The hotel is right next to the Warner Brothers so can be considered as a cheaper alternative of the WB hotel, but the quality is well above my expectation. We have got a free upgrade to a family room, which is very spacious for our family of 3. We have a good time here.

Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

This desert resort, nestled deep in the heart of the desert and far from the city's hustle and bustle, felt like an overseas desert version of Tao Yuanming's 'Peach Blossom Spring' – a true oasis. To celebrate our child's first graduation season, we decided to temporarily step away from the relentless pace of life and found a moment of tranquility in this desert haven. The entire staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, always proactively responding to guests' needs. Our stay was simply fantastic. We booked a one-bedroom pool villa with breakfast and dinner included for three consecutive nights. We enjoyed three hotel activities: a Sunrise Camel Ride, Family Dune Bashing, and the Sunrise Falcon Show. The overall experience was superb. Since it was the low season in July, there weren't many guests, and my child and I even had the falcon show all to ourselves – it felt like a private viewing! Breakfast and dinner buffets were incredibly extensive, featuring delicious cuisine from all over the world. The dining ambiance and the quality of the food were both absolutely top-notch! And during the scorching summer heat, having our own private pool right in the villa was truly a blessing – it washed away all our fatigue and worries!

The location felt like a business district. The two-bedroom unit was perfect for a family trip. Although not overly spacious, the kitchen, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and even plates, was extremely convenient. There are convenience stores and Chinese restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast timing was a bit odd though – we had to leave by 8:30 AM, but the hotel's brunch service was from 9 AM to 3 PM. We had to call the restaurant to pick out some breakfast items and arrange a specific time for them to be delivered to our room. The portions were so generous we couldn't finish it all. They also sent a complimentary box of pastries in the evening.

Very excellent location, and the hotel is very clean and close to all the services.

Jumeirah's beaches are the most beautiful in Abu Dhabi! The water is crystal clear, shimmering in the sunlight. It's a true jelly-like sea, a glassy sea 💙. The water is truly aquamarine 💎. The Jumeirah Hotel's pool design seems to mimic the color of the ocean, from shallow to deep, with a gradient color on the bottom. The hotel design is impeccable, with a predominantly white color scheme that's modern and upscale. The balcony in the sea view room is a bit small, with limited sea views, but the bathtub is quite large. The complimentary Jumeirah fabric bag provided in the room is often seen carried by the hotel. It's very practical and waterproof, perfect for carrying things to the beach. The gym is a bit far from the hotel building, requiring a walk. It was hot, sunny, and humid this time, and I really didn't want to go outside. However, the gym is large, with a ladies-only gym. It has a full range of equipment, including a stair climbing machine. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, offering not only Western options but also Chinese options like spring rolls, steamed buns, dumplings, porridge, fried rice, and ice cream. I highly recommend the traditional Arabic dessert, halwa, which is small and tastes a bit like halva sesame candy. It's delicious here, moist and sweet, and pairs perfectly with coffee.

Whilst the premises are nice the customer service lacks that personal touch and felt more like a cheap resort (despite the high price) where no one cares. Staff are clueless when asked a question and apart from breakfast staff no one seemed interested. This lack of customer service made me think this place don't care about customers and this I do not recommend. Please train staff to attend to customers as it didn't feel like a 5 star service. Room was ok, comfortable beds. Beach was nice and food average. The restaurants were really bad on customer service, they told Me to go back later as I was one person as they didn't have space for me, very rude and disrespectful, so I ended up dining outside the hotel at better locations with better customer service. Location was good but If you look for a classy, comfortable, peaceful and excellent service type of stay this is not it. It was noisy , expensive, lack of customer service and extremely busy with families and loads of kids. . Not what I hoped for, very disappointed.

The location is 3, because it's hard to access unless it's a rental trip. Because it's a family trip, there are two rooms, so I write two reviews. I recommend visiting the Liwa Desert. Breakfast is fine. Dinner is not recommended. I'll post a picture of the Liwa Desert in this review. The picture is the Liwa Desert, about an hour away from the Tiralliwa Hotel.
