Ryan MacInteresting hotel, the best way to consider the hotel is rather like a 4 star Spanish or Turkish hotel.
Interesting arrival via private boats, down a service alley after a welcome drum beach welcome.
Friendly staff but they don't remember you, you'll eventually want to never have to say your villa or room number ever again and have the number forever ingrained in your mind.
Service was a sensation of everything being disctintly OK, nothing at all poor or bad just nothing good or exceptional. The feel of a Wetherspoons crossed with a boom box discotheque.
Both rooms and villas are very cozy, if you like space or a spacious feel this isn't for you, if you want affordability and beach vibes you've found your home. Details lacking such as stained sofas and receiving another guests laundry in our laundry service.
Overall it's a good hotel, but not what you consider a true 5 star and will leave you feeling underwhelmed.

AjscWe have originally booked a west premier king with the view of the hallway/ next hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, we have asked the conceirge for a room with a pool view. Luckily they have the Room 445 available and topped up 5,190/night on the current booking to get our room upgrade. They let us checked in early, but the room once we entered still got sand inside the bedsheets. đ„č This is our 2nd time in this hotel, we just missed the cleanliness during their soft opening, welcome drinks and the band once you arrived on the hotel, but as we informed the staff during check out, they have given us the *goodbye* drink. đ
We have availed the Landtransfer also, everything is okay aside for the we go and wait for 20mins for the speedboat to come in the public terminal. We catch a red eye flight and this is really tiring considering we have a baby with us.
Still enjoyed the stay, hoping to get the same treatment during our first stay with Mandarin.

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay, along with Shangri-La and Crimson, boasts an exclusive white sand beach. The main advantage is the peace and quiet, allowing guests to fully unwind and enjoy a truly relaxing 'lie-flat' vacation. The downside is its somewhat remote location. While you can book the hotel's shuttle service for transport, the frequency is limited.
**Area:** Not particularly large, centered around the pool, with the beach accessible directly from the pool area.
**Rooms:** Considering the room quality and size, they don't quite justify the price. They're comparable to blue-ocean hotels but significantly more expensive, and the overall hotel area is smaller, making it poor value for money. Its main selling point is undoubtedly the private beach.
Near the Crimson area, there are reefs where you can try snorkeling. There are fish, though nothing large, and I even saw a moray eel â a nice little activity you can enjoy without having to go out on a boat. There are private small boats for rent at 300 pesos, which are great for a ride, and watching the sunset from the sea is absolutely stunning; the ocean here is incredibly beautiful. In the afternoon, there are often some dance activities on the beach that you can join, and from 3-4 PM, the restaurant offers afternoon tea, perfect for re-energizing before continuing your water activities.

bjy_715Had a great time in Henann in our recent Boracay trip! The room was spacious and clean; a bit dated but still functional. Not directly beachfront but still very near. Loved the pools they had, especially the pool bar. Also, highly recommend for those who wanna experience a luxurious stay in Boracay at a relatively cheaper pricepoint.

WanderingPilatesMommaRooms are comfortable and just right. We love the bath tub. Bathroom is generally large and has everything you need. Hot water was not consistent though. Breakfast buffet has a good selection đđŒ It has a big beachfront location with sun beds and area for dining and having drinks

Mlem_HahingTERRIBLE WIFI and AC â barely hitting 10 Mbps most of the time, so I honestly wouldnât recommend this place if youâre working remotely. The aircon was also leaking during our stay. We called maintenance, they checked it, but unfortunately it still kept leaking after.
STAFF - very great and respectful .
ROOM - The room feels a bit dated and they donât have blackout curtains, which can be annoying in the morning. Thereâs also ongoing construction nearby, so expect to hear drilling and hammering during the day. On the bright side, the bathtub was great and the bathroom was really spacious.
FOOD - They offer buffet breakfast, but it was just okay.
GYM - Probably one of the better parts of the stay. Itâs not super fancy, but it had almost everything I needed for a good workout.
LOCATION - Very convenient. Itâs in Station 2 and easily walkable to both Station 1 and Station 3.
POOL AND MASSAGE - Both are great

This was my second time here, and from the moment I landed and found the staff, I didn't have to handle my luggage at all, even for my departure â it was absolutely fantastic. However, there were some things I wasn't happy with. On the first day, they gave me a room at the very end of the hall, and it had a strange smell. I couldn't accept it, especially since I paid quite a bit for a beach view room. After a long discussion, they could only offer a room with a better view for the next day. Because of the smell, I had to downgrade to a clean transitional room, but the hotel refused to refund the price difference. Ultimately, Trip.com covered the difference, which just goes to show how reliable Trip.com is and how proactively they communicate with hotels, even if the final outcome wasn't perfect. The next day, the view was decent. If you're choosing a beach room, rooms 71-75 have better views, while 77 is an end room next to staff quarters and is very, very poor. As for breakfast, it's significantly worse than when I visited in 2023. There's very little variety, just enough to fill you up, and surprisingly, no pineapple or banana juice. Next time I go to Boracay, I'll definitely hesitate to choose this place again because of the end-room issue. Photo 1 is the excellent pickup service, Photo 2 is the transitional garden-view room. Photo 3 is the balcony view from the end room, Photo 4 is the room I switched to on the second day.

Guest UserAs a group of 11 travelers, our overall experience was very good, particularly because we availed of the hotel's airport transfer service. The transfer process was seamless, efficient, and exceptionally well-organized. From the hotel to the airport, the entire journey took less than 30 minutes. The transfer team deserves special recognition for their professionalism and strict adherence to schedules. They clearly prioritize ensuring that guests do not miss their flights, and their dedication was truly commendable.
Check-in was also a pleasant surprise, as we were accommodated earlier than the usual check-in time. All of our requests were attended to and fulfilled, which we greatly appreciated.
The buffet food was enjoyable, with a good variety of dishes that changed daily. It was nice to see different options each morning instead of the same menu being repeated.
However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. One concern was the breakfast area. There was no covered walkway connecting certain sections, which became problematic during heavy rain. Since we were traveling with a baby, it was inconvenient and unsafe to walk through the rain, especially as the pathways became slippery. Even providing umbrellas in the breakfast area would have been a thoughtful touch. These small details may seem minor, but they significantly impact the overall guest experience.
The air conditioning in our Deluxe Room was also not as cold as expected. In addition, the balcony was practically unusable because the outdoor air-conditioning unit was located there, generating considerable heat and making the space uncomfortable.
Another inconvenience was the replenishment of bathroom amenities. Rather than having them proactively restocked, guests needed to call housekeeping each time additional items were required.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and many aspects of the service were excellent. However, I believe the hotel would benefit from paying greater attention to the small details. Thoughtful and intentional touches are often what elevate a good stay into a truly exceptional one.

Was an absolutely amazing stay! Just please note that you do need to pay PH10000 deposit when you arrive. We did not know this prior and was quite inconvenient. The location is excellent, 5min walk to everything. The beach had amazing night life activities. There is a Jollibee and mcdonalds around the corner and they're open 24/7. The breakfast offered at the hotel is world class. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend!!!!!
