Our 2nd time staying here with the kids. Always pleasant and very comfortable for all of us. Location is very central and breakfast here is awesome.

I had an excellent stay at éL Hotel Jakarta, where modern design and exceptional service made for a truly memorable experience. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Jakarta, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable bed and great city views. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel’s amenities, including a fitness center, pool, and delicious dining options, added to the overall experience. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend éL Hotel Jakarta for a luxurious and seamless stay.

Room is big but not maintaining well. Got some ants at coffee table side. Friendly staff but but long waiting during check in especially during full house booking. The management may has alternative plan for full house check in. I have wait more than 30 minutes in Q for check in.

Really appreciate with all staff and all services Hotel. New newness hotel near central of Jakarta and Tanah Abang. I recommend the room with swimming pool, nice and calm situations. The first day is really good, even the noise come from beside room, and you can asked for moving room (the reception ana will give you as long they still have available room) Breakfast very crowded and no one staff restaurant take the dirty plates glass on your table😤 its like you self serving. But so far the hotel really good. I like the lobby interior, they have guci at the coridor room. The smell really good at every area hotel.

I travelled to Jakarta with my younger sister to visit my parents when they were on a road trip. We met here in Jakarta and spent two days in this hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, despite the fact that the property was somewhat old. Their service is good; one night when I requested an additional blanket, they sent it within 3 minutes, which was quick, and they always have a smile on their faces, which brightens my day. I went to their restaurant in the property, which is a Japanese cuisine, and the total experience was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of foods including Japanese, Western, and Indonesian options.

I am from pt. I seeing stay at Hariston hotel. I think I am this hotel I recommend. When I have breakfast at Delima restaurant I was welcomed open Wulan and then I was served good dental open Novi, Febi and Helmi. The other staff are also very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Hariston hotel.

Travelling from overseas is exhausted, sleepy, tired n everything. First of all, big thanks to Mrs Nadya at the reception, she is greetings me with a smile from the moment I'm arrived until the day I am check out, it was top service. I did not mention about want a high level, she knows it already. Coz, normally when I am booked a hotel, definitely I will request the highest floor. I'm booked here at last minute, turn out it was a great experiences. All the staff here is friendly and easy going, food for breakfast also good. Only one thing, ”seated for breakfast”. When I had breakfast, while I am going to take another food, other guest seat there. So I need to move to another table. My phone and room access card still on the breakfast table, how is another guest not seeing it!!? Or they just do not have human sense!? Hello!!!!I am still not finish eat my food! My suggestions, maybe hotel management can provide a small things at the every each table at the Cafe Sirih, which state that ”Occupied/Unoccupied”. So that kind of things will never happened to another hotel guests. Overall, it was a great experiences being here. Definitely will repeat again. Grand whiz has easy access for who have stay here before, has connected sky line from mrt, but less information to go there As simple as you walk till the end of mrt station, you will see sky line, and then just walk through, enter mall poins at 3rd level, and go up with lift to 6th floor, and you’ll see receptionist grand whiz Grand whiz has 2 tower, have a very nice breakfast and 2 pools, and at my stay here, i got upgrade room, because i requested non smoking room and it’s sold out, so the staff upgrade my room to deluxe room, jakarta view from 23rd hotel will make you happy

The room exceeded my expectations — great value, beautiful decor & interior, cosy furniture and overall safe and lovely stay. Some caveats for this stay was the location — realised that it was not a very prime location and can be a little inaccessible. Vehicle recommended to get to the lobby, and even through ride-sharing / booking apps such as Grab, three to four drivers have cancelled on me due to the difficulty in accessing location. Near several landmarks & malls on the map but the winding road / highway (it is an elevated spot) may make a five minute walk into a 15-minute journey. Great place for those with access to transport or for those who plan to relax in the room all day.

I booked the corner room for my stay, it has a killer view and the room design helped me to fully enjoy the view from different angles and I could watch the sunset. For the current price, the facilities have room for improvements, for instance the TV is still quite old and has limited channels, it would be perfect to give smart TV or maybe add more channels. It would also be great to install a rain shower for every room in addition to the existing shower now.

Overall is fine with location , strategic with 200m walk and have street of food. Staff is very friendly , facility such as laundry is good for long holiday traveller because we can wash our cloth. Just the breakfast selection is very less, no hot soup area. And no hot coffee machine area. Which feeling sick and wish to have something warm such as soup mee, or hot chocolate they don serve😔 Others all is fine ☺️

Everything was perfect here. Around 1km away from GAMBIR EXPO by gojek! I went to concert at GAMBIR EXPO and stay here. 2x trip in a day return to hotel as it is very near😛 In term of service and hospitality - this hotel was superb! Bfast was so so so good and they served authentic local food for bfast! I had the best bubur pulut hitam here! Enak banget🥹🥹 clean room and worth the price if you book with trip! More discount and coins to be claim/redeem. Thank you trip!!!

