Family Friendly Hotels in Melaka, Malaysia

Location is more convenient to red square, Cheng he museum, Jonker street and malacca river cruise,etc. with just a few minutes walking. The strait mosque is 5mins cab distance. U can enjoy the sunrise from oneself room. The roof lounge view also fantastic. U can oversee the malacca city and also the strait. The hotel staff is polite and friendly with smile faces always. Fall stalls , convenience shops are surrounding. U can enjoy the local cuisines anytime.

I had high expectations before my recent stay at your hotel. I noted that the parking was a bit limited. Upon check-in, I appreciated the welcome cookie from the counter staff. However, I encountered a couple of issues that affected my stay. The bathroom water pump was quite loud during showers, which was rather inconvenient. Additionally, I was a little disappointed that the hotel did not offer any decorations or a small birthday cake to help us celebrate our anniversary and birthday. I'm glad to hear that the breakfast buffet was great; hopefully, it helped make up for any negative impressions.

Location wise it’s great. Close to the attraction. However if you know you have a renovation outside the balcony or something do not let your guest stay in the room that is just beside it. I stayed for 4days 3 nights I was awaken by the hammering at 8am for 2 days. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you as well as you can hear jumping here jumping there could be due to the different room types Other than that other things is great

Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfy and they provide extra pillows upon request. Location is quite near to popular attractions. Front desk service is friendly. Also, they served welcome drinks upon check in which is another plus!

A great hotel to experience Peranakan style and culture. It's not exactly in the center , about 10 minutes walk from main attractions, but uts a nice walk on local streets. My main concern would be the soundproofing of the rooms, I could hear everything that's happening in the rooms on the right and left, even the water flushing 😳 My room was 702 which had a connecting door,maybe that is why. But definitely something to keep in mind

Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Melaka. We were assigned family room upon check in however I discovered small insects on the bed and on the phone. Talked to the staff and they changed my room within 10mins. Fast and good service provided by the staffs there. Overall, the stay was great 👍

This time already made early request dont want the creepy room. The hotel fullfilled the request.

Family if 5 with 2A 3K. The hotel previously known as Puteri Resort. Smooth check in. Room are with 2 single bed (small size). Although the hotel name are Amverton, I've know it was Puteri Resort because used to give lecture here. Rating: smooth check-in & check-out Lobby - nice. Huge. Rooms: Ok standard. But will know its a kind of an old hotel Brakfast: quite OK with few variety of Malaysian food & western. *been charged for two additional waterpark ticket which I feel, hotel shouldn't charge fee for it. ( 2 are already included with room). Its just feel like normal pool with kids slide. Thats all.

Maybe it was just us😅 Firstly, love the strategic location of the hotel. There’s a nearby food court (newton) which we randomly tried out and was surprisingly good. Ample parking (staying on weekdays) Have to say the service of the security guard working for the shift in the day was great. But when we check in to the room. There were stains on the toilet seats and the sink feels somewhat clogged. (We were okay with it cause it was just a one night stay, just pull the seat 🫢) There’s a built in international plug which is great. Overall experience was fine, but for this price, maybe the maintenance for the toilet can be enhanced. The room is sparkling clean though. Can sit directly on the floor 😊 Oh the king size bed is two single bed merged together.

Great hotel and fascinated by the architecture. Can’t imagine from the look of the hotel front that inside of the building is so big that has 127 rooms. Breakfast is only passable. Will stay again without opting for breakfast next time.
