Shanghai Villas

Before the New Year, we went on a spontaneous trip with one child and one adult. The experience was beyond our expectations when we stayed at Xianshe Villa for our visit to Shanghai Disneyland. The environment was clean and tidy, the housekeeper service was warm and considerate, the auntie's breakfast was nutritious, and the driver picked us up at Disneyland safely and on time. The villa provided both the warmth of home and the services and supporting facilities of a five-star hotel. The experience was perfect. My child is already looking forward to staying at Xianshe Villa for the next Disney trip with her classmates and bestie.

This project was a marketing effort we had been involved in several years ago and felt very cordial a few years later. This time it rains every day on the Tanabata Festival. The villa is a children’s playground. The villa is very clean and simple as a whole. It is suitable for the group living of 4-5 family. A small suggestion. It is more perfect to find an aunt next to it to clean up for 2 hours a day.

The room was very clean, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. They offer a shuttle service to Disneyland, and when we returned in the evening, the owner even had mung bean soup ready to help us cool down, which was incredibly thoughtful. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

We just spent the most amazing five days and five nights in Villa 100! The villa itself is impeccable—even more beautiful and spacious than the photos suggest. What really touched us was the hospitality of the two owners. They were so kind and thoughtful. They warmly welcomed us upon arrival, while providing us with complete privacy while letting us know we could contact them at any time if we needed anything. This sense of propriety was incredibly comforting. We spent every day in the private pool, listening to music and playing games. It felt like a carefree childhood. We stocked up on ingredients from Sam's Club, making it incredibly convenient to cook our own meals. Although we were here as a couple, we noticed the villa had multiple bedrooms and a large common area—perfect for a family or a group of friends! We're already planning a return trip with our family! Highly recommended! What a wonderful summertime stay in villa 100. My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and we never left the villa ! The villa is beautiful and actually looks better than the pictures online. We spent several hours in the pool each day and listened to music while we played games in the pool. let us know that they were there if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning here for more summer time fun!

Visited with my family, and we had a very comfortable stay. My favorite spot was the public courtyard, where you can enjoy the flowers, sip tea, chat, or simply sunbathe. It even has a trampoline, seesaw, and swing – a nice touch! The rooms are well-equipped, the air conditioning is powerful, and there's plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious and included some local Chongming specialties. The manager was incredibly warm and hospitable, and parking was convenient. Highly recommended!

The ecology of Chongming is really good, and I feel very comfortable every time I come here! The B&B selected on Ctrip is right next to the Forest Park, very convenient! The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom uses TOTO, wet and dry separation, and the toiletries are from Shiseido. I am very satisfied. The landlord and housekeeper are very welcoming. The breakfast and side dishes are delicious. There is a free parking space at the door. I will come again next time.

This time, I went on vacation to Chongming with a few friends and chose the Colorful Garden Terrace room at Dasu Holiday Villa (Chongming Dongtan Wetland Park)! It was truly amazing! I had to share it with everyone! - Ambience: The spacious and bright space immediately puts you in a good mood. The decor is simple yet warm, with every detail perfectly thought out. The furniture is strategically arranged, creating a comfortable, non-crowded feel. But the most captivating aspect is the Colorful Garden. It's large and beautifully decorated, with a charming pavilion where you can soak up the sun, breathe in the fresh air, enjoy tea, and barbecue with friends. It's a truly relaxing experience. The garden is filled with a vibrant variety of flowers, creating a vibrant atmosphere that feels like living here year-round. In this picturesque setting, I felt completely relaxed, both physically and mentally. And this place is pet-friendly! Really pet-friendly! Our four dogs had a blast running around in the grass, chasing each other as if all our worries were forgotten. - Facilities: The room was fully equipped with everything, from the comfortable beds to the complete appliances. The hotel's thoughtful care was evident. Of course, my biggest favorite was the complete set of tableware and cookware, ensuring families with children could enjoy healthy meals during their stay! The beds were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and the toiletries were high-quality. The room also featured smart technology, including a smart toilet, which was incredibly convenient and comfortable (haha). The large garden terrace has a dedicated barbecue, perfect for hosting a barbecue party with friends. The hotel also offers free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring worry-free transportation and internet access. Another point worth mentioning: Although the hotel is a villa, I was particularly pleased that there was only one parking space in the front yard, but it was enough for two SUVs! This was a very satisfying aspect for us. - Service: From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt response to all my requests throughout my stay, I felt right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to recommend nearby attractions and help with minor issues. Their professionalism and enthusiasm really enriched our vacation. - Nearby attractions: The villa is located near the Dongtan Wetland Park, a migratory bird sanctuary, where you can admire a variety of rare birds and experience the wonders of nature. A bicycle park and an ecological park are also nearby, perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities. Basketball enthusiasts can also enjoy the Yao Ming training base. The Smart Island Park and the Lanhai Golf Course are also nearby, catering to diverse leisure and entertainment needs. This stay at Dasu Hotel was a near-perfect experience. 💯 The pups had a blast playing with their best friends all day! The environment, facilities, and service are all impeccable. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from Disneyland, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast from 7-9am, clean linens, complimentary water, a kettle, towels (7 for two), a toothbrush, hot water, and working air conditioning (we slept warmly). There's a convenience store 50 meters away from us that's open all day until 9:30pm. The lovely woman working there makes delicious sweet buns. We paid only 33 yuan (less than 400 rubles) for a whole bag. The hotel's location is slightly different from where the GPS showed us; the building is lower, by the water, but the owner's neighbor quickly called him and they picked us up. The room is cleaned and always ready to help. I don't understand why there are several bad reviews, because for the price, this place has everything! We want to say a big thank you for the amenities provided, and I highly recommend it!
