Room was spacious and clean, definitely a new hotel. Restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast every morning, had delicious selections. Really like the big balcony too which you can view stars at night without light pollution. A bit of a walk / 5 min drive to main Banff town but not an issue. Great amenities in room and service was great too! Highly recommend.

I have stayed here more than once, Gray Eagle Hotel is as good as ever, and the Chinese food and buffet are beyond expectations. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here!

Really great hotel; nice rooms, bedding, shower. Seemed like it was brand new but I didn’t ask. We had a king bed with this mini couch that we discovered pulled out to a bed. We walked to the Peace bridge which was nice. Stephen Avenue was about 1/2 mile walk and a ton of cool restaurants and pubs are there. This hotel has a cool rooftop and two restaurants but we didn’t get a chance to go. People seemed to like them.

I’m giving this 4 stars based on the Oasis Waterpark and our time spent there. Without that, I would score the hotel as a 3 (3.5). The hotel room itself was pretty standard. 2 queen beds, clean enough except for a dirty vent in the bathroom and a pre-existing stain on the carpet (see photos.) The air conditioning unit in the room was incredibly noisy and made for a rough night sleep on night 1. On night 2, I opened the window to allow for some “street white noise” and this helped to lessen the noises made when the unit turned on and off. Room was clean, housekeeping staff friendly and prompt to make our room up after night 1. I will note that the shower pressure was minimal, which made washing shampoo out of the hair challenging. The Oasis Waterpark is great. We missed the bulk of the Labour Day weekend travellers and had hours here to ourselves. Waterpark staff were incredibly kind. They also stay busy! Some observations from the Waterpark: - The slides are cleaned daily, which is great. It does result in minimal downtime for one/both slides for a bit, but I can appreciate keeping them clean. - The rest of the Oasis was kept clean, with staff frequently spraying things down. - I lost count of how many times water quality was tested for all bodies of water, great work. - Water in the main pool was pleasant, warm in the toddler pool, and a bit chilly in the pool where the water slides dump you. (Not a bad thing as it encourages people to move along out of the way quickly.) - Hot tubs were definitely hot! - It notes no people under 16 in the hot tubs but children were in them with their parents (we did the same, kids needed to warm up after the slides.) I see no issue with this if times are kept short. - Dry sauna was closed for the duration - The water slides are great but safety rules must be observed. We saw two injuries and both times it was when people were not following posted rules (tandem rides, entering the slide before the previous rider was most of the way down, sliding headfirst.) We will stay again so that we can visit the Waterpark.

This hotel is highly recommended in banff town. It has complete facilities and a warm and comfortable environment. You will get a three-day scenic bus ticket for free when you stay. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. The Italian restaurant on the first floor is also very delicious. ps The hotel adheres to the concept of environmental protection and does not have drinking water supply. It is said that banff can drink water directly or buy it at the market price. The hand sanitizer and soap are also made from local brands and are of good quality.

Stayed here many times. It is always excellent. Always clean and comfortable. Front desk was especially helpful this trip when we had difficulty checking in to our flight. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the young woman that assisted us in printing our boarding passes but she was top notch. We appreciate the shuttle and parking package, it is very convenient for us.

The Westley is a very clean and cool atmosphere located in central downtown. The room and bathroom are very spacious. Parking is available underground for a charge of $40. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again in the future

I am quite satisfied with the new hotel. The room is well decorated, the bed is big, and the view is great. The bath products are also very comfortable. I also went to the western restaurant on the first floor of the hotel for dinner that night. The taste and service were good. The hotel doesn't have any other facilities, but the new decoration is very comfortable.

It's convenient to go around, but the parking is a bit tossing for 45 a day. The price of valet parking is fair. Basically, the hotel here can bring dogs to stay, but there is an additional fee. This one is 40

The front desk was very nice and I saw her in a happy mood the whole day. The room is clean and tidy, with a wide view outside the window. Breakfast is a collaboration with the restaurant on the first floor, a Western-style set meal, which is unique and delicious.

