Recently stayed at Kilin Hotel Jiaoxi and had a pleasant experience. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities. The hotel is also located in a strategic and convenient spot. A famous cake house is just a few steps away, and a popular ramen shop is right next door. Overall, a great stay for comfort and accessibility.

A famous hot spring hotel in Zhiben Hot Spring District, it has a beautiful environment and is large, with many hot spring pools for you to soak in. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet was quite rich. It is also convenient to buy drinks and snacks near 7-11.

A hot spring hotel by Sun Moon Lake. While the rooms don't offer views of the lake, guests can enjoy a private hot spring bath right in their room. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a recreation room, offering a comprehensive array of facilities.

Just Sleep Jiaoxi is exactly as what the premise name suggested, just sleep. Checking in was smooth as front counter staffs are very efficient. On one evening, it was raining heavily and the front desk offered an umbrella. I returned it by sticking the umbrella in the umbrella holder outside and inform the front desk, just simple and efficient. I took a room with an ensuite bathtub which was surprisingly more than adequate to provide a good soak and shower while in the room. Bed size literally is very small. The toilet and face basin is tucked away in another small ensuite next to the room. There is literally zero storage but for those very light traveller then it should be adequate for small luggage and some hangers to hang coats and scarfs. The room comes with tea and coffee bags which is surprisingly tasty. My room comes with breakfast which is served starting at 7am. I must've been staying during peak hours because on the first day, I decided to head out for breakfast at 9am — and the queue was massive. I had to wait to be seated, with many other guests. The staff was very efficient in clearing tables and assigning tables to waiting guests. The food and drinks spread is adequate, more than adequate. I had good breakfast before venturing out. We had a situation with one of the rooms that I’ve booked. The staff quickly upgrade use to a VIP room which was awesome. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are nice and spacious. No complaints at all. Staffs are very helpful, we didn’t want our rooms clean but they always make sure at least our towels are clean. Very good experience. Breakfast buffet has good food options too.

Hotel is well located along the bustling area at the shore of sun moon lake. The hotel's decor is modern and classy. Room size is very large. It's an added bonus that the hotel has onsen in each of the rooms. However, I find the water not as strongly sulphuric as other onsens that I prefer. Breakfast is extensive in terms of choices of local and international fare, and the quality of taste is excellent. I would stay there again next time I visit sun moon lake.

The hotel breakfast is very diverse and carefully prepared The attached parking lot is also very convenient, and people who drive themselves don't have to worry about parking problems The hotel room is very clean, except for the cups placed in the room, which may have not been used for a long time and are full of dust. You just need to clean them when you need to use them. The bed is very soft and comfortable to sleep on. There is also a swimming pool and a spa pool in the hotel. I recommend it to friends who come to Zhiben to stay in this hotel. It's great!

The hotel is slightly away from yilan, but the charming and quiet neighbourhood more than makes up for that. They are many beautiful parks and activities located around (dolphin watching, farms, hot springs). The hotel also provides night snacks for guests to enjoy and mingle. We also spied at the information counter vouchers to the nearby milksha!! Additionally, the hotel is v family friendly, as there is a games room (arcade games like basketball and air hockey, ps4 and switch!) and a library for guests to enjoy. There are also DIY acitvities for guests to sign up for. Lastly, there is a hot bath in every room for all guests to enjoy. Slippers are also provided. Very happy with our stay here!!

really awesome stay - everything was impeccable from check-in to check-out. the staff were so attentive, service with a smile all the time! the room itself was huge!!!! super clean and very comfortable. the shower area included the onsen as well. location wise, it’s really close to Jiaoxi Station. there’s many car rental shops around, so renting a car to drive around the area is really easy too. overall a wonderful stay at Yamagata Kaku Hotel!
