Stay Experience: This serviced apartment offers a very spacious layout, making it comfortable for longer stays. The automated parking system is also very convenient, and there is a convenience store located right downstairs. Service Attitude: The reception is located on the second floor, and the staff were polite and courteous throughout my stay. Hotel Location: The property is situated between the beachfront and the city centre, offering a balanced location. However, there are not many dining options within walking distance. Areas for Improvement: It would be great to have more breakfast options available. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

This loft in the city center is relatively decent. It's perfectly located for all the attractions. The airport bus stop is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. There are two large shopping malls nearby. A big thank you to the staff for letting us check in early. The bed linen was soft and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Shampoo and shower gel were provided for free. There's a water cooler (hot/cold) on the floor. The fridge worked great, and there was also a kettle and toaster in the room. As for the downsides: The cleanliness of the room was so-so – dusty, with a somewhat worn-out renovation, and some noticeable dirt stains in places. The shower only had lukewarm water. There were no face towels. One of the bath towels had a stain. There were ants running around near the fridge, seemingly knowing where the food was, so make sure to put all your food straight into the fridge. I left a biscuit on the table and ants swarmed it. There are no double-glazed windows, and since our room faced the street, we could hear passing cars perfectly. It's tolerable for a night or two, but not for any longer.

Stayed at Capri by Fraser Penang and used the rooms for our pre-wedding preparation. Everything was perfect! The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The environment was pleasant, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, making everything much easier during our busy wedding preparations. A special mention for the delicious Suntory beer and pastries – they were absolutely yummy! The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as I would love to see a wider variety of choices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we were so busy with wedding preparations that we didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy all the facilities and amenities the hotel has to offer. That’s exactly why we will definitely be back again!! I booked 3types of rooms and i love all 3rooms

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, and having a kitchen made our stay even more comfortable. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, we especially loved watching the sunset from our window on our last evening. It was such a beautiful and memorable moment. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The location is another huge plus. It's right in front of Gurney Bay and close to everything, making it very convenient to explore the area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff were really friendly and even let us check in early, which was super smooth. We stayed in a windowless room. There was this weird extended space in the ceiling between the two beds (like a fake window, I guess?). Not sure why it was designed that way, it was a bit strange (and a little creepy for two girls). During the day, it seemed like it was meant to let some light in. There's a pool on the third floor, but we didn't get to try it out. We were only staying for one night and didn't have much time. Right across from the hotel is this building, and I actually bought a fridge magnet of it! Only realized it after I bought it, haha.

This hotel offered a fantastic overall experience. The room was spotless and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and a great variety of dining options nearby. Check-in was smooth, and I felt right at home. It was a truly pleasant stay.

My family love the superb hospitality of Citadines Connect at Cecil. Almost every touch point creates fond and memorable experiences to each of us. Staff are delightfully hospitable, everyone of their staff are wonderful service ambassadors for the brand! So fortunate to have such a top class crew and team.  Its architecture makes Lebuh Cecil neighbourhood becomes a beautiful spot to behold and enhances the entire surrounding. Fall in love with its simple and yet unique design.

The host speaks Chinese, and check-in is self-service. The environment is pretty good, just like the photos. The shower has hot water and excellent water pressure, making it great value for money. They don't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, so remember to buy them at a convenience store.

Excellent hotel with a great location. The room is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with many facilities. I really appreciate the free latte, and the elevators are fast and efficient. Having a kitchen in the room is a big plus and makes the stay even more convenient. The bathroom amenities are also excellent—the shampoo and body wash smell amazing and feel premium quality. I’ve stayed here many times and have always had a great experience. Definitely one of my favorite hotels, and I will certainly come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

Okay, it's cheap, but the location is actually quite far from Kampung Agong, even though it says it's only 11km on the booking. It took us 1 hour 40 minutes, almost 2 hours!