Right inside the terminal, check-in is right outside the hotel, perfect for overnight stays and early morning flights. The room was decent, clean and tidy, suitable for business trips. You can see the planes taking off and landing at Calgary Airport from the room. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel lobby. The only drawback is that the sliding door of the toilet faces the bed.

I booked the Westin to cover me for a late flight into Calgary. I was able to move my flight to an earlier time but was inside the cancellation time for the hotel, so I stayed the night. The hotel presents well from the exterior, smells of freshness and clean when you walk in, and the lobby kept clean with newer furnishing. I checked in and went directly to the restaurant to get food before they closed. The prices were decent for an airport hotel with limited offerings near the location. I ordered the Mahi and it was cooked properly, tasted wonderful and the sides were just as good. The cheesecake was good but reminded me of the multi-wheel cheesecake you get at Costco. It was good but paled in comparison to the Mahi. The waiter was a younger guy that was engaging, had stories about working for Marriott, his travels and places he still wants to see. Overall, a great end of the day dining experience. Once I got to the room, it was very nice. With my status and an upgrade coupon, I was able to get an upgrade to a suite that had a nice, large shower and tub in the suite. There was limited noise from outside to interfere with sleep. The bed is the typical Marriott set up providing a good nights sleep. The TV was a nice size and the controls for lights and heat easy to access and use. The following morning, I was up for breakfast. The good experience from the previous night, at the same restaurant, was smashed for breakfast. I arrived to a 'wait to be seated' sign so I waited for 5-7 minutes watching the waitstaff serve and clean tables. There were 3 active tables, 7-10 tables to be cleaned and three waitstaff in the area. Once I was able to get one person’s attention, he wanted me to sit at a table that had not been clean from the previous customer. I found a clean table with no silverware with expectations that the waiter would see I need silverware and bring some to the table. Once I was seated, the waiting continued. Even if they were busy, which they were not, a flyby to say ”I will be there shortly' is expected. After waiting more than 10 minutes, with all of the waitstaff walking in and around me, I held up the menu to get their attention. One said, 'I thought you were taking that table' to the other person’s reply 'no, it's yours'. I ordered but the staff did not write down the order. Before he left, he asked me again what I wanted so I repeated it and said 'it is ok to write it down' but he said he was good. I handed over my free breakfast coupon before he left. When he brought the coffee, he confirmed the order and had it wrong. Third repeat of the correct order to the waiter and the food still came to me wrong and I had to retrieve my own silverware so I could eat. I had already waited 20+ minutes on getting food so I ate what they brought to me. What was prepared was good but not what I ordered. This review is long overdue and refers to stays in March 2016 & March 2017. For 3-night stays it suited us perfectly. If the hotel advertised itself as a ski lodge with old world charm and great staff – like, really great staff, we’d give it 5/5 because that’s exactly what it is and sets the expectations appropriately. However, we’re reviewing this hotel based on the way it is advertised: as a “luxury lodge” with “elegant rooms” for a “romantic escape” and as a 4-star “boutique hotel”. Each one of these words translates to something it’s just not quite. Given the descriptors (and the cost - at about $215 per night for a king bed) we expect a little more as far as rooms go. In reality the rooms were somewhat dated, but clean and served the purpose. The ventilation (heater) was noisy and the in room safe did not work properly. Hotel’s best offerings: 1. Staff (they were great – friendly and helpful); 2. Location & the shuttle pick up to Lake Louise and Sunshine (paid for as part of a ski package through the hotel and in addition to the room cost - was super convenient as it is right outside the front door); and 3. Breakfast (it was fantastic, though pricey). Tip regarding the shuttle: it’s about 20-30 minutes to Sunshine and about 45-60 minutes to Lake Louise. It’s one of the first few pick-ups, so not an issue getting a seat in the morning. But … when leaving the ski resorts and returning to the hotel, line up early as they can be crowded and might not be able to accommodate everyone, which means a long wait for the next bus. Overnight storage of skis is in the basement and works well. Equipment was not permitted in the rooms. Underground valet parking was nice. Hot tub is just ok (it’s in a basement and quite dark; alcohol is prohibited - though we managed to have a beverage or two). When we were there both the lounge and the dining room were pretty low-key (empty), so we went down the street for something a little more lively. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the main strip in Banff. Relatively short, but feels like a long walk if you hit a cold snap like we did. Bring a toque! Highly recommend The Block Kitchen and Bar for dinner (small sharing plates) and Tooloulous for breakfast. Arrive early or expect to wait in line at both. Overall a great time was had and we would consider it again if we return to Banff.

