I recently had an amazing trip to Hong Kong and Macau. The service throughout was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who ensured a great experience. The facilities were top-notch, especially in the hotels and attractions, which were clean and well-maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed the local cuisine, particularly the dim sum in Hong Kong and the Portuguese egg tarts in Macau, both of which were highlights of my culinary adventure. Overall, I highly recommend visiting these vibrant destinations for their rich culture, delicious food, and warm hospitality.

The desk clerk remembered me from previous visits and worked hard to make my stay enjoyable. This hotel is perfectly located in Wanchai. There are a variety of rooms, the suites offer superb views. The buffet breakfast is great but arrive early to ensure a comfortable dining experience. You can work out my meaning if I say the hotel is popular with mainlanders.

Empire Hotel Causeway Bay - Hong Kong
This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I knew already a while ago that Hong Kong hotels are small in sizes due to how expensive real estate here is, but given how small the space they were able to make it very comfortable for me. I am traveling solo and yet it just feels like I am in my apartment in Vancouver, BC. The location of this hotel is also amazing as I am one of those leisure travelers who avoid fancy areas as I want to experience Hong Kong just like the locals where nearby markets, family-owned restaurants and shopping areas are. Cleanliness and service is top-notch too! I couldn’t say a thing about how awesome it is. Soundproofing is amazing too. Also, their airconditioning unit is pretty cold and great for the hot Hong Kong weather. I will surely be back and look to book this hotel again. Consider it a compliment as I don’t usually go back to the same hotel unless it was exceptional of an experience!

We booked premium harbourview room but when checking in at the hotel we decided upgrade to studio suite harbourview by costing $660 for the bigger room. The room is all good but one thing is there is no door in the shower and bath tub area. Suitable for couple only.

Good location near the center and MTR. Upon check in, I was informed that smoking is prohibited in the room. When I enter to the room, get smoke smell, I ask room for change but staff said will send HK for spray, no room for change. I have to stay in this room for whole period, very disappointed. Not provide drinking water in the room, you can buy at convenient store near by.

Very nice and new hotel ! friendly and helpful staff !
The beds are comfortable and there is a water fountain on every floor that we can use anytime.
The size of the room for HK is also nice !
To be improved: the key rooms. My key didn’t work so I had to go back two times to the reception to get a new one and it took some time.

The Silveri MGallery is a very new hotel which was opened in 2022.
Location: Though it situates top of the big CityGate shopping centre, it is nicely hidden from the hectic atmosphere by many thoughtful designs. Even local taxi drivers have little idea of its location. The hotel has its car dropout area at the basement instead on the main road.
Services: Lobby is at Level 9, cosy environment with a team of excellent staff. We were warmly welcomed by cookies, extra utensils kits for our kids. The room services were prompt and heart warming.
Environment: Both common areas and corridors were brightly lit. The ceiling is extra high, giving gorgeous space. As for the kids, our request to have a queen size bed instead of two beds was nicely fulfilled. Room design is clean and sleek. An extra sliding door between sleeping area and bathroom made more privacy. The multi-functional wardrobe is very handy and warm. Extra light proof shade besides the window blinds kept us from bright sunbeam in the morning.
Breakfast: the restaurant Enclave on Level 9 provided many international foods with excellent services. I loved the Canton dim sum much. Big cosy couch with spacious table, with nice view of the garden outside, everything is just nicely matched.
Absolutely highly recommended!!!

The location of the hotel couldn’t be beat. Literally everything that you would ever desire (varieties of international food, shopping, sightseeing, parks, etc) is within a 20-25 minute walk. We walked to the famous Victoria Harbour for the spectacular CNY fireworks show and enjoyed the community spirit of Hong Kong. The staff are very visible and welcoming. We were also enthused to witness the CNY lion dance, sponsored by the hotel. Spectacular!

