Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately dazzled by the blingy crystal chandeliers! The service staff were not only handsome but also incredibly friendly. Our 'fireworks view' room offered an expansive view; we could lie on the soft mattress, watch TV, and enjoy the tranquil lake scenery outside. In the afternoon, we went downstairs for dinner, then my friend and I bought some beers. We chatted away while sipping our drinks, and the atmosphere became even more magical when the Macau Tower lit up at night. I'd definitely pay for this night view again; my friend and I were both very satisfied! (P.s. A deposit is required upon check-in, and you might have to wait a while for the elevator during peak hours, so I recommend planning your trips accordingly.)

Our check-in experience was fantastic, thanks to Andy. He was incredibly professional and efficient, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading us to a room with a great view. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. He also gave us some small candies as a welcome gift, which were delicious! Overall, a very enjoyable check-in. When we checked out, we stored our luggage at the West Wing lobby, and Sheng there was also wonderful. The service was impeccable, very thoughtful and attentive. All in all, my experience at The Venetian was excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau.

Staying at the Rio Hotel in Macau was an absolutely fantastic experience! The French palace-style decor is incredibly elegant, with gilded carvings and a giant crystal chandelier in the lobby that's perfect for photos.
The location is superb, right in the heart of the NAPE district. It's a short walk to the Lotus Square and the Grand Prix Museum, and there's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get to Taipa and the Border Gate.
The rooms have just been renovated and are spacious, clean, and offer amazing natural light. The bedding is so soft, I slept soundly all night. The facilities are excellent, including a heated pool, gym, and the fantastic Grand Orbit buffet, which offers Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisine – even locals love it here.
The service is incredibly thoughtful, with a 24-hour front desk and free luggage storage. The staff are warm and professional. It offers incredible value for money; for the same price, the comfort level is definitely top-notch. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Macau!

I booked a two bedroom hotel for my baby's birthday, it was just a simple celebration, I just invited a few friends, the room was spacious, beautiful and clean. There is a small living room for guests. There is also a bus stop near the hotel and a convenience store in the lobby, but the prices are just higher than the supermarkets outside, so if I were you, you should bring some snacks, drinks and food when you go there..

The free snacks and drinks in the mini-bar are refillable, which is a very nice touch. The water pressure in the hotel bathroom's shower was a bit low, which was a slight drawback. The room itself was fantastic, directly facing the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. The hotel also has a popular Chinese ice cream parlor, recommended by celebrities, and a Don Quijote supermarket. The beef and salmon sashimi there are excellent and convenient, and they have unagi don (eel rice) and more. Plus, they'll even heat it up for you right next door!

Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao

I stayed at The Londoner Grand from March 22 to March 25, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s location is incredibly strategic—directly connected or within walking distance to The Venetian, The Parisian, Four Seasons, MGM, City of Dreams, and Wynn. It made exploring Cotai extremely convenient.
The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the bathtub, the complete amenities, and the fact that the air‑conditioning could be adjusted so it wasn’t overly cold like many other hotels. This small detail made a big difference, allowing us to sleep very well. We also requested extra pillows during our stay, and they were delivered promptly.
The hotel facilities are extensive, including a 24‑hour gym, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi—although I didn’t have the chance to use all of them, it’s impressive to have such options available.
The staff were consistently warm, polite, and responsive. Every request was handled quickly and professionally. During checkout, we asked for a late checkout because our flight was at 9 PM, and the team accommodated us without any issue. I would also like to give special appreciation to Koenig from the Concierge/Bell Boy team, who was extremely helpful when we were heading to the airport. His assistance left a very positive impression.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at The Londoner Grand. It was comfortable, convenient, and supported by excellent service. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit Macau.

The hotel facilities are very new, and the garden on the third floor is beautifully designed and a pleasure to look at. The shuttle bus is also very convenient, and the hotel room card allows for priority boarding. Breakfast is at the Grand Buffet, which is almost the largest buffet restaurant in Macau with a wide variety of options. This time, I wasn't able to upgrade to a garden view room, which would have offered a distant view of Macau Airport. It's very suitable for families, as they provide a free extra fold-out bed next to the sofa. I would choose to stay here again next time.

