Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression. However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform. After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details. Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €. This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details. After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card. I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.

The staff was very polite and often smiled, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water in the bath was very good. Breakfast has a burger, very good. However, it is more than 20 miles from zion Park. When I arrived in the afternoon, I was lazy to go to zion to watch the sunset. I changed to the laundromat. It was 400 meters away. The Mexican restaurant next to it was delicious. But it is also because it is a little far away and the price is much cheaper.

If you go to Yellowstone and need to stay near Salt Lake City for one night, I suggest you choose this hotel. Very new, very clean, the room is slightly smaller, but very similar to the domestic hotel. There is a Wal-Mart supermarket in 10 minutes by car, and there are Starbucks and restaurants opposite the hotel. It is too convenient to go to Yellowstone Road to recharge. Cost-effective!

This was a great hotel overall. The king-size room was spacious, which was nice. I liked the pool and hot tub. Con: The ac was in the form of a swamp cooler that kept going on and off, making it hard to sleep.

開車去黃石路過這裏住一晚，酒店看着挺新，裏面大部分是常住客人。房間很大有個設施齊全的廚房，衞生間用的也很舒服。酒店不提供早餐但雷頓不大，酒店去附近的早餐店、超市都不遠，旁邊是部隊駐地。來雷頓不可錯過“Hill Aerospace Museum”。

This BW is an anomaly. Great service and a step above other competitors. We took advantage of their free salad bar and nachos, as well as free beverages. Never have we had this kind of service. Not to mention their free breakfast that compares to no other hotel. An absolute pleasant experience.

Hotel is very good, no breakfast, very clean, very quiet

The hotel is less than 10 minutes' drive from the airport and up to 15 minutes' drive from the city center. It is quiet and clean. The front desk staff are all polite and responsible. The room has an induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator and dishes. You can make your own food next time. I will choose this hotel again when I go to Salt Lake City.

The hotel is in a small town a little far from the city, and there is no supporting facilities around. Breakfast is good, the room is facing the highway, the sound of large trucks passing by can be heard at night, basically does not affect sleep
