Located in a town area therefore convenient with easy access to nearby amenities Room was spacious and comfortable which made the stay more relaxing The highlight was the TV sport channel. Very enjoyable as it coincided with the World Cup season. Will be more entertaining if have TV in the room too. Breakfast was served buffet-style with an adequate selection of food options. Not extensive but sufficient and satisfying Overall had a pleasant staycation

a great budget hotel find for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. the room was really cozy. got upgraded for a bigger room for f.o.c and it came fully equipped with a tv, iron and kettle nor mineral water. as a muslim travelers, they also provide a clear qibla direction sticker. the aircond was superb too, really cold and perfect for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was the best part, it was clean and the water pressure was really strong which makes showering so refreshing plus most importantly, it has a bidet hose, which is a huge plus. the elevators are okay so no long waits. the staff are very friendly and welcoming also theres plenty of parking space, not to worry about finding a spot for parking. hotel location very strategic & located in the middle a city & convenience store for restaurants, i have to walk a little bit, but it’s a manageable distance. one minor downside, the room soundproofing isnt the best, i can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or outside the room. if youre a light sleeper, you might want to take note of that. overall i highly recommended for those who want comfort on a budget

The hotel's location is great, right by the sea. It's a ten-minute walk north to the cruise terminal and Dutch Square, and then across the river to Jonker Street. Heading south along the coast takes you to the Straits Mosque. The rooms are quite spacious, and the facilities and cleanliness are very good. The breakfast is extensive, and all the food stalls are run by Chinese chefs. The afternoon tea is excellent value for money (45 MYR for two people). The staff are all very friendly, and one person at the front desk speaks Chinese.

The facilities in the room is quite enough, and the concierge is very nice and friendly. So I would recommend if you want to stay away from the Jonker Street area which is full of tourists at night

Very clean apartment with four beds and plenty of space for my family. The kids absolutely loved the slide and had plenty of fun with it! They loved the pool facilities too! Kitchenette was clean and basic appliances were available including a water dispenser. While it was not exactly walkable to Jonker walk, it's just a easy drive away. The only downside is that we had to share one toilet but overall it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We'll definitely be back !

We stayed here with our family and had a great experience. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable for both adults and our little one. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Kids friendly apartment. Host is very helpful,and great customer services from them. We got free snack from the host. Really enjoy staying here. Next absolutely will repeat again.

The service is really good once you book, they will WhatsApp you directly with very clear directions and instructions, they will also check in to see if you are ok, the space has fantastic view of the sea. It’s drivable to many places of interests. Rooms are spacious, water shower is hot and powerful enough unlike many other apartments. The place is old though, so don’t expect 100% cleanliness though they definitely clean it. Noise well, typical of buildings in malaysia, sound travel from the top floors, so it depends on your endurance towards sound, also the furnitures make lots of noise when moved so if u have children, it’s going to be noisy, there is a playground on the 8th floor tht is nice for the children to run around and burn their energy, swimming pool on the 23a floor has great view but is crowded most of the time and is not the cleanest. Overall good experience.

Overall we are very satisfied with this residence and services provided. Location is perfectly good as we could find a lot of nice food nearby. Cleanliness still can improve. Kids are happy with the inhouse playground and adults can play the game machine which quite fun also. Will book again if come to Melaka next time.
