I recently booked a stay at Mercure Jakarta Pantai Indah Kapuk for my boss during his business trip to Jakarta. The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to key business areas and local amenities. Check in staff were friendly! There is a restaurant within the hotel so it is convenient to grab a meal or room service. Free coffee provided at the lobby. It is easy to order grab. However, clearer signage to direct drivers into the driveway would make things even more wonderful. Clean room and comfortable stay for one night.

The room allows smoking, but the environment is so-so, the breakfast is so-so, and there are not many varieties. The noise from the side starts around 4 or 5 o'clock, but the front desk service is very good, full marks for the front desk

Della the reception desk was wonderful. Such a pleasant person for customer relations. She went an extra mile to assist me. The reception is on the first floor, not the ground level where you enter. The hotel is comfortable, offers sufficient breakfast. However, I recommend to purchase coffee separately for 25k. It is much better than the one included. The hotel has sauna, steambath, warm pool and a small gym on 3rd floor. The bed is comfortable, the towels are clean and new.

Riana and Iis and all other staffs were helpull..nice! Since the property just operate on aug 23, the facilities still looks great and clean, parking area quite acomodate but the space of the row lil bit narrow. And the breakfast hopefully will be better in the next time we come again..👌😉

The shower room's glass partition is shaky and a bit run down..the breakfast has a good varieties but, but are mostly foods that served the local.community. there are virtually no meats provided except for the half cut sausage and chicken stripe meant for the porridge. Quiet a poor breakfas menu as compare to other hotels that we stayed from Jogja to Bandung.

I stayed in the same brand apartment hotel in Bangkok last year and was very satisfied. This time, Jakarta also implements the quality of this brand. The stay was comfortable and the family was very satisfied. Will stay in Somerset hotels in various places.

The decor of the hotel is very fresh, modern, and aesthetically appealing. You can take pictures at every spots and corners. The staff service are excellent. The breakfast is decent, enough options to fill you. The bed are comfortable and I love the fact that they have laundry room. That is the main plus point for us. We did not try the other amenities like the gym and tennis court but they do look very well-maintained. On the other hand, just tiny little things, it would be great if the hotel provide hangers for the guests. It’s a bit challenging without it. Love our cute room as well.

During the Lebaran holiday season, I stayed with my family. The facilities were clean and there were many things to enjoy nearby. It was nice^^ It was convenient because it was close to the airport.

We could use TJ from Jakarta to Gold Coast. It is a strategic place for staycation. There is Fresh Market accross the street so don't worry if it not included meals. The price of the meals is affordable! Worth it! The room is comfortable and clean. Don't forget to call the owner before arriving so he can ask his staff to meet us.
