"Temporary stay in Egypt for one more day, recommended by friends to stay at this homestay, the overall experience far exceeded expectations!
The person in charge also has other companies in Egypt, treat people carefully and thoughtfully, and communicate easily and worry-free. Deeply cultivate the local resources for many years, apply for visas from the previous period, register companies after landing, local recruitment, office rental, docking various local relationships, all can help docking.
The exclusive Chinese tea room in the store is quiet and private, completely the atmosphere of domestic business guests, and it is suitable to bring customers to talk about cooperation.
Recommended to visit the market in Egypt, open up overseas business friends, not only provide accommodation, Egypt landing related matters can be taken care of in one stop."

"The room is clean and the reception is cooperative but there was an annoying sound in room 3006 the sound of a motor I couldn't sleep for 3 nights I tried to shut everything down but the sound didn't stop I talked to the reception but they didn't have anything to do"

Great
IImpulsive TravellerThe location is at city center nearby to Egyptian Museum. Plenty of amenities within 10 minutes walk. The famed Koshary Abu Tarek is within 6 minutes walk. The rooms are well maintained. There is a staff at the reception 24/7. Guests of all ages and nationalities can be accomodated.
Suggestion for improvement:
1. The towels to be issued upon check-in and not upon request.
2. The lift need to be upgraded as I was ever caught inside when there is a power trip. And often the lift did not operate because the lift door was not closed properly. Understand that the lift is not manage by your hostel. Please request for it from the building owner as it is not acceptable.
3. Consider centralized air condition system. Anyone can turn off the air conditioner affecting others.
Tteachutube1Prime Residence in Katameya has truly become our go-to spot every time we visit Egypt. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short drive to central New Cairo attractions like Festival City Mall and other popular shopping areas. Its proximity to the access road to the North Coast and being only an hour away from Ain Sokhna makes it a great base for exploring beyond the city. The highway and bridge network also make trips to Downtown Cairo and Giza smooth and hassle-free.
The apartment itself is cosy, impeccably clean, and has a fresh, welcoming scent that adds to the overall comfort. Check-in and check-out are effortless, and the added perks like secure parking, gated community access, a clubhouse, and pools elevate the experience. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, accessibility, and peace of mind. Highly recommended!
BBen 1-12-8-11This is my second stay here, and it's super convenient for visiting my clients; an Uber ride is always under 230 EGP. Every time I come back, the front desk staff helps me order food, and they are always incredibly patient and friendly. The room is very comfortable, with the window directly overlooking the pool on the ground floor. It's a shame I didn't have time to sunbathe by the pool since I was here for a business trip. I'm planning to come back and stay again in April!
GGuest UserHi there my one night stay at Ocean Blue was so amazing and quite wonderful. The place is clean located very close to Terminal 3 from where I took my flight to my destination. The room is big enough and very quite. I was so glad to have a very understanding staff and very helpful I do remember omar and Mohamed who were advised me how to go to airport. I am recommend every one reading this review to book and stay for long time and not one night.
AAnonymous Useri stayed here twice. the first stay was decent, the room was much better than other hotel in Cairo, so i decided to book again. but the second time was really disappointing, the management could do much better. they started maintenance with extremely loud drilling at 8 AM, which woke me up in a very bad mood. then the housekeeping tried to enter my room suddenly after just a quick knock, without giving me any chance to answer the door. luckily, i had locked it, and i had to shout for him to leave. overall, a very bad experience, need much improvement.
EEmEl91Hotel in the center, close to shops and bars, but on the main road, so it's noisy 24/7. They don't have earplugs at the reception and the balcony doors don't close, so it's hard to sleep. The hotel is clean, the service is friendly. Breakfasts are average for a 4*, plus there's no coffee (only Nescafe sachets) and plastic cutlery, which I've never seen before. For 1-2 nights it's ok, for longer stays I don't recommend rooms facing the street.
GGuest UserThe staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad
MMohd Shalyadi Che AliWe had a great experience staying at this hotel..front desk staff Mr Yasser and Ms Donia performance are the best. They did their best to meet customer demand. They are very friendly and very accommodating to tourists like us. Their ability to speak good English is certainly an advantage to this hotel as we found it very difficult to communicate with the locals while in egypt. Hotel location is also great near the city and has many shops around. Overall..recommended.
HH manassibThe service was okay the stuff were all helpful and polite The whole Building needed taking care of from the entrance of the building to the lift is so dirty and very old and rusty then when you get into the studio it’s nice and decorated but very dusty, three days I had blockage of drains in the shower room. I had no hot water. Tv does not work doesn’t matter how many times you called them to fix it. It does not work believe that trip.com need to check the whole building not just the rooms the balcony was very dusty. I had to ask them to come and clean it. You can’t sit in there and relax too noisy because of so much traffic the only time I enjoyed myself is to go out of the Property. I only come and sleep..
GGuest UserBest value and a great choice for position in Cairo and the hotel itself with well appointed rooms and breakfast venue to die for with a magnificent view of the major square and Hilton Intercontinental Ritz Carlton Hotels the other side of the square . Mohammed is a true professional as Duty Manager with Peter Abdul Vero to support make anyone’s stay pleasant and assist you with any requests.Easy easy choice of great local restaurants and all other shopping is on the immediate vicinity .Great comfortable beds with excellent showers .
