Staying here for second time. The room was a bit old and the curtain doesn’t work well but as a solo traveler, it was ok. The door is not well soundproof. I would prefer the first time I stayed here. However, with this price in HK, I would say I am still ok with overall experience.

Facilities & Hygiene: The hotel's lobby and public areas have been renovated, and the overall design has a distinctly Wong Kar-wai feel – exquisite and beautiful. The gym is on the top floor; the pool is small but still great for photos. Their signature feature is the all-glass panoramic elevator. If you have a fear of heights, just stand closer to the door when you ride it. Rooms in Hong Kong hotels are generally small, which is a common issue. While the room still showed signs of age, it was clean and tidy, so no major problems. The bathroom was a bit cramped – big folks, be warned! ⚠️ And definitely remember to bring your toothbrush, toothpaste, and comb! We didn't bring ours and had to buy them from a vending machine in the lobby, which then jammed on us 😭 Service: Check-in was very smooth, and the staff answered questions confidently. Our room faced the street, and the window's soundproofing worked well, so it wasn't noisy. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Environment: Right below the hotel is the 3-story Good Centre, where you can easily find food options. Very convenient. We didn't eat there that night; instead, we went across from the hotel elevator for some delicious beef brisket noodles (a cha chaan teng, next to 7-Eleven). The flavor was light, fresh, and savory – highly recommended. Oh, and the next morning you can have dim sum at Yat Tung Heen downstairs. The ambiance and food are quite good. If you plan to go, definitely make a reservation online in advance, otherwise, you'll have to try your luck with a walk-in. There's currently a 15% discount for registered members; you can ask at the front desk for details as they belong to the same group.

I stayed one night at Jao Tsung-I Academy, Heritage Lodge and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — a great plus in Hong Kong. The heritage surroundings create a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Another advantage is the 24-hour front desk, which allowed us to check in smoothly even after midnight. However, access may be challenging for guests with heavy luggage. The elevator to the hillside second level was out of service during our stay. In addition, there is no elevator inside the building to reach the suites, and since our room was on the second floor, we had to carry our 23kg luggage up the stairs. This is unavoidable due to the building layout. Overall, it’s a comfortable and unique place to stay, but be prepared for stairs if you’re assigned a higher floor.

Great location. Walkable to 2 train stations and to the HKCEC hall. Very convenient as the surround areas are filled with food, convenience stall and even a supermarket. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel. With the graffiti art on the building, you cant missed it out!

Location is great, very close to MTR. However regular room is small and narrow, there is no place for a trunk, you should get it every time you need something from there, if you’re staying for one-two nights and no time to use hangers. One little roach was spotted on the table. Automatic entrance door is convenient and umbrella is free. There is a comfortable space for eating on reception floor and separate one with cooking area.

Hotel 8°Beijing is right across from Harbour City, making its location absolutely superb. The classic English decor, though a bit dated, gives the whole place an elegant feel. The room amenities are also quite traditional. The first night, my room was assigned to the side with a shopping mall pipe, and it was so noisy! I almost complained, but decided against it, considering we're in the same industry. The next day, I asked the front desk to switch rooms. The front desk staff, a lovely lady, was very patient and friendly. She moved me to a side without the pipe, and I finally had a good night's sleep. Given the excellent location and warm service, I'm still giving it 5 stars. A small suggestion: I had already requested a quiet room when booking, so I hope the hotel seriously considers guest preferences when assigning rooms. Also, please check the handles on the two connecting doors in the family rooms; sometimes they're a bit finicky.

Pretty good, clean, with a decent AC in the room. The staff were very professional, and the room itself was quite spacious. It's conveniently located right next to Ocean Park, and the MTR station is right there.

Hotel near Wong Chuk Hang MTR in Hong Kong. It's right next to Ocean Park. This place is truly a hidden gem, offering excellent value for money! We booked a sea-view room, but unfortunately, we arrived during a typhoon, so the sea view wasn't as spectacular as it could have been. Nevertheless, the room was spacious, the price was reasonable, and the service was good! I'll definitely be back!

One of our favorite accommodations. The room is functionally furnished and has a fantastic view of the sea. Everything was clean. There was a nice, large shower and plenty of space to store our clothes and backpacks. The location is fabulous, quiet, right on the beach, a little away from the village. The hotel has its own restaurant. The breakfast is delicious, and we always ate well there too. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff. We received a very warm welcome and immediately felt at home. Anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city should come here.

Our stay at W Hong Kong was nothing short of outstanding – and that's not only because of the breathtaking Victoria Harbour views, the stylish design, or the convenient location above the Elements shopping mall. The real difference was the exceptional service, especially from Alex, the Welcome Manager. From the moment we checked in, we felt truly welcome. Despite a fully booked hotel, Alex took plenty of time to explain everything, gave us excellent local recommendations, and made our request for a high-floor harbour-view room happen effortlessly. His warm, professional, yet relaxed attitude perfectly captures the modern luxury that the W brand promises. The room was immaculate, the famous W Bed was incredibly comfortable, the rooftop pool area was stunning, and the service at the bar was fantastic throughout our stay. Final verdict: Whether traveling for business or leisure, W Hong Kong comes highly recommended. And if you want something special – we hope Alex will be there to welcome you.
