazing and quite wonderful. The place is clean located very close to Terminal 3 from where I took my flight to my destination. The room is big enough and very quite. I was so glad to have a very understanding staff and very helpful I do remember omar and Mohamed who were advised me how to go to airport. I am recommend every one reading this review to book and stay for long time and not one night.

YYurina552_52It's very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service every 30 minutes. We ordered salmon and spaghetti; the prices weren't high, and the salmon was genuinely delicious. Most of the staff provided good service. However, one particular staff member, despite his service being acceptable, kept pushing his belief that true happiness comes from marrying and having children early. When I expressed my own views, he would dismiss them. Frankly, I had no desire to talk to him anymore.

GGuest UserExcept for the proximity to the Egyptian Museum and the hot water in the bathroom, everything else is pretty average.
Facilities: I decided to stay here because it is close to the museum and not far from the Nile River after a night cruise. I didn't expect much from it. The room is very small and it's inconvenient to move around. And there's no place to put things. The hangers can't be taken out, so it's troublesome to hang clothes. It would be better if there were more hooks.
Hygiene: The sheets are not very clean, and shoe and lipstick marks are clearly visible.
Environment: For the price in the city center, the hotel was opened only last year, so it's pretty good and new. I don't ask for too much.
Service: Still good, very enthusiastic.

DDba RpaaI had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a great breakfast and friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to the City. I enjoyed the pool, the spa, and the other service. The hotel also arranged a tour for me to see the nearby tourist sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.
