Beef noodles best I’ve had so far in Vietnam.
Spa has 3-4 hot saunas. Guests can use for free. Nice receptionists. However, I double booked myself into two mandalas same night ( wrong location). This issue still hasn’t been resolved.
The waiter can speak Chinese, there are many Chinese restaurants around, and the breakfast is not bad. The towel is a bit old, feels black and a bit hard. The slippers are the kind that are clipped next to the big toe, which is uncomfortable to wear. I want to change to another slipper but I haven't found it yet.
I just saw a friend leave a bad review, and it had the same experience as mine: 1. If you arrive early, you can't check in and have to wait until 2:00 PM. If you want to check in early, it's a 400 RMB fee. This is the hotel's policy, and since you've chosen to comply, there's nothing wrong with that. But what happened next was outrageous. 2. I wanted to extend my stay in my original room, and the front desk told me I could do it (there were rooms available online at the time). I assumed I didn't need to arrive too early. When I went to check in, they told me the on-site rate would increase by over 200 RMB, which I refused. I asked Ctrip for help, and Ctrip customer service was very attentive and tried to communicate with me for a long time, but the front desk said no, there were no rooms available. I had no choice but to move to another hotel, but an hour or two later, the same price and room type were available. What a scam! 3. The hotel's breakfast wasn't commensurate with the price. There are some good points, though; it's a new hotel, and the facilities are decent. I hope they can be more sincere and less tactical with Chinese customers.
Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.
During my recent stay at a hotel located in the heart of the city, I was truly impressed by the convenience and comfort it offered. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping centers all within walking distance. It made exploring the city incredibly hassle-free.
The room was cozy and well-maintained, with modern amenities that ensured a comfortable stay. The bed was plush, and after a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to unwind. Despite being in the bustling city, the hotel provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing for restful nights.
Safety was also a priority here, with secure access to the building and attentive staff ensuring that guests felt well taken care of. Speaking of the staff, they were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless and professional.
Overall, the combination of a convenient location, comfort, safety, and excellent service made this city stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in the city center.
