Hotel front desk and concierge is very friendly and helpful . Staffs in the lounge bar and restaurant are very warm and friendly too. Room is very big in Paris standard. Room design is tasteful, graceful yet modern. The only thing annoyed me very much is that the housekeepers are very rude. Everything else seems fine, except the controlling pad surface is a bit dusty. I lived there for 3 nights, everyday there are someone coming to my room without knocking the door or telling me who that is. First day I was quite shocked, I thought it was my problem because I didn't turn on the 'Do not disturb' light. That's fine. The second day, I had the 'Do not disturb' light on, someone(housekeeper) still opened my door without knocking the door or telling me who that is. That was very awkward. I feel no privacy in the room as someone could just come into your room without any notice . That annoyed me very much. I mean, what is the point of 'Do not disturb' button ??!! Later I turned off the 'Do not disturb' light and turned on 'Please make up room' light. I went out of the room and saw the housekeeper in the there. I kindly asked her could she make up my room for me. She seems unhappy and told me that It is too late and she is off already . Come on, it was only 4pm, and I am going to stay there another night. I came back after one hour , saw the ' Please make up room' light still on, so I didn't expect my room was made. Luckily someone cleaned my room but didn't turned off the light. Then it was the 3rd day, I had the late check out till 3pm and I had the 'Do not disturb' light on. You know what happened? The housekeeper opened my door without any notice again while I was in the room and said DO NOT DISTURB. It was obvious light color and I am really annoyed by that. If it happened once , ok. But everyday for 3 consecutive days ???! All the other staffs are fine but I do think it lacks housekeeping training. It ruined all the privacy and trust etc. If it is only for the room, and concierge etc I like it. The housekeeping is terrible and disappointing.

First, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep. The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with). The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly. The spa was too cold to enjoy. I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, the park is nearby, and the Paris football museum and club are near. The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is very good. It is a good choice for tourism and business trips. It is 20-30 minutes' drive from downtown attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe, which is very convenient.
Le Metropolitan, Paris Tour Eiffel, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The environment is very good. I booked a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Of course, the price is not cheap, 8,000 per night. However, there are definitely other issues with this hotel First, steal oil. We drove here, and they provided parking service for 30 euros a night, but when we handed our car to them, there were 2 bars of gas left. When we received the car, there was not a single bar of gas left, and they even reminded us that there was no gas left. travel And I found that my seat had been adjusted to a flat position. I was confused until I saw that there was no gas. Second, the breakfast is inconsistent When we arrived, the front desk said that our breakfast was a buffet and it was all freshly cooked. It had a rich menu, including sushi, pasta and other foods. In fact, please see the picture. It just gives you a basket of bread, a cup of coffee, and more. A yogurt. They also wanted to charge me 20 euros per person. I went directly to the front desk to complain, and then I turned around and said that your room rate was included and there was no need to pay extra. And he also showed me picture 2, the so-called buffet I'm so angry that my liver hurts

La Defense
We stayed for three nights and everything was wonderful. The staff were very professional, nice, and helpful. The room was clean, with fresh towels, comfy beds, hot water, a big TV, and a good-sized bathtub. We had everything we needed. There was a small issue with the power supply, but the staff responded quickly and professionally. Although the issue couldn’t be resolved in our initial room, we were promptly given another room. Also the hotel’s proximity to the metro station made our visit to Paris very easy and comfortable.I’d recommend this to everyone.
Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace

First of all, I stayed for three days and two nights. The hotel is near the Palace of Versailles, about 20 minutes away. The appearance, decoration and this facility are also called Waldorf. Because it was raining heavily during my check-in, the staff was very careful, but we went to the underground tunnel through the room. Avoid wet guests in open-air locations The room facilities are excellent, the double bed is extremely wide and comfortable, and the bedding supplies of the same level as the Peninsula, Four Seasons and other brands. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. It is located in the state park within the Palace of Versailles. I also heard the symphony of nature in the morning. The hotel is first-class decoration, the breakfast restaurant food is very beautiful, looking at the prairie, seeing horses and locals running in the nearby park in the distance, the nearby scenery is beautiful, and you can walk to the back garden of Versailles (about 20 minutes away) next to the isolation. The security is good. Going out at night is not dangerous, everyone in the town is safe, and you can also eat on Google Maps I am very fond of this hotel and hope to stay in France next time.

The hotel is located in the city center and is convenient for travel. The decoration is very good and has a retro style. The lobby is very good for taking pictures. The hotel room is very large. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. It is very comfortable for three people. There is also a working stereo and the room is well soundproofed. The hotel staff are all very nice and they are very quick to help with takeout and delivery.
Shangri-La Paris

The breakfast is pretty good. It's not a cafeteria. It's a one-by-one set meal. Extra money is added. An extra bed is available, but the king size bed is really big. The location of the hotel is very good, just near the Eiffel Tower, but if you don't choose a view room, you can only see the street view. The design and collection of the hotel lobby are the highlights. Don't miss the small garden, it is very beautiful. As far as the room is concerned, it can only be said to be average, and the service is indeed very good. When checking in at the front desk, there were Chinese receptionists, and the communication was smooth. Overall it's pretty good.
Sofitel le Scribe Paris Opera

The location is excellent, opposite the Paris Opera House, Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, the Louvre, etc. are all within walking distance. There is also a subway station next to it, and transportation is very convenient. There are also two Chinese restaurants behind the hotel. The hygiene is OK. The breakfast is OK, and the service is very good and enthusiastic.

La Defense
Convenient location for business trips to La Defence area of Paris. Good breakfast and good facilities in room - apart from the lack of coffee creamer / milk. Not a great location for tourists unless you are looking to go shopping. During nighttime there are a few restaurants within walking distance in Courbevoie. The metro is a short walk of around 500m to the square and taxis can always be found at “the thumb” statue nearby.
