The location is incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10-15 minutes to the Night Markets. The room is clean, and the overall environment is excellent. I’ll definitely be returning next year!

The floor in the bathroom is slippery, we have asked servicing department and front desk to give us a bath mat for 3 times before the staff can understand.  There was a large company to have team building in hotel during our stay.  Therefore they occupied most of the beach club, having party in beach club until 1:00 am.  Since we are staying in the deluxe seaview room,  we are highly disturbed by their music (noise)!  It is not convenient for calling grab unless you paid additional 120 baht and order in advance.  Breakfast is just average and we have to queue up some times to get our coffee and food since there are more than 100 guests but only have 2 coffee machines and not much food counters.

So, as it was our first trip to Hua Hin, we needed somewhere central, and this hotel couldn't have been any closer to Bluport shopping Mall. Literally located adjacent to Bluport on Soi 100/1 - this hotel gets a 10 out of 10 for location. There are green baht buses that you can catch from outside Bluport to the other mall called Market Village for 15 baht per person. If you cross over the road to the opposite side of Bluport, you can catch a green Baht bus to Khao Takiab beach also 15 Baht ride. I would describe this hotel as budget to mid range and although clean, the decor is a bit dated and tired looking, especially the main reception area. The room we had was perfectly clean, and although the decor looked better, there was still a bit of a dated feel to it. The room has a mini fridge and tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary bottles of water, replenished daily. The mattresses are quite firm, but that suited us. The towels would benefit from being replaced with new ones, but they were clean even if they didn't look it. The reception staff were friendly but could do with more training on being customer solution focused. We enquired about hiring a car and both of the ladies we spoke to were not that helpful and never got back to us with any car rental information. The breakfast served was varied, and I found the staff in the breakfast room very attentive and caring. A good selection of Thai dishes, western breakfast ingredients, cereals and fruit galore plus some traditional Thai sweets which was an added bonus for us. The pool area of the hotel is very nice with a limited number of sun loungers which were quickly claimed by our fellow German travellers! Not a problem for us since we didn't intend our holiday lounging around the pool all day. Too much to see, do, and experience for us. 😀 Overall, I would say this is an okay to good hotel and great for a flying visit. If I were staying longer. I think I would be looking for something a little bit better.

Came here for a company outing, and the hotel staff made our stay exceptional. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed and well-cared for. Highly recommend for a memorable experience!

The hotel is an old hotel but very good. We think it is not that old. The view of the swimming pool is very beautiful. The swimming pool is big and good. There is a lot of parking. It is next to the sea. You can walk to take pictures with three palm trees. The room is beautiful and very wide. The bed is soft and comfortable. The bathroom is divided into zones. There is a bathtub. The balcony has a view. You can sit and eat. The breakfast is delicious. There is a fair amount to choose from. The staff is polite, the service is good, and everyone is lovely. We think this place is a good choice. We will come back to stay again. It is quiet and has a lot of space. It is very suitable for family trips.

Found this modern sleek looking hotel while making a night of stopover for our road trip. Great view from the pier of the hotel and the food is awesomely delicious! Definitely worth a stay!

I have stayed at the Hua Hin Grand Plaza Hotel a few times. I do think that there are many areas that need improvement. This hotel has been in Hua Hin as long as I can remember, unlike so many in a town that has grown immensely in the past 20 years. Their prices remain competitive, but certain areas of their service can be really annoying. The breakfast buffet, B250, is presented well, but for the majority of farang customers, it was basically cereal, toast, eggs, processed ham, and sausage. There are some hot Thai dishes but, in my opinion, not ideal for the farang palate. Added to that fruit (limited) coffee, tea, juice (small cups), and some small pastries. Not value for money. The room internet was 2 79 mbps when I arrived, totally hopeless, I complained, and a technician suddenly made it 29 mbps. It's sloppy maintenance. Finally, I had no hot water for two days. It was rectified but again sloppy maintenance. There were other minor annoyances that have now changed my mind about returning. However, a staff member told me they were fully booked, so make your own mind up!!

Stayed here for the second time and everything was really nice. Unfortunately, the loudness is too high, you will hear every move of your neighbors (moving chares, talks, doors) as if they are in your own room. Like this, I highly recommend to take a family suite/apartments on a higher floor. Also this resort makes lots of functions for groups and so be prepared to that as well. Staff were amazing, very helpful towards even smallest things. Location is just perfect 🙂

Location is about 15mins walk from Hua Hin train station. The hotel is also about 5 - 10mins walk to the night market and about 10 - 15mins walk to the beach. There are food eateries nearby the hotel so it was not an issue when the booking did not include breakfast. Check in / check out was smooth, but the hotel staff explained to me that my booking was for the economy room which is facing the road on the 2nd floor and the windows are directly facing the hotel floodlights. Fortunately, the room has day curtains at the windows to block out most of the light beam and the flood lights are switched off later into the night. The shower comes with an instant heater and the room comes with a kettle and bottled water. There is no toothbrush and no toothpaste and bedroom slippers are not provided. The mattress and pillows are firm but I didn't manage to sleep well at night as there was constant opening and closing of doors loudly along the corridor in the middle of the night and many voices could be heard speaking very loudly.

Stayed here for 3d2n and really love their environment and vibes! The service provided by the staff is super super excellent. They also prepared breakfast for us to bring to our golf! Location abit far from the downtown area but i think is okay as grab is very convenience. The room is very clean and they provide umbrella as well. Only thing is the shower 🥲 I think it will be better if they have a proper shower door. Overall 4.5/5! ❤️

Staffs are nice Not beach front but you can walk only 1 minute Breakfast is good

Comfortable to stay here , close to shopping mall and many restaurants around there , not so far from the beach  ,very clean ,  good breakfast, lovely staffs , nice pool,  no noise !  We will be back next time  x

The hotel is beautiful, new, clean, and the staffs are good. The breakfast is okay, but not very varied. Overall, it is suitable for relaxing, working, or taking a break during your trip.

The hotel is quite quiet, the sea during August is quiet. The day of staying is a weekday. Therefore not many people There are 2 types of breakfast to choose from, breakfast or porridge. A small resort on Kui Buri Beach. Good location, clean accommodation, suitable for relaxation because it is very quiet. There is a small pool, more suitable for soaking in the water and sipping drinks than swimming. But you have to go at the right time because Kui Buri has a period when the beach is muddy.

The room is very beautiful. Just couldn't open it in Complete facilities The owner takes good care and is friendly. Accommodation is in the city, close to restaurants, food, and the train station. Very convenient. Can walk out to the sea not far.

The receptionist provides good service. The room is a little old but the room is very spacious. The atmosphere in the accommodation is pleasant and shady.

Accommodation in a good location, next to the sea, quiet, near the beach walking street. The resort-style rooms are spacious and compared to the price, they are considered very good value. It's just a little stuck. The sound of the air conditioner computer is a bit too loud into the room. Overall, it's worth it. Too bad I haven't used the swimming pool yet.

The hotel has a quiet environment, convenient transportation, comfortable beds and good service attitude. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the experience is very good. Hope to stay again next time.

The accommodation is exactly as described. Let me tell you that when you come, you won't be disappointed. The service is excellent and the employees are friendly. Good place to stay, clean, delicious food, has parking. It is comfortable. Beautiful view, quiet and private atmosphere. If I have a chance to pass by, I will stop by to stay again and will recommend to friends to stay.
