We booked 2 rooms for two nights. Receptionist 纪丹阳 was very helpful and upgraded riverside rooms for us. We had a very good quality buffet breakfast.The location was very good as the rooms are inside the scenic area so we enjoyed taking photos in the morning and at night before 10 pm without crowd in the scenic area.I recommend to stay in this hotel at least one night in this scenic area to enjoy day and night experience.我们订了两间房，住两晚。前台接待员季丹阳非常乐于助人，还给我们升级了河边房。我们享用了非常优质的自助早餐。位置非常好，因为房间就在景区内，所以我们早上和晚上 10 点之前都可以拍照，景区内没有拥挤的人流。我建议在这个景区至少在这家酒店住一晚，享受白天和夜晚的体验。

The hotel is just right next the exit of subway station. Got a free upgrade to a room with bigger beds. The receptionists and receptionists are very friendly. Walkable distance to the Xihu Lake which is so convenient. Don’t have to worry about dinner as there is a very happening night market nearby the hotel (operates everyday).

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk to the pier to take the canal boat and walk to museums nearby. We also walked to the west lake, about 1.4 km. The breakfast is good (Chinese style). We went during Chinese holidays and the hotel was full, people took all the pudding as soon as it arrived, but the hotel kept refilling. The room was very comfortable, big, with a bed and a nice view of the city (13 floor). The cleaning lady was very patient and cleaned our room past mid-day. The receptionist kiki helped us in English using WeChat translation, and gave us a lot of information on the walking tours to the west lake, pagoda and canal.

we stayed in a twin room again before going back to Shenzhen. we came back from 4days stay in Huangshan. i left my big luggage in the reception. and the staff was so cheerful and talked about our trip in Huangshan. so she gave us room 1018 which is just right next to the Venice Restaurant. i have no regret staying in this hotel. except for the noise in the 7am! i was still sleepy by 7am as i stayed late getting anxious about the Jeju air mishap. as our flight will br on dec30 night. so i worried a lot then when im in my good sleep, i was awaken by the hammering and drilling noise on the other side of the wall.. so this incident ruined my rest. i was quite dizzy in the morning due to lack of sleep but i just managed to drink coffee to stay awake for the rest of the day.

**Merchant Marco Hotel, Hangzhou** Our stay at Merchant Marco Hotel was enjoyable overall. The location is a major highlight—it’s very close to the train and metro stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s also within walking distance to Hangzhou’s main attraction, **West Lake (西湖)**, which was perfect for sightseeing. The hotel layout felt a bit aged and the rooms were slightly smaller than we’d prefer, but the in-room facilities were modern and well-maintained thanks to recent renovations. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding a welcoming touch to our stay. The international breakfast included with our booking was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of dishes with above-average taste. It was a great way to start our mornings. While the hotel could use some updates in terms of space and overall layout, the convenient location, updated amenities, and excellent service made for a comfortable stay. We’d consider staying here again for future trips to Hangzhou.

Highly recommend this hotel . The staffs are very friendly and provide assistance to us whenever needed. They discussed and share their thoughts regarding our travel routes and even gave us a Hangzhou map for us to refer to 👍🏻 the room is comfy and they have electronic curtains . Btw nice good smell shampoo in their bathroom too. Moreover, they even provide good brand coffee in their hotel rooms which customers can make their own coffee ☺️ andd is strategic location , just ten minutes walk to Hangzhou 西湖🥰

As a Golden circle member since 2003, I always love Shangrila. Very good location, big room size and most of all, outstanding service. The breakfast is also great, the gym is perfect too. But the changing room condition was below my expectations. Not clean and the facilities are too old. The TV in the room….. most hotels have internet TV these days even 4 stars but the TV is too old. It’s needed some upgrades.

This hotel is superior with excellent service, room size, location, ambiance, and decor. Wuzhen west gate is such an enjoyable place.

Overall Wuzhen is just another commercialised village and over rated as an Ancient Water Town. Hotel itself is not heated but room has heater.  However because room is quite spacious, takes a while to warm up room.  Comfortable bed, clean and smoke/cigarette smell free.  This is very important for us as we are extremely sensitive to cigarette.  Toilet feels cold but hot water is good.  Hotel amenities basic - slipper, toothbrush/tooth paste, hot water, body soap and shampoo Host is friendly and helpful.  Hotel is within steps to Ancient Village.  Entrance ticket price RMB150/pax.  Scenic points 0830-1700 while scenic area is 0830-2200. Solely my opinion- Over rated and not really worthy to pay the entrance ticket.  50% discount for above 60 years old. Future visit, if any, will consider this hotel again

