Family-friendly Hotels in Macau, China

It was an absolutely amazing stay and an experience. Parisian Hotel has everything and it has such an incredible interior that looks surreal! Just entering the receptions felt like royalty. Not to mention the Venetian that is connected to it. Everything was beautiful! We booked for only one night. We wanted to extend for another night but unfortunately, everything is fully booked and the prices had doubled. However, it was still a nice stay. It is located in the new district and around it was all the fancy and majestic hotels. We had 30% off for the 3D space team Lab which was a great experience. I highly recommend that one. One of a kind! We love the swimming pool and the spacious bathroom. It was also easy to get a taxi just in front of the hotel. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we ever go back to Macao. Downside: No convenience stores nearby. Could get crowded on holiday seasons.

It was a beautiful hotel and was so excited with the reception welcome and must mention check in Frank at the receptionhelped us was so nice to us and he even gave us a free upgrade of our room which was so kind ,although breakfast should be given an option between the buffet and set menu as it is limited.The hotel is worth the money spent.The hotel in room dinning was awesome 👌

Good experience overall. The staff was great. However, the check in process was not up to standard. I arrived at 3pm. There was a very long line for check in. I was advised to return in an hour, which I did. At which point I was told that the room wasn’t ready and I should return at 5pm. I did not accept, of course, and they “found” a room. That is not a 5* service considering people come tired and/or have other plans. Perhaps the check-in system should be improved to be done quicker and cater to more customers at once.

Great but need improvement Pros: Rooms are very spacious beautiful and quiet, plenty of electric sockets and USB plugs. Very strong water pressure and anti slip floor good for family or elderly, breakfast has a large selection and worth it. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to various places, and there is a shopping mall and many restaurants inside the hotel. Check out very convenient just drop one your room key into a box and one key insert into scanning machine. Cons: Some areas are not clean properly, below the sofa there are a few pieces of tissue left by previous guests which are actually easy to spot but somehow HK missed it. Check in although smooth but staff seems to lack welcome attitude and lack initiative to provide details except you are asking, and location is a bit far for tourist spots. I requested a room with a garden view but got a room facing a street with a dirty glass window, I was a bit disappointed but understable. Overall GLP is a very well maintained hotel, and of course we would be happy to stay again in the future.

Celebrated my birthday yesterday and the hotel staffs were very friendly. The FO staff Stanley provided an incredible service with the room upgrade and late checkout. It has always been a pleasant and comfortable stay at Roosevelt.

We love this hotel because of its location, it’s an approx. 5 to10 mins walkable distance to Lisboa Hotel and Senado Square. And we have a surprise upgraded to a room that overlooks the Macao Tower. Hotel is new, the room itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are good, especially Miguel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for our stay, resolves questions regarding transportation to HZMB and other parts of Macau, which is truly commendable. There are a few restaurants, department store and a cinema, inside the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back when we return to Macau.

Had a great stay at Broadway. A cheaper alternative to its parent Galaxy, but very comfortable, clean and inviting all the same. We went during low season and the reception very kindly upgraded us to a junior suite which was awesome. Our room looked out onto the river and was spotless. My favourite thing about the hotel is that it had a food street, offering loads of dining options. The hotel connects onto the Galaxy making it very easy to move between both hotels.

Love this hotel so so much! Highly recommend this hotel in Macau! ”Attention to details” is always what I looking for, as a person working in the hospitality industry for years. Through every small thing, you can tell so much effort that this hotel’s whole team put into it. I was attending an event last weekend with my workmates. We had a very tight schedule, we don't need too much entertainment in the hotel, I was looking for an accommodation that we could work and relax at the same time, so I booked Aytyzen Grand Lapa. There's no disappointment found. The front desk staff warmly greeted us and introduced the hotel facilities in details, very gentle tone to reminds me should enjoy the moment in this gorgeous place. The room is beautiful, clean and neat. The washroom amenities are well chosen, the aroma is pleasant and the texture is pleasant high quality which really enhance the whole experience of the room. The location is good too, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Walking distance 12 mins to reach the attraction Guan Yin Statue Macau. Enjoy having an easy walk after dinner from hotel. Next day, we called housekeeper in the morning to refill the coffee mate, the housekeeping lady approached with smile and asked if we need anything else. I had a very good sleep with comfy environment, bed is good, temperature is perfect, lighting is just right. Enjoyed watching the street with my coffee, nice view from the room. The other thing I was looking forward is the swimming pool! It looks beautiful in the photos, and it truly is!My colleague could swim in the morning then got refresh, this is like a bonus in a business trip. Visited the cake shop after we checked out, the cakes looks amazing, and I really like they have Macau themed pastry - Bolo Fios de Ovos. We enjoyed the stating and definitely will come back next time!

This was a very nice stay away from main Casino district (Taipa) in Macau, and we (as a family) loved it. Let me give you few bullets 1. After booking, I send email to hotel, but there was no reply for 48 hours. 2. when enquired through Trip.com, though the booking was with Club Millesime, the first answer was no access to Longue. When enquired again, Longue access was confirmed (sound like they obliged). 3. Reaching Hotel by taxi (from HZMB port) is appx 30 minutes taxi ride (120 HKD) - on reaching hotel, we found they have bus from the port every 30 minuets - details missing on their website. 4. Check-in experience was good, no delay, no unnecessary question. 5. Pleasent surprise was level of English-speaking staff at hotel. we always found someone to talk to and find required information. 6. Club Millesime (Longue - L17) available for food three times a day - Afternoon High tea, Late evening Happy Hours and morning Breakfast. Though the food options are limited (specially for Vegetarian people), we found the place enjoyable. 7. We explored the old city (opposite to hotel) in afternoon, and it was wonderful experience. we went to Fort and Wall and possibly best narrow streets in the world. 8. Rooms were good, comfortable sleep, nice TV options (TV speakers were bad while watching movie). 9. Sofitel is working hard on Environmental stuff, you can see it everywhere in room. No water bottle, no plastic, no loose item for tooth paste, lotion, shampoo, comb etc. 10. Morning breakfast (at L6) was good, good spread and many items were fresh. During holiday period, you may need to way for some time. There were a few vegetarian options for breakfast. 11. Checkout process was very easy. 12.
