I often come to Udon, and this was my first time staying in this hotel. The hotel is very big and well organized. The room was super clean, and I loved the shower water pressure. It felt like getting a massage. 🤣🤣 The bed was comfy, and I slept very well. I will definitely come here again.
Second time to stay here.Very good location clean modern hotel what makes it so attractive is it's right in UD Town. Disappointing breakfast does not cater very well for us farangs.Overall excellent but overpriced for what you get .There is better in Udon at a more attractive price.
Hotel's view is very good, but the facility is a bit old with some items damage and did not repair. Also, it is not many choices for the breakfast. Considering the price, it is acceptable.
I recently stayed at the Centra Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is truly unbeatable – central, well-connected, and perfect for exploring the city.
While the hotel is a bit dated in some areas, this is more than made up for by the excellently equipped fitness area. For exercise-loving travelers, the gym is a real highlight – clean and with everything you need for a solid workout.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely return, especially because of the location and the great fitness area.
Excellent hotel in Udon Thani: spacious and clean rooms, ideal location near the city center, friendly and helpful staff, varied and delicious breakfast. A special touch is the serving of hot soy milk in the room at 8:30 PM, promoting relaxation before bedtime. In the morning, guests have the opportunity to participate in a prayer ceremony with monks, including offerings, providing a unique cultural immersion. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend!
Excellent Hotel. Paid under 1300 baht. Very good size room. Bathroom 2 good power showers. TV could have been better. Nice swimming pool but abit small
The overall environment is good, the design is unique, the sound insulation is slightly inferior, the sound of people walking and talking in the corridor can be heard, the deposit is 200 baht, it will be refunded when you check out, and two drinks are given🥤The location is a bit remote, you can drive yourself and there is a parking lot. If you don't drive yourself, I don't recommend living here. The surrounding environment is quiet.
This is our second stay and we have always enjoyed it. Snack stands and UD Town food court, wet market etc are close by and easy get around w Grab transport. Only few things was the floor in the shower was on a level w ouside the water seeps out to the bathroom floor when taking a shower. The main door to our room has a gap at tthe bottom that you can actually slip a notebook under it. So we needed cover w towel keep noise out. Breakfast was was good as always and bar drinks as well. Pool also good. We definitely will come back. Staff helpful and friendly.
In Udon Thani, the Centara hotel is at the top of the list. What is the status of the Pannarai hotel among the countless hotels in this small provincial city?
At least it seems to still show the experience and effort to become the best hotel, even if it is not number one.
In particular, the friendly hotel staff who treat customers with sincerity and are dedicated to their work are impressive. This attitude of the staff has formed the basis of the hotel's long-accumulated reputation.
If I had to pick one thing that was disappointing while staying in the room, it would be that there was no bathtub in the bathroom. Other than that, I can guarantee that this is a great value for money accommodation.
Needless to say, it is the perfect location and has a nightlife. When I sat in the lobby of this hotel and looked out at the blazing Thai sun, I suddenly felt the exotic feeling I had experienced at a hotel in Casablanca, Morocco.
Although each guest may have a different review of the hotel, the pannarai hotel was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at while traveling in Isan province. Isn't this the reason why you travel to the countryside to experience the sensibility of a small town?

GGuest UserOlder large hotel undergoing renovation to update. Courteous and helpful staff, large buffet breakfast, uniquely shaped rooms with big windows, many mirrors and good lighting. Great location across from the park and bike trails. Pool is shared with swimming classes or else pretty much empty for guest swimming.