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for this hotel at first. I booked it late, and it was one of the few that was still reasonably priced. But after checking in, I was pleasantly surprised.
First, the front desk noticed my special request on Trip.com for a quiet room, which is something I usually have to bring up myself at other hotels. The front desk agent arranged a room for me far from the elevator and thoughtfully told me to come back if I found it noisy.
The room's design is quite clever, especially the dual-purpose door for the bathroom and toilet.
The bedding is very comfortable, and the pillows are labeled 'firm' and 'soft' for guests to choose from.
The room is large and clean, and the showerhead is great, making for a very comfortable shower experience.
This was my first time staying at an InterContinental Hotels Group property, and I had a really good experience. I'm definitely a fan now.
Occasionally, I could hear some club music at night, but the volume was acceptable and didn't disturb my sleep.
As for transportation, there are buses to both the Peninsula and Taipa airport, which is quite convenient.

First of all, the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower is free to enter, so the 'free entry' voucher offered by the merchant was meaningless. When checking in, Calrin upgraded our room and gave chocolates to the children. However, the staff helping with luggage when we checked out had a bad attitude and wouldn't open the trunk for us, which immediately soured the experience. The hotel also had an overpowering perfume smell.

I forgot to pack my slippers, but when I opened the closet, I found two pairs waiting for me—exactly what I needed! It's rare to find hotels that offer such a thoughtful touch these days.
The bathroom is incredibly spacious, and there's even a TV built into the wall next to the bathtub. The view from the 15th floor is absolutely stunning; you can see the Ruins of St. Paul's in the distance.
Lunch at the MJ Cafe on the first floor is a steal—for just a few dozen bucks, you get soup, a main course, and coffee. The staff were so friendly, and the place had a nice buzz even on a weekday. I'll definitely be back!

JJiafeiaichiniangaoOh my goodness, this hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff are all incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help and very friendly towards children. They even give you hand cream before bed, and everything in the mini-bar except alcoholic drinks is complimentary – there are even instant noodles, which my kids loved! The semi-buffet breakfast is also wonderful. I've stayed at The Londoner and Four Seasons in Macau before, and this time I tried Morpheus and St. Regis. I have to say, I highly recommend The Londoner and Morpheus; I'll definitely choose these two again next time. Of course, I'd also like to try other hotels, haha. And a big shout-out to Yí Lóng Hè at Morpheus – the food is delicious, the service is excellent, and for my birthday, they even gave me longevity buns and a pen with the Yí Lóng Hè logo. This was the most comfortable stay! I do have one small suggestion though: it would be even better if the customized birthday room key card also included the birth date.

GGuest UserAn absolutely outstanding hotel experience. If you are visiting Macau, staying in Taipa is essential, and this property elevates that experience to another level. The uninterrupted panoramic views were truly breathtaking, creating a sense of luxury and serenity throughout our stay.
The room featured state-of-the-art technology, far exceeding the standards of most hotels, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed.
Without question, this has been one of the most impressive and memorable hotel stays I have ever experienced.

XXiaofeitutu4424Stayed at the nearby W Hotel during the Qingming Festival to watch the World Cup. The price was quite high, but it's only a few minutes' walk from the Galaxy Arena. It's just one light rail stop from Hengqin Port. Honestly, the hotel lobby is quite small and hard to find, and the rooms are pretty standard. However, the service was decent; check-in and luggage storage were quick. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, and breakfast had a wide variety of options. From the Cotai room, you can see The Parisian, and the night view is lovely. There's also an airport shuttle bus stop just a two-minute walk downstairs, which is very convenient.

Vvivian_eastwoodThis is my second stay here, and I absolutely love it! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. They even upgraded my room. Currently, they also have an Indian food night dinner event. A taxi to the Galaxy Arena costs 50, but if you want to save money, you can take bus 21A right outside the hotel. Get off at The Londoner, and The Venetian is just across the street. The Londoner also has a direct shuttle to the airport. I really like it here and will definitely come back next time!
