Hot Springs Hotels in Taiwan, China

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities for everyone! Hot spring in room was definitely an added bonus… Breakfast and Dinner buffets was one of the best I’ve had this trip with huge selection of quality produce. Thank you for an amazing restful trip!

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. Staff were approachable, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable, cosy, and spacious. Daily top-up of minibar in your rooms. Breakfast was great with set meals for selection on top of the buffet spread. Great location. It's just a stone throw from Jiaoxi train station. Walk down the street for many good foods. Definitely will return again.

The hotel design is great and not too picky. The lobby is comfortable, spacious and bright. We booked a Japanese-style quad room on a trip. The original check-in time was to be postponed, but the check-in time was changed many times. The front desk was very polite and there was no awkward issue of whether to refund or not! ! The space is large and there will be an echo when you speak 🤣 There is no strange smell, there is a large bathtub to soak in, and the floor is very comfortable to walk on! The open-air bath is in another building. There are six outdoor pools and three indoor pools, which is enough. The washroom area is also very clean! You can borrow video games and foosball in the building. They are not big, but they can help you kill some time. For dinner, we had the restaurant's shabu-shabu hotpot, which was calculated based on the number of people and not all-you-can-eat. The price was a bit high, which was a bit of a deduction. Breakfast was ok, someone spilled a drink all over the floor. The service staff handled the situation immediately and reminded every guest who passed by to be careful, and the points were added back! 👍

The hotel is great, the private hot springs in the room is definitely the biggest selling point here. The hotel staff are very helpful, we requested to change our rooms to higher floor and they helped straight away, so thankful. Enjoyed the bubble water provided on each floor, great choice by the hotel. The only downside is the afternoon tea and supper, it's designed for kids and so understandably with lots of fried food. If the hotel can just add some fruit into the variety, that would be truly great 👍.

I haven't been to Youhuo for several years, and I found that the facilities and services are still the same as before, without any regression, which is great. However, during the Chinese New Year when the flu was so prevalent, during breakfast, a lot of people were walking around and picking up food without wearing masks, some were coughing, some were talking, and viruses were flying around in their saliva, which was really horrifying. Although the lockdown has been lifted now, if guests can be encouraged to wear masks when picking up food to ensure hygiene, I think people will feel more at ease to continue staying. Otherwise, people will be scared and dare not go there again. After all, there are so many accommodation options in Kenting, and the quality of the guests is also one of the reference options.

Best hotel I've went to so far in Yilan! Loved the spacious room and bathroom - was surprised to see two televisions in the room haha. Everything felt luxurious and clean! What's most important is the super King bed - had a really good sleep :) Pretty convenient located nearby restaurants and shops!

The supplies rack in the bathroom contains the previous guest's supplies - rubber bands and empty supplies bags. There is sea sand in the wash basin. The counter staff was very good. In addition, after booking the hotel, I called the counter to confirm the reservation status and asked about the route and transportation to the hotel. The line staff was very enthusiastic in informing me, but they may have forgotten to tell me that the hotel can reserve a shuttle bus. The food on the second floor is pretty good. This B&B is located in the Jiaoxi Hot Spring District. It has a good location and convenient transportation. Although there is no breakfast included, eating out is a pleasure in Taiwan, so it doesn’t really matter. Because it is a hot spring hotel, there is a private hot spring in the room, which is a big plus. However, the decoration style of the room is more childish and dreamy. It may be because the main customer base is families. For me who is traveling alone, it is a bit unsuitable. The colors and layout are a bit too cartoony. In addition, the mattress bedding smells a bit like old people's smell, which is not very comfortable, but you can only bear with it. Apart from that, the overall living experience is OK without any major problems.

The hotel is located near the Jiaoxi Bus Station. You don't need to drive to and from Taipei. You can take a bus from the Taipei City Government Bus Station and it takes about an hour to get to Jiaoxi. The transportation is quite convenient. The rooms and bathrooms in the hotel are spacious and comfortable, allowing you to relax and enjoy the fun of hot springs. The hotel prepared a multi-course dinner. Although each dish was not large in size, it was still exquisite and delicious overall. Especially the Chinese seafood porridge in the breakfast option. The ingredients were good and you could taste the whole crab meat. It is highly recommended.

Everything was a bit worn out, not necessarily pedestrian-friendly, and expensive for its quality. The only upside was the beach access directly from your room, though, you were not permitted to enter the water.
