Dissatisfied with Ctrip and the hotel communication, the original reservation for two nights, but due to the itinerary change, I need to go to Rotterdam in advance (or the hotel booked on Ctrip, I had Ctrip's APP at that time), I arranged to refund one night at the time of check-in, The hotel agreed and arranged to refund me one night's tax and breakfast (not Ctrip's purchase), and Ctrip also promised to arrange a refund for one night; but due to Ctrip's communication delay, it was not possible to refund one night, wasting my money, time and trust in Ctrip; So it feels like there is no drama in the front and behind;

Nice hotel if you don't have high expectations, there are plenty of shops and a train nearby

Convenient location. However, the room phone could not be used. Had to go down to reception for amenities instead. There was no hot water for shower at night for half and hour and resumed spontaneously. The master switch fell off when the key card was inserted

The breakfast is very suitable for Asians, with vegetables, fruits, and tea (black tea and green tea are weighed and packed by themselves). The staff is very professional, increasing the food supply in time and cleaning the table. I saw it marked as a three-star hotel on Google map, which I think is much better than many four-star hotels. The design of this hotel is a bit interesting, suitable for self-driving tourists with cars.

Allereerst we zitten in Nederland, en helaas is de communicatie veelal in het Engels, daarbij wordt er een creditcard verlangd voor de toeristenbelasting te betalen, deze hadden wij niet bij ons daar de rekening in het geheel betaald was, we hebben tenslotte met het thuisfront contact moeten opnemen om een foto te sturen van de creditcard. deze juffrouw die op 19 april aan de balie zit was zeer onvriendelijk, Engelstalig en dacht beslist niet mee, daar in tegen was de juffrouw op 20 april met het uitchecken een Nederlandstalige en deze was zeer vriendelijk. en het ze vond het zeer spijtig dat haar collega ons zo benaderde, verder was het hotel netjes, de TV moest je met eigen mobiel streamen via de Wifi en casten dit lukte totaal niet. dus geen TV, de kamer was erg groot en minimalistisch ingericht er stond geen stoel waar je even op kon relaxen.

The location was realy good. Near the city center and central station. The hotel was easy to find and the check in process was realy easy and smooth. The only downside was the mattress which was not realy the best or confortable for a longer stay like more than 2 nights.

Hotels location is near Rotterdam Centraal station and this allows you to move easily. They have good staff that welcomes and help you when you need. Hotel has good and unusual concept. I stayed at red room, it was small but has toilet and shower and useful for sleeping. If you have plan to spend time at your room you need to choose other rooms. Only negative thing about this hotel they didn’t change my towels and bed in 3 days time but I didn’t ask for that also :) if I wanted they would do that I believe. Price / performance is great for this hotel 👍🏻

Great location. But very disappointed we‘d the room on the 1st floor and their is nothing apart from the beds and toilet eugh shower. Very basic and we found it a bit cold in term of the vibes. If you are looking did great local and convenient that’s it no question.

Location and transportation: The hotel is in an excellent location! Jumbo supermarket is on the left hand side of the door. It has all the food and drinks you want to buy. It is a great supermarket! The hotel is within walking distance to the morning market (Tuesday and Saturday morning), the arched market, the Maritime Museum, the central railway station, etc., which is very convenient. Facilities and hygiene: The guest room (king bed + sofa bed) is very spacious, the whole room is reasonably laid out, there is plenty of storage space, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a large space for guests to move around. It is very clean and hygienic. Meals: Because the surrounding dining is more convenient, I did not choose to eat in the hotel. In fact, there is a built-in restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which is also open to the public and not noisy. Service: The hotel's front desk and room service staff are very enthusiastic and work very efficiently. Overall evaluation: All five stars recommended!
