The hotel is near the hua hin train station and night market so makes it convenient for travellers. The plus side is it has a bright clean room with a balcony where you can relax and there is a pole by the side to dry your clothes after swimming. There is a pool by the side of the lobby.

As a first time traveler to Hua Hin, Thaiand, all staff members' positive attitude, friendly customer service at any time made my trip much easier to include no language barrier. I was there for 10 days and I will definately go back when I visit Thailand again late this year. And breakfast was delicious and very friendly kitchen personnel to meet your request. Again, thanks for great service and highly recommended place to stay in Hua Hin.

The house is quiet, there is a restaurant 50 meters away. There is no breakfast, only coffee. If anyone wants to come and relax quietly, I recommend it. We got a price of 250 baht per night and got a tip and waited in the app. The room was air-conditioned. There was a refrigerator, towels, and soap in the room. Just no food.

The breakfast is good, the hotel has a parking lot, and because of the dense vegetation, the car is basically not exposed to the sun, the owner is enthusiastic and hardworking, and responsive, and the hotel restaurant is good, with a wide variety of dinners and affordable prices. The hotel has a good location, right by the beach.

Nice budget place to stay. Mangy foreigners stay here. Hiking place is nearby, several Thai food places . Swimming pool, gym. Rooms has enough space and music amenities. Of course you need to rent scooter in this place because it’s quite far away from beach. But overall is good place for stay in Hua Hin.

Everything is good. There is one small disadvantage that there is no parking space, but if you are lucky and no one parks next to your room, you will be close. Otherwise, you will have to find a place to park in the alley first. The room is clean, not narrow, cheap, the owner and staff speak very well. The only problem is that the water in the shower only flows slowly. The water only flows slowly, but the water in other units is normal. Other points are normal.

In general, everything was fine for the price. Only a few complaints are hotel WiFi was barely working. Even though you are able to connect it somehow, it will be disconnected sooner. Front desk staff doesn’t speak English much. It would have been better if the water was in plastic bottles instead of reused glass bottles. We didn’t drink them because we weren’t sure if they are safe to drink. However, it’s located not too far from the beach and 711, and things were clean in the room.

The location is actually good if you want beach access on a budget. It’s also a short walk to Market Village for food and shopping. The room was not too big but good internet most of the time. The pool is shared by a couple hotels on the street however it closes at 6pm which is too early in my opinion and not a great environment for relaxing. The owner is a very nice Thai lady who spoke ok English. They were nice enough to hold my luggage for almost three weeks during my trip to China and Singapore. Thanks a lot for that!

How can I say it? If the service can be improved, I would still like to come again. The room is quiet, large, and I slept soundly. It is also close to Kwai Tsing Mountain and the beach. The front desk is also very friendly. Unfortunately, the service staff did not knock on the door at 10 o'clock in the morning and directly used the key to open the door and enter the room. I was startled. Then my order was delayed to check out at 14:00, but the waiter knocked on the door to urge me before 12 o'clock, which made me very unhappy. The planned nap was also ruined. If these service issues can be improved, I would still like to come again.