Excellent hotel with good location and facilities like free laundry, refrigerator and tv comes with netflix and youtube. Staff are all friendly and will definitely come back again to stay

Went for the clubs. Not a great scene, sounds lit from the outside but pretty dead on the inside. Lots of people inside but almost everyone there works there just waiting to be chosen. Be prepared to tip literally every single person you talk to, doorman, mama, the girls…(after paying them already, they’ll ask for more). No shortage of girls, and you can pick and choose and take them to a private room. They will literally ask what kind of girl you like and give you a lineup in the middle of the club. Also be prepared a lot of them speak zero English. The club had a live band playing though

I'm so happy to get a room with a bathtub so the kids are satisfied soaking in the room, plus the birthday cake compliment is really cute, the cake is also delicious, thank you very much Tavia team 😍 Oh yeah, the food is pretty good, the omelettes don't taste bland It turns out there is a playground next to the swimming pool so the kids won't get bored with the toys, got the cheapest price for 3 days 2 nights for only 1.1 million😍

Service was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

I stayed in this hotel for 9 days. This hotel is located in a nice area in Tebet, South Jakarta. Close to numerous big malls and also Evo Tebet Park. There are 3 Busway stops and 2 LRT stops which makes your travel easier around Jakarta. The staff are friendly, and the room is big and clean. I like that they don't use water bottles anymore and just give you a pitcher to fill in the water anytime you want. I booked the room without breakfast because there are many breakfast places behind the hotel, so I do not have any reviews about their breakfast selection. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I would love to come back here again.

2-bedroom superior for 7 nights; clean room, attractive color scheme furniture, flooring, walls, etc; OK water pressure, water hot instantly, effective, clean, relatively quiet aircon in each room; good, consistent password-less WiFi; very friendly & helpful service; good breakfast with daily change of some items, others on offer each day, in quiet, large room with poolside views; lifts quick to arrive; good selection of channels (something for everyone, but not in HD) on 30-32” TV with HDMI & USB-A ports; spa in hotel but cash only; large, clean pool but not for lap swimming; fitness room adequate (treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bike, free weights, cable machines).

While the food variety is commendable, a suggestion for enhancement lies in the fruit stall, where an expanded selection could cater to diverse preferences, ensuring a more satisfying culinary journey for patrons.

The biggest problem is waiting for elevators . On the day of checkin, I have to wait for 20+minute to reach my room 3309. I have many visitors Wisit’s me during my stay and all were complaining about the elevators problem. Out of three elevators, only two are functioning. Sometimes I had to use service lift to come down. Do improve this service and visitor will be happy

Pros: 1. Located in near pondok indah area, it is really easy to stroll around pondok indah and go on and off PIM 2. The room is clean and spacious, I love how they divided the closet room and the sleeping room in superior deluxe 3. Good facilities in the hotel such as spas, swimming pools, gym 4. The staff are really nice and helpful 5. The breafast is tasty, not much of a choice but still tastes great! Cons: 1. The restaurant and lobby are pretty small, so it's easily packed. You better get breakfast early when peak season to get a seat 2. Because the lobby and reception are small, it took times to check in or out, but there's not much place to sit down while waiting. Lastly, this is not a pros and cons but more of a hotel policy for safety deposit approximately around 300K . You will get it back shortly after checking out.

This is my first time stay in Swiss belresidences Kalibata. For me, this hotel provide best accomodation, the room is comfort, breakfast is also good with various food. They also have a green area called treepit, which is so comfort to spend your time, Staff also friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mas Faris, Mas Sofyan and Mas lucky in Front office Department

Spent 4d3 at this hotel. Check in was smooth, got the room without hassle. Level 29 with formidable city view with full glass wall. Anyone looking for sleeping with city view next to the bed, I am strongly recommended this hotel. Assured the money you spent is totally worth. There is plenty of fast food restaurants texas chicken, mcdonalds nearby around 2min walking. For breakfast, lot of variety of authentic Indonesian culinary choice. Train station is 5min walking distance. Dessy is really helpful to navigate around the hotel and things to do nearby.

I stayed her with my cousin because after lasik I could only watch TV. Sadly, I don’t have a smart TV at home whereas my only entertainment is netflix. The room is not too spacious, but just enough. The only thing that I dislike is the way to reach the hotel lobby is a bit…..complicated (?) Things I like and appreciate. 1. Whenever I look out the window, the view is similar with when I stay is Bandung. There are lots of trees and green areas, so the vibe is cool or maybe serene. 2. Smart TV my love, even a good hotel such as Aston Bogor doesn’t have one. 3. There are reading lamps besar the bed.