Old hotel, the entire Banff hotel has years, and summer is very cold, which is equivalent to the feeling of Beijing in late autumn. The town is very small, just one street, there is a supermarket in the middle of the street, and there are gas stations at the head and tail. You can directly go to the Canadian tanker Swap domestic credit cards, the United States cannot. Walk about 40 minutes from beginning to end. There is no extra bed in the room, there is a small balcony, enough to put a chair, there is a small swimming pool, hotel guests free parking, Banff from Vancouver to play, the reasonable route is, Vancouver-Lake Louise (Lake Lake Side Hotel) --JASPE (If you want to see a bear on the road, you must go on the road before 6 o'clock, the glass road is not interesting, you can take a look at the glacier. It is best to live in Jasper for two or three days, you can see the aurora with good luck. The beach on the road is actually by the lake.

blackstone is a very comfortable hotel. It has an indoor heated swimming pool and two warm Jacuzzis perfect for winter use. I especially like to take a bath in the outdoor massage pool because the surrounding mountain scenery is very beautiful, especially when it snows outside, it is a great pleasure to watch the snow scene in the massage pool. The hotel rooms are clean and well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. If you want to have a relaxing and pleasant vacation in the cold winter, I highly recommend blackstone mountain lodge, it will give you extraordinary enjoyment. The facilities and services here are very comfortable.

My husband and I came to The Malcom Hotel to attend his cousin's wedding. The hotel is beautifully made. The hotel staff are always welcoming with a smile. The concierge desk was awesome in their recommendations of what to do on a raining day and what tour we must do while in Canmore. It is also walking distance from the City Center of Canmore. It was a great one week stay!

Nice hotel with full facilities. The washing and drying machine is very easy to use. The shower room is very useful. If you go on a cold day, you can also use the sauna. The kitchen is also very nice and comfortable to live in. There is also a fireplace. The door is made of glass. I think it is an electric stove. The carbon inside is a fake decoration. But the carbon is real and it is really burning. There is a gas stove under the carbon. On the wall, the same switch as the interior light. Feeling better.

The appearance of the apartment is not new, but the interior decoration is very good and the facilities are complete. Electric fireplace adjustable. The waiter was also nice and cleaned up every day. Before leaving, I forgot to leave a tip, a little embarrassed. In short, I live very well. I feel that developed countries are just a penny and a lot of money. The children are very happy.

My friends and I booked a 3 bedroom through Expedia. When we arrived, it was a tiny 2 bedroom suite, with not enough beds or room for us to sit together. Unfortunately, because it was booked through Expedia, we had to deal directly with Expedia and the owner of the suite which was a huge hassle and spent hours of our time trying to fix the situation. The hotel rents suites by owners, as well as suites owned by the hotel. After not getting far with Expedia nor the suite owner, we talked to the manager Aaron, and he was able to get us into a significantly larger suite. He did what he could to accommodate us, and it cost us less than what Expedia charged for a much smaller unit. The suite was amazing, very comfortable beds and had lots of room for our girls weekend away. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again, and will be sure to book directly with the hotel.

The hotel is very good, the room is bigger, you can cook your own food, in addition to seasoning, pots and pans. There is a sofa bed, so you can sleep up to two big and two small, there is a parking lot on the ground and on the ground. There are many wild bunny in the grass around the hotel. You can buy some carrots to feed the rabbit with your child. It is very fun! Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment

The room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!
