Spent 5 days in this hotel, overall is ok except the front counter staff isn't really friendly and helpful. Don't feel welcome every time when walk into the hotel lobby, anyway the room was comfortable so it compromised the downside.

I enjoyed my stay tremendously and at awe of the level of service from all the staff of this hotel. From the bellhop to the concierge to the maid, everyone here is professional and courteous only the highest class hotels in the US can match. Here they are doing it without expectations of tips... I traveled solo and as a single guy and not expecting much. I am surprised at the service and comfort I got that are exceeding my expectations.

Old yet well maintained. Check in was a breeze, reception lady was very friendly and allowed for early check in at about 2.15pm as our room is ready. We were also given free upgrade yay! Breakfast is basic, nothing to shout about. Free shuttle to and from Beitou and Xinbeitou stations definitely great, just need to refer to shuttle schedule and be at the designated waiting spot at the stations. For shuttle from hotel to station though, you will need to reserve first.

The experience is very comfortable. The quality of the hot springs, the supply of meals, and the service of the staff are all great! In addition, it is in a slow city like Taitung, which is very suitable for everyone to take a vacation~

We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Fuli resort , service is excellent , room very clean and comfortable and the swimming pool and the diffferent hot water and spring water soaking facilities were so comfortable ! Location is a bit remote but hotel is very nice , service was expextiinal !

It is kind of an inheritance from a Japanese hotel, with super friendly parking assistance and nice front desk staff who briefly show the room's features while you are checking in. The breakfast area is also very cozy, but we expected more choices from the buffet area. We will return for sure!

We booked a Japanese Superior Room for one adult, one teenage and a child. The room is way too small. There isn’t a place to put our luggages. The luggage rack adjust beside the door is not usable because if you put even a cabin luggage on the rack, you won’t be able to open the door. There is also no extra room to move around in the hotel room. Other than the room size, all other things are fine. Service is good and breakfast is very good too! The location is very convenient as it is just a 10-15 mins walk from the train station. There are convenient stall just a few mins away and there are many options for restaurant and street food nearby.

Very good hotel for hot spring inside the room, where you can enjoy the mountain view and away from the city. There is shuttle bus from the station which is convenience. The room is very big and spacious. If you are looking for a relax hot spring holiday I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast is included and the food has many choice from traditional ********* food to western style breakfast.

Before we arrived, I emailed the hotel to require assistance from hotel to check for private charter car service for YiLan and the staff was very responsive and helpful. Upon arrival, front desk staff was a little cold (unlike what people mentioned in the reviews). We were swiftly checked in and could go up to the room. Hotel lobby is very cosy and welcoming, but the rooms are starting to look a little old with moulding and wear and tear. Very large, spacious and clean room. If I'm not wrong, the water to fill up the tub is not hot spring water but just normal tap/shower water. If you're looking for a hotel with with hot spring water, do take note. Location of the hotel is great though. We were very near Jiaoxi bus transfer station and managed to walk to our hotel within 5 mins. There are restaurants and fast food, bar, and a shopping area nearby. Jiaoxi hot spring night market (only open on Sundays) is 4mins drive away and Yilan train station was 10mins on foot. Breakfast service was great! Staff were quick to clear and set up tables without making us feel like we were being chased out. They were also very sweet. On our 3rd morning, we needed to leave to rush for our bus to Taoyuan, we were holding our luggages and they directed us to store our luggages with the front desk first. They saw that we were in a rush and told us that we could let them know if we're would like to take along some snacks or drink to accompany us on our trip. They even bid us good bye. Check out process was smooth with an aloof staff. Felt like he couldn't be bothered.

The house is well maintained. The address is relatively remote but it can be reached from the MRT station in one ride. The surrounding environment here is just like in Japan. There will not be overly busy decorations. There is a simple and clean small garden and hot spring. Can create a relaxing atmosphere It's a pity that the weather is bad, it's been raining all day, and you can't see anything on Yangmingshan. It's all foggy.

5 mins walk from MRT station. There is private hot spring and a steam room in room. The public hot spring is very nice and cosy. 5 mins walk to the stylish public library.

It is an old hotel. Yet, after the recent refurbishment, the conditions have been upgraded significantly. The bath keeps its old-fashioned style, which makes the bathing experience resonate with the local history, In a positive way. The service is very good. The water is strong; the hot spring is milky white. Some may complain about the smell in the rooms; however it is normal from the odor of the real local hot spring. The sound proof is, admittedly, not that good but acceptable. The thing I would feel negative is their breakfast. But it is elder and vegetarian friendly. And, come on, see the price and others. There is no roomfor complaint.

