Weekend rate is expensive compared with weekdays. Unfortunately there is no swimming pool or gym. Suitable for travellers who wants convenient around the city. For the price - yes i will return to the hotel again. Thumbs up.
Location is good, surrounding with local restaurants and mini mart for basic necessity.
Swimming pools located at the back, facing the lake. Depends on the room located, mostly needs to go down or up, therefore it's not suitable for people has limitation to climb the stairs.
Rooms is also basic, Breakfast is basic local food.
The location of this hotel is near to USU and malls. I love the hospitality here, the cleaner clean the hotel room everyday, they change to new a towel every day. The breakfast menu a bit limited and for the drinks they only served coffee, tea, plain water and orange cordial water everyday. The wifi is fast. The economical standard room is quite small and only fit for 2 people, if you wish to bring yoyr kids please book a bigger room.If you are looking for cheap hotel in Medan with good location and service, i guess the Batik hotel is the best bet. I would definitely will stay at this hotel again in the future.
The breakfast menu is complete, but the fruits are not fresh. Yesterday when I had breakfast, I took salak and longan but all the ones I took were rotten and could not be eaten. Please pay attention to the suitability of the food, especially fruits with duck skin, when served to guests.
This literally in very Central location of Medan , very close to train station, very close to major mall in the area, basically close to everything , there are rooms to improve, internet maybe need to be better , but overall very good stay and I would repeat which I did I suggest this place is okay
Been here for few times already. Location not too bad near Bersstagi and Medan Fair. But the road leading to the hotel is broken with many potholes Opposite the hotel is nice coffeeshop and they have a rooftop bar and pool
Perfect getaway for the family. Celebrated Christmas and everything was great. Tidy and clean spacious rooms. A beautiful view and many activities to rely on. Will definitely recommend it
The hotel location is quite strategic, the receptionist is friendly, the hotel cleanliness is lacking, there is dust in the room, the facilities are lacking, the key doesn't work

GGuest UserWonderful upscale hotel in Dolok Sanggul clearly catering to foreign tourists. It's an impressive place visually from the outside, with a roomy, partially open-air dining/restaurant area making full use of the beautifully mild climate of the mountainous area south of Lake Toba. Breakfast is served starting at 7am and the restaurant appears to be open all day, though service stops at 10pm except for room-service beverage requests. Beverages are primarily juices, teas and coffees, though beer is also an option (Bintang). Food options are a mix of Batak/Indonesia, Chinese and Western-style. Most of the Western options were either steaks or pasta, and they were out of the steak. Unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning later that night but I don't think it's fair to ding them for that.
The room was very comfortable. An armoire for hanging clothes as well as another hanging rack. Complimentary towel and room slippers. Television had several HBO channels as well as more local programming, perhaps 12-15 stations total to choose from.
The bathroom is definitely oriented towards tourists. Some basic toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste. Western-style flush toilet with both toilet paper and the traditional butt-gun water hose. Shower gave good hot water although controls were very touchy. There was a hand/body soap dispenser in the shower but no bar soaps in the bathroom or shampoo. There were no signs indicating you shouldn't drink the tap water but, it's Indonesia and you should never drink the tap water if you're a tourist. Two small bottles of water were in the room along with a coffee-maker.
Definitely a great option if you're in the area.

KKay AminosPlan to book Mikie, unfortunately fully booked. Saw this available for family room, super really excellent! Great family room and love the hotel. Just suggestion should have water heater coz the water is too cold🥶
GGuest UserThe Hotel itself was lovely and a spacious room. However they post all over the hotel about the massages they offer and how professional they are. The service was horrible! It’s an in-room massage, and a bit expensive for Indonesia prices. They masseuses were texting the whole time, one hand massages while the phone is between your legs with them texting, or one handed back massage. When you looked at them, they tried to hide the phone. I’m very sensitive and I had to ask the lady 6 times to go softer, because every time she finished her texting she would go back to the original pressure which really hurt me. After our body scrub, they left the room a mess and we had to clean up. We asked for more towels to clean and we had to wait 40min, until I went down to reception again to re-ask. We complained to the hotel but all they could say was ‘we will talk to them’. I’m sorry but it doesn’t help how we feel and it ruined our night.
AAhmad Azrai bin Abdul RahimI stayed at The Crew Hotel near Kualanamu International Airport for a short getaway, not just for transit. The hotel exceeded my expectations for a stay near the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for rest. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the facilities like the on-site restaurant and the convenience store nearby. Although it's close to the airport, it’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable stay.

RRijkProbably the best resort in Pantai Cermin. The staff is friendly and attentive. We had good matrasses and a spacious room. The website includes a note that ‘some rooms have windows’, suggesting the chance of getting a room in some sort of cave. We think most rooms have (several) windows, so the description of the rooms deserve better.
Be aware that the place is hard to get or to leave if you don’t have your own means of transportation. Taxis don’t come here, maybe Grab does. Foreign tourist hardly come here and only a few staff speak English, but Google translate can help out. The resort is busy in the weekends with local tourists from nearby, like Medan. The immediate surrounding is regularly sweeped to remove rubbish, but many places, including the beach has a pollution issue.
