When i booked it's shows 5 star hotel It's a really 5 star plus hotel We arrived early at the hotel within 2 minutes we had check in and upgraded room was offered without any charges also they offer unlimited water and tea coffee and bathroom essentials also complimentary jacuzzi and sauna and steam was offered and swimming pool is best ever I had with highest quality and price was really cheap I would gave it 100% happiness and would recommend to everyone in the world GHULAM JILLANI AND FAMILY UNITED KINGDOM

Arrived late at 2am , saw the romantic touch from the room, gave us excitment..however all the plugs and television is not working,need to call eng late night 3am, Luckily kenneth gave us a late check out until 2pm, During the day hk rings our bell at 10:00am for whatsoever laundry pick up service, which we didn't request and we get disturbed from sleeping because he tried to open the door after he rang the bell . We didn't sleep after and go for breakfast instead..

Simply the best hotel in Abu Dhabi!!!! I loved the gym which is so spacious and professional (and brownie points to the sauna in the shower/changing room) Food was also excellent, had breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel when I felt lazy and didn’t want to go out

I would like to commend the staff at Grand Hyatt Dubai for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly welcome made me feel at home. The professionalism and flexibility of the staff left a very positive impression on me. The view and comfort of the room were pleasantly surprising, with an unbeatable view of the sea and ample space that made it very comfortable! Location is Additionally, I have a small suggestion regarding the hotel’s takeout service. Currently, guests need to go to the lobby to collect their orders, which can be inconvenient after a long day or during a quiet night. I would recommend considering the introduction of delivery robots to bring takeout directly to guests’ rooms. Love this hotel very much!!

I have stayed in many Ritz Carlton hotels around the world. Those are always great service and quality. The Ritz Abu Dhabi rooms are a bit dated but kept up well. I still felt very comfortable. The hotel staff is fantastic. Upon arrival, hotel reception upgraded us to a slightly larger villa, which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant staff were excellent, swift cleaning plates and never far if something was needed. The food variety at breakfast was great and anything that was missing for individual tastes was provided upon request. Staff around the pool were also great at preparing beds upon arrival. The pool was heated and comfortable to swim and play during the colder months. Generally a fantastic stay and I would stay there again.

The common areas are quite spacious, but the rooms themselves felt a bit cramped. The service has really gone downhill; the only personalized attention we received was being shown to our room during check-in.

It was short stay one night but the new management need to look to the price for the coffee shop to be in range and the clean as it os the entire area for the hotel is found some insects when i was having my coffee there and i show the photo to the lobby manager at that time hope they will take action

It was a lovely stay for my anniversary, the welcome was really warm, and the special anniversary arrangements added more spice for the special occasion. A lovely chocolate moose cake, and a sweet red rose petals with towels gooses on the bed! That was really cool. The dinner was great alongside with the breakfast.