Location: Located around the Thermal Valley in Beitou, this hotel is a little further up than the cluster of hot spring hotels. Getting up is an uphill hike so do call the hotel beforehand for them to send a van for you (Black Electric Staria with the hotel logo). There are payphones located around Beitou and Xinbeitou Stations. Beitou Station waiting area: Exit 1 from Beitou MRT station towards Guangming Rd. You can see 3 bus stop signs. Xinbeitou waiting area: Outside Sushi Express. Service: Service is alright. If you don’t speak Mandarin, it’s a bit of a challenge. Service is good. They will try to help you. Cleanliness: Hotel is a bit dated so expect for it to not be the cleanest. Our windows open to nothing. It would be nice to have hot water that is not spring water for showers. Amenities: Hotel provided some toiletries. Drinking water provided (approach front counter). Hot spring available in room but in an enclosed area. No hot water available. Only spring water. No elevator - it was a challenge to climb stairs 😂

The accommodation together with the Shanshui Hotel provides a naked bathing experience for men and women. The hot springs in the outdoor hot spring pool are super hot. There are also hot spring spa pools, ovens, and cold rooms. The rooms also have hot spring pools! Super awesome! I will stay here again in the future The only drawback is that the parking lot is on Zhonghe Street, not on Quanyuan Road, which is very inconvenient for outsiders who don’t know the road!

This hotel is newly opened by the Regent group, right next to the subway and with a private spring inside the guest room. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom and a comfortable hot spring which is good enough for 2 people. There's a Nespresso machine and complimentary bottle of water. On top, you can also go to the huge public hot spring with separating sections for male and female. The outside swimming pool is a must try with comfortable jacuzzis alongside. Breakfast is included with huge variety. Residents can also enjoy free drinks, cheese and snacks in the lounge. Red/white wine and plum wine is offered during happy hour. Be sure to visit the on site restaurants. Both the Chinese and Sukiyaki are worth to visit. Excellent quality and the Sukiyaki beef is not to be missed. We ended spending a whole day with lunch, jacuzzi, spa, happy hour and dinner without going out, and rest comfortably with a in room hot spring

Stayed 2 nights in this property over Typhoon Kong-Rey. Love the in-room hot spring, the one-time usage of minibar & the availability of water dispenser in every level. Location of hotel is also very strategic. Thankful to the team for taking care of us during Typhoon Kong-Rey by offering umbrella, checking where we are going, advising us to be careful of the weather & also offering car rides to keep us safe.

Booked this hotel thinking it’s a hot spring hotel and read the reviews saying the breakfast is very good, hence was willing to pay more for this booking. But after 2 nights stay there, sadly to say that the tub is just normal water and not hot spring, and the breakfast was nothing wow. However i would highlight that the vegetarian options are not bad, can let the staff know and there’s a separate menu (3 dishes; soup, radish cake, and stir fried noodles). Do note that if you’re staying over the weekends, you’ll need to choose a slot (2 slots iirc) for breakfast which kind of disrupted our plans. Overall the stay was pleasant.

The breakfast is very good overall. Vegetarians have a lot of egg options. They also informed us if a thermos cup was left in the restaurant. The location is convenient for the station and within walking distance. This time I only used the room for bathing.

Best hotel I've went to so far in Yilan! Loved the spacious room and bathroom - was surprised to see two televisions in the room haha. Everything felt luxurious and clean! What's most important is the super King bed - had a really good sleep :) Pretty convenient located nearby restaurants and shops!

The room was spacious and the bathtub was good enough. The window facing the parking lot gave off an open feeling. It takes 2-3 minutes to get there from the train station, and the location is very good. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from the bus terminal. The breakfast restaurant on the first basement floor was also good and faithful to the basics. However, the check-in was a little late at 3:30, and it didn't feel very clean. Still, the bed and blanket were fluffy and okay.

Advantages: 1. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony is very good 2. The staff is kind and courteous 3. Convenient parking Disadvantages: 1. There are too many mosquitoes in the spa pool, and the bottom magnet tiles cut their feet. Our whole family went to play in the water. There were 4 people who were cut their feet, and there was no locker. The dressing room was next to the door. It’s super cold to get up and wash, and it’s probably more difficult to bear in winter. 2. The hot spring water in the room is not like a hot spring, it feels like ordinary hot water 3. There are too few types of sales department

What a great experience! There is no difference between the room and the photos on the website. It is beautiful, stylish and spacious. The bathroom has wet and dry separation, and together it is almost as big as the bed room. The design of the room is full of care. The bathtub is very comfortable and warm for two people. There is no waiting for a long time or splashing when the water is filled. The overall service of the hotel is very good. It advocates environmental protection and does not use disposable supplies, but there is high-end drinking water on each floor. All drinks and snacks in the room are free. There are also snacks available on the second floor. The purchased breakfast buffet is rich in variety and the supply time is sufficient. Overall, it is a very generous hot spring hotel! Will definitely visit again if I have the chance. The only drawback is that the pillows are relatively inelastic, but the bed is very comfortable and has a moderate firmness!

