I would like to commend the staff at Grand Hyatt Dubai for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly welcome made me feel at home. The professionalism and flexibility of the staff left a very positive impression on me. The view and comfort of the room were pleasantly surprising, with an unbeatable view of the sea and ample space that made it very comfortable! Location is Additionally, I have a small suggestion regarding the hotel’s takeout service. Currently, guests need to go to the lobby to collect their orders, which can be inconvenient after a long day or during a quiet night. I would recommend considering the introduction of delivery robots to bring takeout directly to guests’ rooms. Love this hotel very much!!

The room met our expectations, and we had a direct view of Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque from the balcony. The DYPTIQUE toiletries were a nice touch, and the service was very attentive. They even gave us flowers when we checked out. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Abu Dhabi.

1) House keeping throw things that is not dirt for example plastic tools.. 2) never change towels even if u put it a side on floor and was wet. 3) Drinking water is not enough in room. 4) always late services at the afternoons due to check in and check out timing… however, it is not our problem. 5) restaurants in hotel are good 6) big room big hotel very good gym.

I loved everything from the valet guys to the check in at the reception, the concierge, room service and Al Rimai restaurant. Special thanks to Paolo at the concierge and Nokwazi at the restaurant. The other staff too were excellent. The best part of the trip for us as a family was the food. We had all 3 buffet (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and the variety of food plus their richness/taste was exceptional. For those who can, try the cold plunge and steam room, really enjoyed them. In all, our stay at Erth hotel Abu Dhabi was a blast and we will definitely return.

It’s a nice hotel and very spacious lobby and staff is very friendly and helpful . They refer guest to beach club that we did not get very happy As the pool and beach but the spa at the hotel was amazing . The food was amazing at the breakfast and at the dinner . We enjoyed very much

In the morning, we decided to have a light breakfast at ”The Lounge”: we ordered, among coffee and other items, a smoked salmon bagel, which was delicious and served by our host Osman, whose demanour, knowledge, and overall attitude and customer engagement was outstanding - six stars for him! One word about the smoked salmon bagel: as a bagel connoisseur, and despite the dish's excellent taste and presentation, I'd like to note that the dough used for the bagel is not the typical stiff, high protein, yeasted dogh normally used when baking bagels. I recommend to use the correct dough in the future, slightly toast the bagel before serving, and also add a bit more cream cheese as well as a sprig or two of dill - otherwise, the dish was top notch, and as I already mentioned, the service was exceptional!

It was an amazing experience. Wonderful staff and amazing view made the whole experience unforgettable.

It took me two circles to find the hotel entrance by car. The navigation showed a roundabout U-turn at the entrance, but it should have been a U-turn in an underground area that looked like a tunnel entrance. I just followed the sign that said 'Etihad Towers' without paying close attention. The hotel offers complimentary valet parking. The lobby is massive, and the front desk upgraded us to an apartment room, although it was on the second floor. The room was spacious and convenient, with a separate Bose sound system, and a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, stove, and a washing machine. The bathroom featured a complete set of BYREDO amenities, which was a nice touch. The dining hall was huge, with an extensive and high-quality selection of dishes. You could order freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, and coffee to go. On the 74th floor, there's an observation deck open to the public. Hotel guests get unlimited access, which is great. We went up to see the night view and then again during the day. It directly faces the Emirates Palace Hotel and offers views of the Presidential Palace and other landmarks. Abu Dhabi's city views are truly spectacular!

HOTEL IS NICE WITH CLEAN ROOM AND BATHROOM AND BED. Pools is good and one pool for kids. Hotel air conditioning too cold especially at night.

Absolutely a beautiful place. The pool are is relaxing.. I would prefer it to be under cover or shelter but overall my little girl loved it. Rooms are good size and beds are comfy.
