"Good place, very central, the staff can handle communicating in English. Minor greevences: The hotel is on the fifth floor but there's a lift/elevator. The bed was quite a bit too soft but guess that's an individual thing... The wifi had a tendency to 'die' on you so that you had to disable and re-enable it again. I asked for some bottled water when I arrived and was handed two bottles of tapwater poored into reused bottles... All-in-all I would definately stay there again, I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony attached to the room."

"This is not my first time staying at a Brassbell hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The studio apartment feels like a complete home – a truly wonderful option! The room is clean, pleasant, and literally has everything you could need: a large bed that provided a great night's sleep; clean, new bed linen and towels; slippers; a kettle; and a full set of dishes (not just mugs with saucers and spoons, but a complete collection – plates, forks, a set of knives, wine glasses, regular glasses, a frying pan, pots, and even a Cezve for coffee – amazing!). Additionally, there are separate packets of tea, coffee, and creamer; bottled water (only upon check-in, no refills); a hairdryer; an iron; a full-sized wardrobe; a small table and two armchairs; a TV; air conditioning; a sink for washing dishes with a filter tap; a stove for cooking; and a washing machine – I used it, and it works perfectly! There's even laundry detergent in a special packet and box. Before coming to Egypt, I stayed in a premium-level studio apartment in El Alamein, but even there, they didn't provide laundry detergent or a full set of dishes. This hotel, however, has it all. Thank you! Here's a tip: if you need to dry clothes, after washing them, hang them on hangers, then hang the hangers on the upper metal rail of the shower corner – voilà, everything dries perfectly :) Hot water with good pressure is consistently available. The shower includes shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff are friendly, and you can store your luggage after checking out. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops near the hotel, and Tahrir Square and the old museum are within walking distance. There's nothing negative to mention, as this accommodation option is simply fantastic for Egypt! Especially for the price. Given the room's amenities, it feels like a 5-star hotel. Perhaps the only minor suggestion would be to add towel hooks. The staff are polite and pleasant; they helped me with calling a taxi (for some reason, taxis have trouble pulling up directly to the hotel entrance, so they need directions). Huge thanks for the magnificent living conditions! If I return to Cairo, I'll definitely stay here again. I wish the hotel prosperity, well-being, and decent, grateful guests!"

"The room facilities were excellent, very new and exceptionally clean. The entire hotel staff had an amazing service attitude! I felt like a VIP guest! They were incredibly responsive and accommodating! Truly wonderful! The location is great, right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel staff are all very professional and provide excellent service, especially Mr. Mohamed Marzok, who is particularly professional, kind, and provides thoughtful service! I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Cairo!"

"It's a bit hard to find from the outside, just an unassuming door. You take the manual elevator on the right up to the third floor, and that's the hotel. But the hotel itself is fantastic, exceeding all expectations! It's very clean, feels spacious thanks to the high ceilings, and the bedding is super soft and comfortable. The breakfast is also quite substantial. The rooms facing the street are larger and not particularly noisy, while the inner rooms are smaller but incredibly quiet. There's a skinny white cat with black spots in the building that's super friendly. I hope guests staying there can give him some food; he eats meat, thanks!"

"I was pleasantly surprised to book this B&B online. The price was reasonable, and it was very clean. I even got to try the beef noodles made by the owner, and they were happy to accommodate all sorts of small requests. The environment is great, and the hygiene is top-notch – full marks! I wanted to leave a genuine review for everyone so this wonderful B&B can be discovered by more people."

"Fantastic mattress, ice cold ac, nice lobby, great English speaking service, Aya saved a missing seat cushion of mine and even walked us to our room. The shower needs to be wider for someone my size. Nice sized living room, kitchenette, the tv is useless unless u can read Arabic."

"This is my second stay here, and it's super convenient for visiting my clients; an Uber ride is always under 230 EGP. Every time I come back, the front desk staff helps me order food, and they are always incredibly patient and friendly. The room is very comfortable, with the window directly overlooking the pool on the ground floor. It's a shame I didn't have time to sunbathe by the pool since I was here for a business trip. I'm planning to come back and stay again in April!"

"This is an excellent hotel for its price point. The room was spotless: sheets, towels, everything. It had air conditioning, a kettle, shower gels, and soap. The staff were very polite and pleasant. We were able to check in early, at 12:00 PM. The area is nice and quiet, with plenty of shops nearby. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable. Overall, for a budget-friendly price, it offers a very good standard. The only downside is the lack of an outdoor sign, which made it hard to find the entrance to the hotel."