I specially brought my children to play, but the game room is very simple and requires a fee. The opening hours of the parent-child fitness center are very short and the space is not big. The hotel hardware is good although it is older, but it is still clean. There are really few service staff. All services are required. It’s really hard to wait and wait for breakfast. Many things are not replenished. The cafe on the first floor is also very hard to eat. It’s hard to believe that the food in this hotel is of this level. I was full of expectations for this hotel. Now I can only say that I probably won’t visit again.

We stayed five nights here. The room was awesome - it was a studio apartment really, with considerate touches like a cubby seat where shoes are kept, equipped with a handlebar for those who need support to get up from a seated position. There's a tatami room with a platform floor where there was space and more for our teenaged daughter. You get a choice of normal water or hotspring in the bathtub. I found the hotspring water so healing. I injured my knee some months ago and it still ******d with pain from time to time. The knee was fine after the hotsping soaks. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night, having just flown in. The food was great! We were the last patrons. The friendly chef even came out to chat with us! Breakfast is sent in stacks of bento boxes to the room. There's a choice of western or oriental. Whichever the choice, there was too much delicious food. We asked them to reduce the selection by one or two items. Staff were helpful and friendly. One of them saw me struggling to communicate in Chinese and quickly came up to tell me that I can speak in English with her. My daughter wanted to buy a box of their cookies on our last night there but the restaurant was just about to close and they didn't have ready stock. Nonetheless, they prepared our cookies and delivered them to our room within half and hour. The cookies were scrumptious! Do try them! They come packed in an elegant wooden box too. Location-wise, the hotel is near the beautiful Tamsui area. It takes longer to get into the Taipei city area - where the shopping and cultural district is - but it is convenient by LRT. A big thank you to all the lovely staff of this wonderful hotel!!

I booked a hotel more than a month in advance and contacted the hotel counter to request a room on a high floor. However, I was later told that the restaurant company was having a wedding event and was overcrowded that day. It only took 1 minute to check in. The receptionist was impatient and arranged a room on a lower floor. I asked I was impatient even though I had no time. The parking lot was completely full and we circled around a few times. Fortunately, the security guard provided good service and gave us his private parking space. This is the only part worth thanking.

Returning to Taiwan to quarantine this hotel, the hotel at this price did not report high expectations, did not expect to stay, the room perfect planning and decoration style, quite experience. Open design, let the room look very open. The room is equipped with dry and wet separation bathroom, the sink is located outside the bathroom door, easy to use. The right side of the door is a simple kitchen cabinet flow table, convenient for light food; and living room with IKEA single foot wooden table isolation, can be used for dining and office, table under set small refrigerator, appropriate use of space. The IKEA simple orange low back sofa isolation between the oversized bed and living room, let the bed face the room most characteristic red brick wall, the ceiling with black pipe and 6 black gold lampshades, plus iron pipe assembled into the open hangers, create a strong industrial wind. Because it is during the quarantine period, other public facilities cannot be used; but the meals provided by the hotel are very good and have local characteristics, such as breakfast omelet, dinner Sushi cooking, dinner Angelica duck noodles ..., eating home flavor is really touched!

The accommodation environment is good, and the meals in the restaurant are delicious. Although there are not many parent-child facilities, they are enough for the children to have fun for a while. The overall accommodation experience is very good. I will consider going on vacation next time.

Good - Hotel has complimentary access to hot spring facility. Great breakfast with huge variety of foods. It will be good if hotel can provide more complimentary umbrellas for guest at entrance as it is raining season in December. Nice sea view from the room. Restaurant offer steamboat dinner option, but pricing is on the high side. Overall, good hotel for families especially those with kids as this hotel provide free access to various activities at game room.

Beautiful modern hot springs resort! The rooms are extremely large, and the in-room tub is especially lovely to have given that the public bath closes a bit early (I believe it was at 20:30). The staff is helpful and speaks English. The public bath is large, clean, well-designed, and has a nice view of the mountains. Breakfast was not bad but nothing special. I would definitely recommend Pause Landis for a great stay in Wulai!

Disappointed as Saunas and hot baths were closed, I waited for ten min for it to open than went to front desk, a person from front desk went to check why it’s not open and later he came back today we are closed for maintenance. Normally you can ask hotel to get your breakfast packed when asked the answer was we need to tell them in advance but at checking in no one has give any information about it. Hotel Location is great with a sea view room.

The hotel has all the facilities that the hotel should have, but the only regret is that there are less choices in the morning meal, and the drinks only have milk and soy milk. Other than that, the facilities in the hotel are not bad and the atmosphere is good! ! There is also a bathtub for taking a bath, the water is clear and perfect for relaxing!
