huge hotel on the river Nile. super quiet room and any noise if at all it was there, was blocked with excellent double glazed windows.the staff particularly restaurant staff was very helpful and courteous. the breakfast had wide collection but not as tasty as other hotels and lacked in Egyptian varieties. we were initially given a double room even though we had booked a twin on the 12th floor but on the last day of our 3 nights stay we were upgraded to the 34th floor with Zamalek view by the relationship manager, who was a smiling and friendly person eager to help.we highly recommend this hotel and we enjoyed our 3 night stay here. however the 26% tax on the room rates and food imposed by the government is too high.

The hotel is in a good location, by the beautiful Nile River, about 2 kilometers from the city center. The room is clean, there is no toothbrush, disposable slippers, and the plug needs to be converted to European standards. Most hotels in Cairo are relatively old, so don't be too demanding, just be happy staying here 😊

Great location, right in the heart of Cairo.
We were taken to a high floor and had such a great view of the Nile River and the city that we didn't even have to climb the Cairo Tower.
The concierge was able to help us with things outside of that hotel, such as asking us to contact the hotel we would be staying at the next day, which is indeed a five-star hotel.
The restaurant we used was also delicious.

Picture perfect hotel, it was my first night in Cairo, and I didn't even realize at the time how good I had it. Compared to other properties, even other Marriott group properties this one is above and beyond on food and service. Location is beautiful, they awarded me early check in and late check out. As a Titanium Elite they upgraded me to a beautiful room, though I did use a suite night award for it, but it was epic. Room service was very nice, indoor pool and outdoor pool very nice. Indoor pool is amazing just beautiful, feels like your swimming somewhere very unique. The spa facilities can use also the sauna, jacuzzi (many options) overall a great hotel, and would definitely stay again in Cairo. Wish I stayed longer.
I will share to all my families and friends

The hotel is very beautiful, but it's more disturbing for some families and young people, so it's very disturbing, so it's in other policies.

Because it is close to the airport, I chose this hotel on my last day in Cairo. Unexpectedly, all the staff were very friendly. It is indeed a five-star hotel. After check-in, a waiter will take the guest to the room in person, and will also meet guests on the way. Introducing various facilities, it was a pity that I was unable to enjoy many facilities due to my late check-in. I only went to the gym. The gym is very large and has complete facilities. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again next time.

We always stay at Le Meridien when we are transiting. The staff is always great, receptive, and friendly, and the location is excellent. It's just a bridge distance from terminal 3. They have a shuttle mini-van to other terminals. I would say they have three items to improve: 1) bedroom maintenance (the towel hanger was almost falling), 2) they must have a kids’ playroom (they have enough space to create one), 3) They should provide a toothbrush, and toothpaste as amenities in the room (they are basically a transit hotel).

It was my first visit to the Hotel in Cairo, and it was an amazing one! The location is convenient, close to the airport and away from the busy area, yet its easy to move around the city because of its centralized location.. Attractions are 20 minutes away by car from it, and this timing is very normal in Cairo due to heavy traffic around...
The staff were super, the service was more than amazing, the breakfast varieties were super and very delicious, the pool is clean and staff were super friendly and they always accommodated our requests. The receptionists all of them were great! I cannot find on mistake with their services to be honest... everyone was happy smiling and super helpful! I'm defiantly coming again to this place! I wish you all the best and keep the service amazing always!

Great
GGuest UserI have traveled to several countries and stayed in many five-star hotels. In a poor country like Cairo, I am really surprised that there is such a high-end and cost-effective hotel. This hotel has cured me of all the travel fatigue for half a month and made my children happy. .I am happy. I feel like I am a princess 👸 being pampered. And I am really high-end and classy. The ceiling of Egypt.
GGuest UserAfter 13 hours in a plane without hotel reservation it was the first that come over to my trip, I just try it and I don’t regret even one single cent that it cost! Staff extra friendly, always attentive to the kids, just imagine that you flight 13 hours with two kids and then the manager of the hotel give you a free buffet breakfast! Yeah that’s what Mohamed Khattab did!the whole hotel extra clean, the room as they show in the pictures confortable, the pool was amazing…. In general this is a hotel that I’ll recommend to anyone that wants to have a really relaxing family time!
PPenny BlackwellThe military runs this hotel. It is alcohol-free. People were smoking everywhere, which may or may not bother others. The breakfast and dining services were good. The room was clean but a little dated. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff was helpful and always willing to answer questions and offer assistance. The reception desk is not manned 24 hours a day. I was disconnected/hung up on 3 times when trying to confirm that someone would be able to check us in when I arrived after midnight. I was told it would be fine but we had to wait for someone to check us in. The pool was great and we have no complaints. We had arranged a driver to take us on our tours so I am not sure if the location is good or not. Great hotel and would recommend it.
GGailThe hotel and staff were phenomenal. The reason I took one smile away for facility, was I wanted to get a pedicure and they gave a referral in the mall that was terrible. They should not refer anyone there; it was uncomfortably juvenile in the environment. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes listening to workers talk, argue, show pictures on each other's phones. Other than that, it was an incredible experience.
Khaled Abdelkhalek with the concierge was outstanding. He was taking care of every need. I booked 2 tours thru 4 Seasons with Marwa, she is on an entirely different universe, so intelligent, kind, intuitive, and I could keep going with praise. If you ever need a tour, she is the one for you!! I also had Mohammed as the driver, between Marwa and Mohommed, they are the dynamic duo. I feel so fortunate and honored to have met and been able to spend time with them.
I had several hours to wait for my flight, so I sat in the lobby and had something to eat and drink, they were so accommodating. I do not recall if her name was Daliah or Liza but she was great. Took care of me and was very kind.
I travel a lot alone, and it can be tricky sometimes, but the people at the 4 Seasons made it seamless and like home!
SSeanIf we consider Egyptian standards, this hotel in Cairo is probably one of the best. If we refer to the European standards of 5-star Kempinski hotels, there would be a lot to correct. From the fact that the staff should respects privacy (they just walk into the room, while I were naked going to shower and then leave, without apologizing and laughing loudly), to the fact that there is a glass screen in the shower (same in 3 different rooms) leaking water, floods the bathroom or, say, the security service harassing you at 2 in the morning because of a ”suspicious” item in the suitcase, although the same thing was in the suitcase of the previous two arrivals and no one paid attention (it was a steam iron). In general, the staff is forced to be polite and they are very slow. Just a very kind restaurant receptionist and one nice waiter in Osman restaurant. I believe that this is the maximum that Kempinski manages to achieve in terms of its own standards considering the mentality of Egypt.
GGuest UserWanted a hotel close to the airport but without hearing any planes. This completely fulfills this. Hotel itself is fine yet dated. Old tiles, old phones in bathroom, carpets etc however staff are very friendly and everything is clean. Egyptian and continental options at breakfast Buffet available
GGuest UserIt was good experience stay near the Nile river. Recommend the nile view room. Bars and restaurants were nice and good prices. Thank u all staff :)
CChijingyingziI was transferring in Egypt for one night, and then I checked into this hotel. The service attitude was so bad that no one came to pick me up.I will never go to Egypt again and I will never go to this hotel again. But the room is clean.Breakfast is also very delicious and lunch and dinner are served.
GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious, the facilities are OK, not very new. You have to bring your own toiletries, there is nothing in the room. The service is OK. The main reason for staying in this hotel is that I feel safe. The hotel is very close to City Star and a seafood restaurant that we like very much, which is very good.
