Shanghai Villas

I rarely write hotel reviews but this one is a true hidden gem! My partner and I stayed for one night and we used this guesthouse as our little getaway from the busy center of Shanghai. It’s perfect for a romantic and cosy staycation, very quiet and private! The water in the private hot spring, surprisingly, comes from a real underground spring so it’s quite hot. Because it’s summer, we had to wait for it to cool down a little bit but it was perfect later on, especially during the night, we stayed in there past midnight and it was amazing. The staff was also really nice to us, with nice service! Overall, we were really amazed of the quality of this experience for this price, one of the best we have tried! ☺️

The B&B is about 10 minutes away from Disneyland by car. We agreed with the store owner on the departure time. He dropped us off near the Disneyland subway station entrance. We followed the crowd and walked forward to the queue. We visited the park for two days. We watched the fireworks on the first night, but not on the second day. We planned to take the subway to the Bund to see the night view. So when we left on the second day, we took our luggage with us and stored it in the lockers in the subway. The maximum price was 30 yuan, which was pretty good. The key was that we could take the subway and take out our luggage when we left, so we didn't have to store it in the park (80 yuan per piece of luggage in the park).

On the weekend, my family and I went to Zhujiajiao Ancient Town to play. I didn’t go back and wanted to see the night view of the ancient town. I saw this homestay on the Internet. I booked this homestay with the heart of trying it out. When I arrived at the store, my first impression was clean and hygienic. The high-end facilities have the feeling of home and the sanitary environment of a five-star hotel. The housekeeper showed me the backyard and attracted me at the time. The backyard stood in the courtyard along the river and could fish. There was a rocking chair in the garden. Sitting on it and watching the lake view, listening to the cicadas and birds closing their eyes and feeling back to childhood In my heart, I forgot all my worries and pressure. I really found a good place to stay quiet. At night, the housekeeper introduced me to the ancient town to go. It was very convenient. I walked for 8 minutes to the old street of the ancient town. The room facilities are high-end. Dyson hair dryer, smart toilet, There are also two free drinks and mineral water. The housekeeper made a lot of varieties for us the next morning. There are buns, dumplings, roast wheat, hair cakes, oil cakes, eggs, two kinds of porridge, various side dishes... I had a great time this time. I will recommend it to my family and friends next time, so I will come again.

The homestay is located in a villa complex, and the environment is very good. The decoration is Mediterranean style, and the small objects in the room are of high value. Toiletries are Australian Appelles, hair dryers are LaiFen, and electric kettles are Sanjie. When I checked in, I gave fruits, bananas and apples. I also drank mountain tea in the boss's tea room. The owner of the B&B, Sister Qin, is very welcoming. As soon as we arrived at the B&B, we felt at home. Sister Qin is very warm and considerate. We arrived very late, and she told us to go to bed peacefully. She was the last one to sleep, and she woke us up on time in the morning so as not to delay our time to play in Disney. The style is also natural. It makes people feel very tired after coming back from Disney and want to be quiet. It is indeed a good place. Next time I come to Disney, I still want to stay in this warm B&B.

The environment is very quiet, the bar coffee table and table are available, the space in each area is very large, the living is very comfortable, and the balcony can see the sunset. The landlord responded promptly and the people were very good. I forgot to bring a disposable bathtub cover. I specially helped us to sterilize the bathtub. The elevator that could not be found in the parking garage was also picked up by the landlord. But maybe the sun is too good, I feel that the room is a bit gray, some dead corners (such as above the smoke machine) are not cleaned very, very in place, the only place that is not good, everything else is very good, next time you come to Chongming will live.

I met up with old friends in Chongming. I found this B&B on Ctrip. It is very suitable for adults and children to eat, drink and play together. The room is clean and tidy, the landlady is very nice, and the housekeeper is also very attentive. They specially prepared porridge for the little ones. It is not far away. It is the largest Dongping Ecological Park in Chongming. It is very convenient for picking, small amusement parks and farmhouses in the surrounding area. For dinner, the family went to a nearby market to buy food and cook together. The boss provided tableware, condiments, and pots. Everyone chatted and cooked together. At night, the small garden was lit up with flowers, and the atmosphere was full, which was very pleasant.

Room: We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room room on the third floor, all with floor-to-ceiling windows. On sunny nights, you can see a lot of stars when you turn off the lights! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is very spacious. The hot water pressure is sufficient and the temperature can be adjusted. The bedroom is not crowded, and the balcony is also large. There is an outdoor garden on the first floor with a swing, and a barbecue on the second floor terrace. Decoration: The owner decorated it very carefully. The bathroom is all American standard. The hair dryer and the projector in the master bedroom are Xiaomi. The speakers at the reception on the first floor are Marshall. American coffee is ten dollars a cup (recommended). The coffee powder is actually illy, which is rare in ordinary B&Bs. Service: The air conditioner will be turned on in advance, there are stoves for making tea/barbecue supplies for sale, the housekeeper grows shepherd's purse in the small yard at the door for selling wontons (recommended), the three-story house is cleaned daily, reception, dining, and most of the time only one person is in charge, she is really capable👍 Breakfast: I was so busy eating that I forgot to take pictures. Other comments should have pictures, meat and vegetables are matched, nutrition is balanced, and the dishes are beautiful😍 Parking: There are two rows of parking spaces at the door for free parking; The garden and living room are very large, the balcony windows are triangular, and the facade is very beautiful. (I didn't take pictures specifically, ignoring the down jacket that my son helped us clean with the washing machine after he fell into the mud while picking strawberries😂
