AAKI_ApichhI stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for about a week and overall had a very pleasant experience. The suite was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for a longer stay. One thing to note: the bathtub is quite deep, which might be a challenge for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Breakfast: a good mix of Western and Korean options, all well-prepared and tasty. The coffee, in particular, was excellent — probably the best I’ve had at a hotel. Reception staff were polite(mostly... except the one male reception who deline on advice...) If you plan visit downtown in Seoul it might be quite far. Would recommend for families or longer stays, just keep the bathroom design in mind depending on your needs.
AAriunaa gHotel location is bit far from seoul but it is okay when you have car. In room dining menu is limited There is Hyundai department store with good food court near you can have a bus just in front of the hotel. Hotel service is good staffs are friendly. Surrounding is clean and quiet. Best for families
GGuest UserThe hotel has an East Tower and a West Tower, don't make the same mistake I did and go to the wrong one when checking in. Check-in is officially at 4 PM, but they let me check in around 2 PM, which was great. It's very clean and super close to Kintex, within walking distance, which was perfect for seeing a show. There's a convenience store and restaurants downstairs, and transportation is convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here for a show. It was the best night's sleep I've had in days!
GGuest UserIt was recently built, so the quality of the facilities was good. The location was also good because it had a good view of the surrounding sea.
However, the breakfast was the worst. They served a plate with a few vegetables and cold eggs, and the quality of the bread was worse than factory bread.
The coffee, which came in a thermos with espresso and hot water, was also poor. If they were going to serve like this, I think they shouldn't have served breakfast.
Or, they should have simply served salt bread and coffee on the basement floor.
