Good:
Welcome cookie!
A few cool things about the breakfast -
Fresh green salad
Teh tahrik cart (Raziq was awesome!)
Charcoal toast
Infinity pool with great views
Steam and Sauna
Weird:
Insisted that we could only request for two pilllow on the pillow menu when we paid for an extra bed had to request three times before the reception relunctantly agreed.

After 10 years, I finally returned to Melaka – this time with my brand new wife (yes, upgraded travel companion 😄). I must say, Melaka has truly transformed! From attractions to food, my 3D2N trip was packed with fun, flavour, and lots of walking – no regrets!
But what really made this trip extra special was our stay at Dusit Princess Melaka. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth like butter. The service? Outstanding. A big shoutout to the lovely Club Floor staff Sophia (always smiling and helpful), Sitwan the luggage hero (hope I spelled it right!), and the ever-friendly doorman – you guys rock!
I’ve stayed in top hotels like JW Marriott South Beach Singapore, Intercontinental Robertson Quay, and Mondrian Duxton Singapore – and honestly, Dusit Princess Melaka is right up there with them. Comfortable room, excellent facilities, spotless cleaning (even my wife gave it a thumbs-up – and she’s picky!), and great amenities.
Both my wife and I are super happy with this trip – heart full, belly full, and memories made.
We’ll definitely be back – don’t forget us ya! 😄

The hotel is in a very strategic location—right next to the Red House and within walking distance to Jonker Walk. We booked this place to celebrate our little one’s birthday, and he really enjoyed it!
However, the slide next to the bed is quite steep and feels a bit dangerous for young children. We ended up placing a pillow at the bottom to protect him. It’s definitely a fun place for kids, but it can be a bit uncomfortable for adults. I slept on the bottom bunk of the double-decker bed, and even small movements made it quite noisy.
A big shout-out to all the hotel staff—they were great. I mentioned we were traveling with a senior citizen, and they arranged a room close to the lift, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a nice room for kids and families

Best best option if you are travelling with family. A stone throw away from all the hype at jonker street. Ibis hotel welcomed us with a nice hotel fragrance and the helpful and friendly staff added a lot of value to our entrance.
We were wow by the room's amenities with impressive space and tip top condition. Room is housekeep to a topnotch level. Reallu loving the space and what's even better is that the room comes with bolster! I couldn't never find a hotel that offers that. We felt reluctant to leave as we only stayed a night and slept through the night like a baby. If I were to come back, hotel ibis will definitely be my choice!

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. It’s a building by itself with own compound. Ample parking space. It is build beside a cruise ship jetty(not sure if it’s in operation). Room is big, have all the amenities needed. Hair dryer, tooth brush, shampoo etc. The shampoo is Dove brand which is good as it has moisturizer. Bed is super big and comfortable, water pressure is good and air conditioning is not noisy. We had a good night sleep here. A few POI are walkable. Jonker street will be a little far (about 20 mins easy walk). Opposite is a shopping center. Overall is a good hotel to stay.
Room wc got dry faeces. Table have stain marks, bathrooms glass door cannot close properly, there is a gap, room 3038 main wooden door cannot open or was jammed for a minute when house keeping came at night to send my drinks and snacks for fridge.
I have reserve a table for dinner at 6pm on 18/7 and was not informed that coffee house open at 6.30.despite checking again the day on 19/7. End up I missed entering parkroyal club lounge as thought the dinner at 6pm so no need to go there b4 6pm for a drink.
While waiting at coffee house, was told to show vouchers for dinner but check in by Daniel did not give me the vouchers or to replenish the drinks at my room fridge. The girl at reception around 6pm told me to go up lounge for my dinner without giving me vouchers. I have to showed her that I have paid for my dinner when doing my reservations and she has to check with her colleague before writing on a piece of paper to bring to coffee house.
After dinner I went to reception to show my entitlement for snack and drinks and was given an unacceptable excuse on why it was not given. I have to called from my room again to remind them to send me.
This morning while having breakfast I saw hair in one of the fried eggs at the egg station. When I told the guy frying eggs there, he just ignored me until another I chef came and take away the whole plate of eggs there without saying a word. Another guest who was besides me heard me telling them about the hair. Both dinner and breakfast there were flies hovering some of the food displayed.
It is truly an awful experience this time staying here especially spending more than RM1k for one night stay this time.
The last time I came last year I was impressed with the food served, that is why I come back but this time I am disappointed though some of your F&b staff are friendly when I complained to him last night on the dinner bookings.
This is our 2nd time here. We repeated because the resort offers a comfortable studio. Even a bit far from Ayer Keroh town but surrounding area still have a lot of eating place and convenient store.
Family if 5 with 2A 3K. The hotel previously known as Puteri Resort. Smooth check in. Room are with 2 single bed (small size). Although the hotel name are Amverton, I've know it was Puteri Resort because used to give lecture here.
Rating: smooth check-in & check-out
Lobby - nice. Huge.
Rooms: Ok standard. But will know its a kind of an old hotel
Brakfast: quite OK with few variety of Malaysian food & western.
*been charged for two additional waterpark ticket which I feel, hotel shouldn't charge fee for it. ( 2 are already included with room). Its just feel like normal pool with kids slide. Thats all.

we stayed at this apartment for 2 nights and we are extremely impressed.
it is very spacious and what you see is what you get. the kitchen has basic amenities like fridge and microwave/oven. all rooms have aircon even the living room. the wifi is also pretty strong.
location wise, it is kind of located at the outskirts whereby you might have to drive to the tourist spots. it is right beside courtyard by marriot and the reception is located at the ground level.
we were given two sets of house and lift cards as you will have to tap both areas to enter the apartment.
overall, a delightful stay and we will certainly stay here when we visit melacca again!
I have a wonderful stay with my family here.Kids friendly hotel with excellent amenities for various kids activities. large space of kids club house which you can do lot of activities with your kids here (video games, indoor playground, books), outdoor playground and infinity swimming pool.Hotel is new so every facility is in a very good condition.Location is very strategic, at klebang beach, away from hustle of bandaraya melaka.but you still can have a lively night with asia fun fair open nearby.

PPhone Si HeinHotel is at the city center and close to tourist attraction sites. Great hotel with car parking. Recommended for travellers finding budgeted hotel in city center.
However, there is only one receptionist at night and did not get some help for room cleanness. There is sound in lifts mainly between 6th and 7th floors.