The early communication with the front office manager, ********* girl Zixuan, was pleasant and warm. From the first day when we drove to the hotel gate, every staff member remembered my name. Entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted by our duty manager GarySun, who had prepared a bouquet of white roses and my favorite lotus bouquet and arranged everything. Guest relations Miss Lulu took us to the room. The luggage had been placed on the luggage rack... The room was in the style of the old money, and it was well maintained. The inner and outer terraces were bright and full of green. In the evening, the lotus pond was moonlit. It was quiet and beautiful. The disinfection was in place and there was not a single mosquito. I admire it! Mr. Bob and Miss Penny, the manager of the Black Pearl Sands Hall, wrote handwritten greeting cards, and I liked the small gifts very much. The table layout and hand-painted cartoon patterns are very pleasing. The food at Black Pearl has also been praised by my gourmet husband. Semi-buffet breakfast, like avocado Benedict eggs. Freshly steamed dumplings and osmanthus cakes in the Sands Hall. Freshly fried spring rolls. Pianerchuan, delicious! Caviar snacks are sweet and delicious, and the aftertaste is endless... Room delivery is not only full of ceremony but also first-class taste. Miss Judith's professional delivery service is also perfect. Thank you for giving us such a complete dining experience. Although there are some minor episodes in the few days of stay experience. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. Additionally, the hotel is close to several popular shopping streets, including Hubin Road, where you can find both luxury brands and local shops. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, giving guests many dining options beyond the hotel itself. 2. Warm and Efficient Check-in Process From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and well-lit, giving off a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. Check-in was smooth and quick, with the front desk staff offering a welcome drink upon arrival. I appreciated their professionalism—they spoke fluent English and were well-prepared to answer all my questions about nearby attractions and transportation options. The dishes were authentic and flavorful—definitely a highlight of my trip. I recommend trying the local specialty, Dongpo Pork, which was cooked to perfection. Room service was also available 24/7, and I tried it once when I returned late from sightseeing. The food was delivered promptly, and the quality was on par with the restaurant meals.

Park Hyatt Hangzhou definitely will be the next hotel to stay for my next business and personal trips to Hangzhou again due to its super good location, great service, fantastic hotel design, amazing hotel environment and satisfied hotel cleanliness. The Hangzhou MIXC Complex is just located at the same location as the hotel and so it is super convenient for our shopping. Definitely it is a GOOD choice!

I choose this hotel because i was in a hurry and didn't had chance to see all the details and amenities. It's located in a good location, you can get anything nearby, it's very convenient. A little disappointed with the toilet and light in the room. The toilet blocked in the middle of the night had to call reception and even after he unclogged it, it again got blocked, and the wash basin was also blocked and we couldn't get cold water there was only hot water if we moved to the cold side of the tap the water stops, and the light was not bright, room was looking a little dark, but it was a comfortable room, good to stay for a night, to avoid unnecessary troubles and problems.

A very artistic and high-end hotel, Yinhe Sanju, the word ”Yin” visualizes the hotel. It is quiet and beautiful along the river bank, quiet in the hustle and bustle, only 600 meters away from the scenic area, with parking lot, convenient travel! The hotel room facilities are complete and clean, there is a swimming pool in the front yard, and along the river in the backyard, you can cook tea around the stove! There is a lounge on the third floor where you can play chess and drink tea! Butler service, help to take the luggage to the room, the best thing is that there is a balcony outside the room! The room is very large, you can sit there to bask in the sun and drink tea. It is a hotel where you can quietly enjoy the good times even if you don't go to the scenic spot, and the physical feeling is excellent! I will definitely check in this hotel again when I come to Wuzhen in the future

There are also several massage shops and convenience stores nearby. There is an elevator in the hotel. Don't worry about moving luggage. The other two elderly people were very happy to stay there. The room is clean and tidy, which makes people feel at ease. Every employee in the hotel is very kind. If you need any information or service, the owner will provide it immediately. The B&B has a nice environment and a good location. It is very close to the scenic spot and can be reached by walking. The B&B has an outdoor movie that is always playing. You can watch it. There are koi in the pond, which is very big and has been there for several years. You can ask the front desk for fish food. The room is very clean and the air conditioning is OK. I didn't expect there are mosquitoes in December. The customer service is very good and they will send me a guide as a reference. It's good.

Room was as expected, and the staff let us check in early in the morning when we arrived because the room was available. Everything was generally clean, except for some of the out-of-reach spaces. Interesting that they provided disposable bath towels, but that wasn't inconvenient. Lots of small grocery stores and eateries along the same road, so it's convenient to get some food. And while it's geographically near the Xizha, it's still a distance from the entrance of Xizha. It's walkable (around 20min), but a Didi should get you to and fro the hotel quite quickly and affordably.

The homestead location is just perfect for both attractions, Donhzha and Xizha. Both are within walking distance. In addition, there are many restaurants and convenient shops you can choose from at the main road which is just few steps away. The environment is nice and quiet despite the location is near to the shopping road. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Provide any tourist information as required. The room standard will not disappoint you.

Haoshe Inn (or HouseInn) is a nice and clean hotel. The manager Jiao is super nice and very helpful. The hotel has a perfect location in relation to Xitang Ancient Town. It is far enough from the noisy bar-booming area to be quiet and tranquil, yet there’s only 30 meters to the scenic area. You are, in fact, already in the scenic area when you are at this hotel. Naturally, it is not a luxury hotel but it is extremely good value for money. My room didn’t have a view but there was a window and a well-working aircondtioner. I strongly recommend this hotel. I’m backpacking alone and this was just what I needed.

If you want to come to Wuzhen but don't want to stay in the scenic area, this hotel is a very good choice. It is cheap and very close to Wuzhen, about 10 minutes by taxi. The room is clean, the environment is good, and it is quiet. They also arranged a room upgrade for me. The hotel facilities are sufficient. There is nothing to complain about. The price-performance ratio is very high

I chose this Hanami Nishishe concept hotel for my May Day trip. The pictures on the Internet are different from the reality, but not too much [grin].