GGuest UserI am a loyal Royal Plaza Hkg guest and i have stayed more than 10 times over the years. Love the spacious room, perfect for our family of 4.
This trip , our family went to Shenzhen first before Hong Kong and was disappointed to find out that Royal Plaza Hkg cannot match the comfort level of a 4* hotel we stayed in Shenzhen for 2/3 of the price.
1. The bathroom is dated and shower water pressure is super low. Oh, and the hair dryer …. i think it is product of the 80s. (My last hotel provides dyson)
2. the free shuttle service to tsim sar zui no longer available.
3. bed and pillows were comfortable, just the warm room (though i have adjusted to the lowest temperature possible) marred the experience of a good night sleep (for me). It was fine during the day, it warmer n stuffier during the wee hours. Like it or not, definitely a change of temperature before and after sleep.

GGuest UserTravelling with family of 6, including baby, young kid and elderly. Staffs were super friendly and polite, they were able to accommodate for a connecting room and also answered lots of questions we had. Rooms were clean and spacious.
We went to the breakfast buffet in the morning and there were lots of options, food was ok in general (better than the food at the park). However, there was a 60-minute limit to enjoy your meal, plus to line up for photos with the disney character, we’d found it wasn’t enough when you have 2 kids. There was only one disney character at breakfast, we were hoping to meet at least another one. It was a little disappointing considering with the price we paid.
We enjoyed the activities at the hotel, the time table provided was helpful. It’s nice to find out that we could continue to enjoy the amenities even we had checked out on that day. We visited the kids play room, there wasn’t much and toys were limited so our kids didn’t stay long, but it’s free for hotel guests.
Overall, we had a great experience staying at the hotel. We will definitely go back if we visit HK disneyland again.

MMong YeungWe just returned from a wonderful staycation, and we can’t thank you enough for the incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The accommodations were perfect—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights was the late check-out you provided. It gave us the chance to savor our last morning, enjoying breakfast in bed and taking our time to pack up. We loved being able to linger a little longer in such a lovely setting, making our getaway feel even more special. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It was just what we needed to unwind and reconnect. We’re already planning our next visit! Thank you again for making our stay so memorable and for your thoughtful hospitality. We truly appreciate it!

JJaz GotThe Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong is a perfect accommodation for families like us who want to stay in tranquil location with stunning view of the sea and mountain right in front of your window. Their room was very spacious, modern and well maintained. The hotel also provides complete amenities for both adults and kids. The hotel also provides superb service, from the welcome greeting to surprise birthday goodies for our child. Will definitely recommend this hotel!
WWHighly recommended hotel at the heart of TST. We had a great view from our hotel room, and the size of the room was bigger than most other hotel rooms in Hong Kong. The bathroom was clean, bed comfortable. Only recommendation is for the hotel to consider changing carpet floor to hard floor, but that’s my personal preference.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and liked the self service laundry room available to guests. Definitely would recommend this place to stay when visiting Hong Kong

TThe BackpackerWe booked this hotel for a fun get-together with my girlfriends, and it exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious and had an adorable, girly unicorn theme—exactly the kind of bedroom we dreamed of when we were young. We had a blast staying here, and it truly brought back nostalgic memories. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the MTR, making it super easy to get around. Overall, it was the perfect place for a memorable getaway!

Nice place to live in although far from the heart of HK.
Good shuttle bus service from 0700-2300h from MTR station but it's about 4.5km walk outside these hours.
Glad they upgraded my room because the view is amazing!

MManta1Resort is an inflated term. Pool closed, spa closed, rooms are upstairs but there is no elevator so be ready to carry your bags. Small washer and dryer in the sauna room, outdated fitness equipment. Weird 'token' system for using the 'resort' things like washer or sauna.Interesting little game area downstairs, a couple kayaks and bikes to rent. Few real amenities that would make this a ”resort”. It's a decent hotel.
The rooms are clean but the windows don't open so it gets very stuffy, the fridge froze everything and the bathroom is tiny and dated. My view was gross, so I kept the shade down.
When the tide is out there is a beach, it is close to the ferry pier and a very pretty view when the construction is not going. The sun rises right in front of the hotel!
Restaurant has a large menu for dinner, but only one choice for breakfast (set meal or nothing).
What saves this place is the staff! They are wonderful, lovely people!
