The hotel is located on a major road in Pattaya. This will be convenient for those travelers who have their own transport. The hotel is worth the money they ask for. It is quite clean, no balcony. There is parking.
Breakfast is fried eggs, bread, sausage, ham. My son loves it so much he eats it all. The staff is lovely and friendly. There is a swimming pool and a bathtub. My son loves it. The room smells like body odor. Many foreign tourists come to stay here.
Book for a senior who has to go to work urgently. The time to look for cheap accommodation
The location is close to the place to go to work, near restaurants, near gas stations. This place is suitable for the word ”convenience”, connects to travel, is on Sukhumvit Road, near tourist attractions, near public parks, near both Lotus and 7-Eleven. In the morning, I will stop by to give alms to monks and still have time. My brother praised me. I will use the service again if I have to do business in that area.

the location is wonderful, the staff are very friendly and help you with everything, the kitchen is well equipped, the shared rooms are comfortable (it's just a shame the television doesn't play well, but you won't have much time for that either) And once again I want to highlight that the staff are wonderful, beyond words for friendliness.

I can't say enough good things about the OYO Nakorn.
I needed to leave the hotel in a rush very quickly due to an emergency issue, leaving a lot of my possessions behind, some quite valuable which I didn't realise including my camera and some expensive shirts. Instead of those items disappearing as you can assume they may well have done in other places, my things were packed away and kindly forwarded when I got back in touch a few days later.
I'm very thankful to the hotel for doing this for me.
Regarding some other reviews I've seen on here, I stayed at this hotel for over a month, so I think I can give good opinion.
- Staff were always very friendly whatever time I was back and forth (sometimes very late/early). If other people had problems maybe their own attitude?
- I often had friends (1 per time) call around each day, no issues, comments or complaints.
- Cleaning can be daily if you ask for it, but the cleaning approach is ”ask for it if you want it”, and I have no problem with this, every other day is fine for me, towels swapped daily. Just a case of going out to ask for a swap when you hear the team going around. I don't like my room cleaned every day.
- I did get the odd cockroach in my room but cockroaches are not harmful, I would just capture it and let it out. I didn't get the idea that the place was ”infested” like some guy said. I think that's an exaggeration.
- Not the hotels fault, the road that goes from the hotel to the next main road (called 3rd Road) does not have a pavement. So yes you do need to be a little careful when walking to the bars. But the hotel has its own car park, restaurant and driveway, so it cannot be a hotel complaint really. Not something they are in control of.
For me the price vs quality ratio is good and I would stay again for sure.
Thank you again.

The hotel is located amidst entertainment venues,so we understand that noise and chaos are not a hindrance. For the price this can be a good place to relax after partying.

I stayed here for 2 days as a weekend trip from Bangkok and the stay was good for the most part. I will list the pros and cons.
PROS
1. Very friendly front desk staff and employees
2. Close to many restaurants and about 15min walk to beach
3. Shower water was very hot
4. Air conditioning system was on all day despite a sign saying that it's only on between hours of 4pm-midnight
CONS
1. Found a lash stuck to the ladder on my bed frame which disgusted me
2. Also found 2 long black hairs in my bed which made me think that the sheets weren't changed
3. Bathroom has a lot of spider webs and spiders which I feel like could easily be cleaned
4. They DO require a deposit of 200 baht despite online saying that no deposit is required
Overall, this is a good hostel and I would prob stay here again despite the small cons I mentioned.

I stayed in this hotel when I was traveling. It's good. There is a simple Thai breakfast (two servings). It's near the beach. There are night food markets and pharmacies nearby.
Place is near Jemitian beach. Near has night food market and stores. Good simple Thai breakfast for 2.
It's a good place to eat. It's a good place to eat. It's a good place to eat.
This price is okay. What I like is that there is a good smell all the time, both in the hallway and in the room. Even though the accommodation is old, the room is good. The air conditioner is good. The bathroom is good. There is no bad smell at all. Ignore the old age and the parking lot.

ММаксимGreat location, a few meters to the sea, tuk-tuks and cafes. The room is clean.
Cons: tired plumbing, the smell of mold and dampness lingered in the room.
GGuest UserMr Mac’s hotel is a nice place to stay. It is not expensive, but good value for your money. Cheap standard rooms are on the top floor and the more expensive DeLuxe rooms are on the 1st floor. All rooms are spacious and many have a large king size bed. The rooms are clean. My room had a new excellent airco-unit. At the very friendly reception drinks are available. The cons are there is no elevator, no swimming pool and far 3km from beach. Situated between Pattaya and Jomtien it’s convenient to go either way. Rent of a small motorbike is recommended.
GGuest UserThe hotel is good, it was clean, the air conditioning and TV (there is a smart TV) are new, the Wi-Fi in the room is normal, there is a smoking area, the room also has a kettle and a refrigerator, two bottles of water and coffee are given per day, in general everything is great, the price is also nice.
WWing K ChowObviously this was a condo converted into a 2-3 stars hotel. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful, we had to change rooms because the original room's air con was not cool at all. The location is the best of this hotel but lot of maintenance needs to be done.
KK (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))The hotel service is very good, but it seems that only one waitress can communicate well in English, and the others can only understand but not speak very well.
The bed in the Hommy room felt hard and the bathroom was dark, but the sofa was comfortable. There is also a small door on the window that can be opened, which is very beautiful when the tide is high.
I prefer the Deluxe Room, which I purchased from the Hommy Room for 100 beads. The bed is close to the TV, and there are motorcycles provided. The bathtub looks beautiful, but the restaurant next to it seems that you can see you taking a bath.
The breakfast had limited options but was enough for me.
