Holy Sheet Hostel

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I met so many lifelong friends here, even travelled the country with a couple people I met here. The common room is air-conditioned and comfortable. Breakfast is good, but the same everyday. The bathrooms are clean and I like the curtains on the beds in the dorms. I would definitely stay here again.
Paradise Boutique Hotel

It feels very exotic, and you can experience the different customs and practices of the old town. The area nearby is also very lively, and the architecture is very distinctive. It was a very special stay, niceeeee!
Cairo Paradise Hotel

I cannot recommend staying at Cairo Paradise Hotel enough. We came on quite a spontaneous trip where we had not planned each day beforehand, we booked a hotel that felt good to us, in a good location and decided that we would ask for recommendations once there. We were welcomed extremely warmly by Ahmad, and had a big and beautiful room. From the first day, we were given so much advice based on our budget and interests: Amr gave us his experience and offered us to plan our days to make the most out of our time: we did not just visit many locations, we also had guides and did things in a certain order and at every hour. These made it into a very very busy and fun adventure! Apart from travel help, everyone was very generous at the hotel, we were offered tea, coffee and Egyptian food to try, and got a taxi ride to the airport to go back. They always made sure we were safe and had any question answered. I felt so welcomed to Egypt and Cairo and I hope to go back and see them again😄 Thank you to Ahmad, Amr and everyone else! One piece of advice: sometimes on iPhone maps when you write the hotel name it can get a little mixed up, make sure when you see the destination it is on Sherif Pasha Street but also: in between 26th July Street and Adly Street. The hotel is also opposite a cake shop called El Abd Patisserie. Celeste :)
Lucky Hostel
4.1/58 Reviews
When we arrived, it was a little difficult to find the building, because there was no sign of Lucky Hostel in the lobby. However a very persistent man outside, insisted that the building with sign “El otel”, is the correct building. We trust him and we entered. Another problem, it looked like to use the elevator to 4th floor, we must have access card. We wait for about 5 minutes and fortunately there was a man came down, and we asked his help to tap on the elevator using his card. Other than that, my husband & I were happy to stay in this hostel. Our room was so big and with sofa too!! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot shower was very pleasant in cold morning. And we were very happy that the staff allow us to put our luggage while we were away to Luxor. We stay for total of 4 nights and we were allowed again to put our luggage while we went shopping, because our flight was in the middle of the night.
Oasis chinese guesthouse

As a B&B for the second day's transit, it is very close to Cairo International Airport, 30 minutes by taxi, about 150 pounds, and also very close to Citystars, the largest commercial complex in Cairo, about 10 minutes by taxi. It is run by a couple, the overall environment is relatively clean, giving Chinese people a feeling of home, the boss is also easy to talk to, and the overall decoration style is very suitable for Chinese family accommodation
Dahab Hostel

This is a very good youth hostel near the Cairo Museum. Although the rooms are not big, the public areas are large and user-friendly. In particular, the cleanliness of the public toilets and bathrooms is no less than that of hotel rooms. There are fans but no air conditioning, which may not work in summer! Not far from it is a comprehensive Western fast food restaurant, which has pizza, KFC, and donut coffee. It can solve breakfast and dinner very well. Recommended
Museum Plaza Hostel

I'm so glad I chose this hotel in Cairo. The location is excellent, with the museum across the street and a 5-minute walk to the Go Bus starting point and the bus station center. You can go to Alexandria and Luxor by go bus; you can go to the airport, the pyramids, etc. by bus. The hotel has an elevator, air conditioning, and provides a rich and varied breakfast for free! We loved Cairo’s local flatbread and bean paste. The room is clean, tidy and quite spacious! We also booked this hotel when we returned to Cairo from Alexandria and Luxor. Not far from here, there are McDonald’s, KFC and pizza shops, and you can actually find a shop where you can buy Egyptian beer! Egyptian beer STELLA tastes really good and costs 40 Egyptian pounds a bottle.
New Palace Hotel

The hotel itself is basic. The room and other areas need a little work, but for the price that you pay, it’s worth it. And anyway, you just sleep there. What impressed me was the staff. I don’t have words how amazing the staff there is. I arrived with a toothache and they helped me schedule an appointment and I even got a discount. Every tour I wanted to do , they arranged it for me. The prices were affordable. Thanks to the staff, my before #1 ranked trip just got dethroned by this one. Very thankful to Kimo, Dr. Ahmed and Carlos for taking amazing care of me. Thank you for everything.
Lemon Tree & Home

Very hard to find. No sign on the door on the street. Person in charge didn’t know of my reservation and practically no English spoken and very hard to communicate. So was also told downstairs door is open. It was locked. Also door to accommodation was locked and I wasn’t given the code for the key box. Not many taxis around. The cleanliness was very good. That was only good thing besides the price.
New Cairo xinhua hotel

The room was very luxurious, spacious and had a palace feel to it. The room, sheets, and towels were all very clean. There were bottled water, toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel, which I appreciated. The Chinese food is also very delicious, which makes me very happy. Especially fried eggplant is the best. We also had white rice, which is great for Japanese people. I had an early flight and couldn't get to the hotel until breakfast time, so they let me have dinner from the night before. Thank you for your flexible response. The shower room, toilet and washbasin are in the same space. Japanese people may not be used to it, but once they get used to it, the hot water comes out and it is very comfortable. I'm Japanese and only speak a little Chinese and English, but I can communicate very well. I would stay here again if I came to Cairo and I would recommend it to Japanese people. The house is luxurious and the palace is touching. The house, シーツ, and タオルは are cleaned. ペットボトルの水、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、ボディソープの备まであり、ありがたいです Chinese cuisine is delicious and delicious Special stir-fried eggplant is the best 白米もあるので日本人にはありがたいです Morning breakfast, Morning food time, Morning food time, Morning food time, Morning food time, Morning food time, Morning food time, Morning food time, Morning food timeれました Thank you for the opportunity. シャワーがトイレと Same as the じスペースなのでJapanese は小し Make いcustom れませんが、customary れればきちんとおSoup も出るIt's comfortable Private Japanese で し の Chinese と English し か で き ま せ ん が コ ミ ュ ニ ケ ー シ ョ ン は TEN で す. またカイロに来たら波まりたいですし、日本におすすめです
